ACAI BERRY DETOX - VIV3LABS - DO NOT TOUCH THIS...YOU WILL BE ROBBED!

I am writing in a very distressed state after noticing the internet fraud that I have just experienced with ViV3Labs. On the 2nd May 2009, I agreed on the internet to the Risk Free 15 day trial on the Acai Berry Detox & Life Cleanse ONLY. I clearly only agreed to pay 3.95 GBP x 2 for shipping and handling charges and NO payments for any other products. $3.95 x 2 was the only amount I authorised on my visa card. I did not authorised any ongoing products and did not have any more than one transaction on the internet
When I arrived home on the 10th June, to my surprise, I had a package from VIV3Labs. I was Extremely upset and angry to see that I had been robbed on the internet and fraud had taken place. Immediately I called the customer service number in the invoice and spoke to a lady by the name of Sabrina. I explained to her I was calling from Australia and what had happen to me. I gave her all my account details and asked her to cancel any further packages sent to me and any further money been stolen from my credit card. I asked to speak with a manager, when the lady told me that ViV3labs did not have a phone numner and she was in a call centre. I requested a full refund on both products and all money take form my visa card to be put back. I was charged $118.00 further from my visa card.
DO NOT GO ANY WHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY.
THIS IS INTERNET FRAUD... AND MUST BE STOPPED!
