Poor Customer service

I signed up for vontage telephone service and before i got any hardware to use the service my house burned down. The house burned on Sept 18th 2007 and they say they delivered the hardware on sept 27th 2007. there was no one there to recieve anything. But they want to charge me for something I never got little lone used. Every time I call them I end up on hold for 15 to 20 minutes, I have been cut off several times when put on hold. It is now January of 2008 and they are still billing me for the service and say I now have to pay $130.00 to cancell the service which I called and tried to cancell back in Sept. when the house burned. They are terrible to try and work with they do not know what one or the other is doing.
