i only asked for the free tial of this product, i've only used it for one day and they have already billed me for the full price of another bottle of pills without my consent. this is fraud.

I have not got an email address to cancel product i also ordered the free trial and only after my bank details were submitted did i realise something is amiss. I have not received confirmation of the order or any input from the company. I do not even have an email address could someone give me the address to this company

I made an order today, but after reading these posts cancelled my orders via telephone and email within an hour. I have been given cancellation numbers, but we will see what actually happens. This, unfortunately, quite clearly states all the payments they plan to take, and how and when they will do so.

It states a 15 day free trial but they deduct your delivery time from that so it's really 15 days from the day you ordered the trial. If delivery therefore takes 11 days, you will only have another 4 days to accept product and carry on being billed or to cancel the subscription. The sneaky thing is they send 30 days worth of tablets in one bottle even though you only request 15 days free. If you cancel your subscription within the 15 day free trial period, you should only remain liable for the shipping and handling fee. I cancelled today and they also gave me cancellation numbers, stated that I would only be liable for the shipping and handling and said that no additional charges would be taken from my card. They stated that all tablets get sent out in 30 day bottle sizes and therefore i would be able to just keep the bottle of 30 day tablets and not need to return them. Suspicion still looms so i will not open the bottle until i am 100% sure ther will not be a hidden charge taken off me.

Hi,

I ordered acai and colon cleanse trials on 29/06/09 and then after getting the feeling this company was potential dodgy scam and rippoff merchants I got worried and half an hour later managed to get through on the phone to cancel the order, they gave me cancellation numbers too,
only to find that I have still been charged on 3/07/09 for a product I dont even want to try anymore! This is not right, they should at least refund me for this as I cancelled the same day, bastards!

Can anyone give me any advice, please? Ive tried emailing and ringing the customer services, if you can call it that, and have had no luck, I dread them takin more money from me!

Ive never even thought of tryin to buy online diet suplement before, well, I've learnt my lesson but its really put me off buying things online and now I feel really stupid, please if anyone reads this dont get suckered in like the rest of us.

I was caught out here too. They seem to delay posting the product possibly in the hope it won't be received within the 15day trial period. I did receive mine within approx 13 days although by not sending you a confirmation email unless you take a note of date of order you will be caught out if the product is received after 15 days. I checked my website history and was able to ascertain date by this method. I also hadn't checked the terms & conditions but fortunately (I hope!!) my daughter was home when i received the product and when i told her it was a free sample product, she advised me to check the website for terms and conditions as when you give card or bank details it's usually a scam.

I did so and was horrified to see they would take £70 from my bank account (via the debit card details I gave them) after 15 days from order. In addition I suffer from IBS and do not want to lose wait and when I read the ingredients list there is a high level of laxitives in the product and I am unable to take laxitives because of my condition. I sent an email off both from my Windows email account and via their email webform on their website. I have received confirmation emails but only to say they were "investigating my query". I did not make a query, I wrote to cancel the order agreement.

Anyway first thing the morning following receipt of the item I telephoned the 08082389891 number and after several attempts during which I was cut off 4 times trying to access their order cancelling option, I finally got through (the possibility of having £70 taken from my debit card was a strong incentive to persist - in fact my husband's debit card which is even worse! ). The customer service agent cancelled my order and gave me a cancellation ID number. However although she was very pleasant, she was hedgy when I asked her had any money been taken from my account other than the £3.95 p&p for shipping the "free" sample.

After reading the posts on this complaints board I am not completely confident however that no further payments will be taken from the card so I am going to get my husband to ring the bank and if payments cannot be stopped then have the card cancelled and a new one issued so they will not be able to take payments using the card details given to them. I have also contacted my local trading standards office alerting them to this company's practices in the hope something can be done to make them more transparent with their terms and conditions whereby they would have to put them clearly on their web home page and order form. Anyway fingers crossed. I also had the same problem with another company I placed an order with on the same day - Tryacaipure.com although they sent the product more quickly and also enclosed a leaflet with the product advising about the 15 day trial agreement and I was able to get through to them quickly and cancel the order. Again though it is a fingers crossed situation.

Looking for a quick fix weight loss for my upcoming holiday, I too fell for this awful scam, however I was lucky enough to realise that money was going to be taken from my account before it was. I think the only safe way to handle this is to cancel your account altogether, open a new one and never be so stupid to fall for any more scams like this ever again!!!

Thank you for comments, you have saved me from the scam!...I too ordered my free trial!!, ...and just came online to find instructions as none were included with free sample, ...I am shocked and now am cancelling my credit card!...how do they get away with it???

unfortunately I have been scammed by them as well, in addition my bank was not very useful at all (Lloyds TSB) so i lost nearly £150 pounds and now am dreading if they are able to take more money from me!! Is there any way to stop them?? Am furious!!

BARCLAYS were useless, could not cancel the payments. all they could say was if i was charged again after sending the cancellation email they would look into it and contact viv3 on my behalf. im still waiting :( didnt help that i couldnt bloody remember where i got the pills from and spent 3 weeks arguing with a company who turned round and said they didnt have any record of me. the 1st of august looms. will they take another 73 quid?? i hope not. i cant afford it. i cant even afford food coz of this scam!! BARCLAYS even said that putting a block on my card and getting a new one wont help. what do i do if they still keep charging me?? cancel my account and go elsewere?? its a nightmare!! one thats been haunting me everynight for weeks. i just moved into my own place...and financially im struggling! i dont need this!!

I am in the same boat as everyone. I discovered the 2 amounts of £74.10 each taken out of my bank account today. I telephoned the company twice straight away. They agreed to cancel my "subscription" as they called it, and I will not receive any further billing.
Of course a refund was out of the question as I have had the tablets for about 3 weeks (Havent used them yet)
I then went to my bank (Barclays) and asked what can be done to stop any future withdrawals. They said they will put a block on their account from today which will take 31 days to be effective and should any more amounts be present by them in the meantime Barclays will refund me the money.

So now that I have taken a look at their terms and conditions I am now going to attempt to request a refund on the basis of not being satisfied with the product, as I see in their terms and conditions there is the following clause:-

C. Refunds. We want You to be satisfied with Our Products and Our services; therefore, if You are ever not satisfied with any Product that You ordered, You may call Our Customer Service Department toll-free at 080 8238 9891 or (+44) 2031399027 outside of the UK and request a refund. Our refund policy is as follows:
1. You may receive a refund of any Product that You ordered up to thirty (30) days after Your order is placed.

I will update you all on what happens.

Can anyone tell me how I can cancell my order...I have received 3 bottles and have been trying desperately to get in touch with them to cancel but because I am in Canada I am having no luck at all.
I am sooooo frusterated and I do NOT want to pay for another bottle!

UPDATE;

I have just phoned to request a refund on this first order and they said refunds are only available on the second order not the first. I hope this helps some of you.

I am an ex Local Billing employee, the owners of www.acaiberryexclusive.com and another sites with these fake diet products.

The owners of those sites are Clay Douglass ( http://www.linkedin.com/in/claydouglass) and Mitch Platt (http://www.linkedin.com/pub/mitch-platt/4/271/878) and their plan is to scam as much possible and, then, go for another product and do the same (SCAM).

oh, my God!! i was so fulish to order this product from viv3 and now, the ultimate solution was to block my card because it is imposible to contact them, they don't answer the telephone, they don't reply to my e-mails!!!
this is crazy! it never happened to me before. i hope that people will first check this company and only after that they will order the products!!
