my mob number is 9923365721.i have never demand for astrology service but i charged for it.spoke to cs department they said ur service activated through net.i never use net for it. pl. guide
I got your email address from website and I am really disappointed with the service which I got from the “Happy to help” Vodafone customer service. I called last night and I spoke to one of the rep named – Mr. Riyaz Jaria around 02.00Am and I told the rep that I had issued a check and there was some problem in the Kiosk and the check was already issued 6 days back but the service was not activated and was repeating the same thing again and again in the 1st call only I gave him my details again he was asking the same questions from me for what I don’t understand this... I wish if his call has got monitored at that time I pretty sure he will get fatal error on that call..
evenly I work in a BPO which is International call center but never seen such kinda service however I was told by this Rep that my service will get activated with in 2Hrs of time I waited and the service was not activated till today morning believe me I did not sleep the entire night thinking that my cell will get activated at any point of time but it did not. I have to leave my home around 7am to reach office at 9am till 10am my line was not activated. I called around 10am and spoke to Ms. Manisha Patil. God forbid she does not knows how to speak in English, I mean what kinda customer support you have who cannot understand who cannot speak properly and keeps on repeating the same thing. She told me that the line will get activated with in 1 hr of time till now its 12.37 around my System time the service has not been activated. However I told her that I will make debit card payment and then at least activate the serive since I am also on big profile I also will require cell to make calls for the same.
Because some problem in your shops where you – (Vodafone) it self says to make a check payment and rest they will take care keeping that trust in mind I issued the check and the line is not activated for some reasons why customer has to face problems like it… I have VODAFONE customer from last 7-8 Yrs if this is what you guys have to provide me the service then I will say Good bye forever and switch to some other company where I get better offers.
I will suggest if you need to keep up the brand name please start helping customer rather then creating problems for them.
you need to know the fact I am upset on you & wanted to share this with you so at least you can understand what I am going through.
