Misguiding, Misleading and Cheating

I am a post paid customer and I have been on roaming, in Indonesia, since 15th June. I was using my Mumbai cell for some days till I got my local number here. Hence I used to check my unbilled amount regularly using the BILL sms of Vodafone.
I have saved all the messages of the unbilled amounts.
Roaming started on 15/16 June
Unbilled amount - 19 june - 604.39
Unbilled amount - 25 june - 631.99
Unbilled amount - 27 june - 1938.39
Unbilled amount - 29 june - 1966.59
Unbilled amount - 1 july - 0
Unbilled amount- 2 july - 62919.99
and now again
Unbilled amount- 9 july - 4540.4 ...without even using my number!!!
And now the bill has come showing outgoing calls on 16, 17, 18 etc which are being charged at a different rate. The unbilled amount never showed such charges and also never mentioned that the roaming charges are excluded. So they have misled me to rely on the un billed data, which i shouldn't have, by hiding this information that that roaming is extra.
And I have a credit limit of 25000 which was not used to inform me about the unbilled charges. I should have been informed about my usage nearing or exceeding my credit limit to let me decide if i want to continue using this number or not. This is intolerable neglect and carelessness on your part.
These are the two gross errors on their part which 'misled' me to use my number on international roaming.
And after 20 days of filling a complaint with their customer care e-mail/phone they have not responded properly.
Please never use vodafone on roaming or better still don't take their connection at all.
