Waffle House - Service and supply fee

I came into the waffle house on 545 Peachtree sawanee Georgia placed my order and sat down my food was brought to me in a bag as if I asked for it to go when the waitress seen me take out the food she says oh you are eating it here I said yes because I NEVER told her it was to go in the first place and I'm sure she knew that because she brought me my water I asked for in a plastic cup. When I go to check out after I cleaned up my table because I know how stressful that can be and understand they are under paid anyways I realize she charged me a to go charge. When I asked her why she said because she put it in the containers that mind you I NEVER ASKED FOR! Horrible service to me but she obviously had regular customers because as soon as they came in she know them by name and gave them way more attention than she gave me. Once she placed my food on the table she never came back. Customer service has went way down hill and it's sad because I know she won't even be spoken to most of these restaurants are franchise and that's probably where everything goes wrong unfortunately.

Desired outcome: Talk to her so she realizes that what she did was wrong and and I would like my Togo fees back Check cameras receipt says 831 am on June 29th check number 8677

Waffle House - bad management

Jan 2nd, 2016: Immature coworker scared me by jumping out at me from behind employee door. I am an older worker (server) and have certain issues ---let's just say that this incident caused me to have to leave the store and go home to shower. Upper management was correct in that they stated that I terminated my employment because I left the unit without notice, but they weren't even interested in knowing why I left the unit at all. I wish Waffle House luck in keeping the immature slackers and druggies who they seem to always choose to retain as opposed to the workers who actually work when they are at a unit, and try to retain a solid customer base through good customer service. Waffle House units are filled with hostility, unfair work practices, health code violations, and bad management.
