I ordered a sample and I wanted to cancel any furture orders. Well it seems they have no web sight, and on my cc card they disconnected their 800# so I can't even call to cancel, and the purchase shows up as LNZ teethmakover. No web sight there either, and no # to cancel any furture orders.

Me too...I have a phone number for them, however, I have now made two calls awaiting an infamous 'cancellation email' which I think is totally bogus. They tell you to wait 2-3 hours for email to come through...and if it doesn't call back...my bank tells me I have to cancel the card to get it to stop the merchant hold. They have several names they go under too...Ever brite, vivid white, Dazling Brite...to name a few...SEVERAL complaints...but cannot nail down one company to list on the BBB website to warn consumers...

Me three!!! I've called twice to cancel and like the second commentor here, I'm still awaiting the email re cancellation that was supposed to have arrived within two to three hours of (both) my calls. I have a different number that does get you to an operator, but it seems to get me no where in spite of speaking with someone both times: 888-869-2174. I'm calling again tomorrow and this time I'm going to try and get more information about their company, etc. This is ridiculous!

IT PAYS TO CHECK ONLINE FOR COMPLAINTS BEFORE MAKING THIS TYPE OF PURCHASE. HAD I READ ABOUT THE PURPORTED SCAM I CERTAINLY WOULD NEVER HAVE PLACED THE ORDER. LIVE AND LEARN... I'M CALLING MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TOMORROW TO SEE WHAT I CAN DO ABOUT REVERSING THE CHARGE AND REPORTING THE COMPANY FOR EXTREMELY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES.

They are being investigated by the Florida Attorney General.

Ordered my "FREE SAMPLES" of Bright White and Alta White at beginning of October. Pleased that they didn't take long to arrive. While looking them up last Thursday to see if products could be used on porcelain veneers I came upon this Complaints site and after checking my bank statement discovered that my "FREE SAMPLES" had cost me £56.78 & £64.05.
Tried to phone one of contact numbers I found but man I spoke to had no idea what I was talking about. (He was in India by the way and was annoyed that his number had been used.) My bank have sent me a claim form to fill in and I also cancelled my card. Tried another 'phone number this morning and spoke to a woman who told me I should have cancelled within 10 days. 01617680100 is the number. I had great difficulty understanding her. I asked for the address of the company - it's in Chicago but couldn't make out half she was telling me.
I'll study and comlete the form that bank have sent me and hope for better luck there. Feel such an idiot, so annoyed with myself but am telling people about it so that it doesn't happen to them.
GOOD LUCK to anyone else trying to sort this mess out.
