I have ordered and paid for a product from Nuyouth anti aging with my credit card. This was suppose to be R117.00
I have changed jobs in the mean time, and on 19 Sept advised them of my change of e-mail address and also queried delivery on the product I have paid for in July 2016 already. I have requested my money back, but no reply. For a period of time I never had access to my baks statements for my credit card. On 2nd Of December I went to the bank to change my personal information just to discover that they have deducted money off my account from July till now. This adds up to over R13500.00 south African Rands. I did try to chat online, but no luck. I honestly think this is a scam. I will do anything in my power to get my money back. Not even interested in their product anymore. Do anyone know how to resolve this?

Please stop sending this product to me and also stop charging my credit card.. It is a complete farce. Many times the product CARCINOMA CAMBODIA DIRECT has been sent to Malaysia instead of the USA. The return address on the package is always

They are fraudulent. Have no right to help themselves to my money and the products are rubbish.
I also didn't request any more products just the one free sample.
But they keep sending them. About £400- £500 they have had off of me.
No more. Stopped card.

I have had the same problem as it appears many others have had. I requested the free trial. I have been since sent more product every month with my credit card bringing debited huge amounts plus exchange rates.
Trying to cancel is near impossible.
Am going to have to cancel my credit card with all the inconvenience that causes

I ordered and payed with my master card a promo of Garcinia and Cleanse Essentiels for 9 euro both in oktober 2015. Now they have took from my master card (bancaccount) 328 euro for nothing! I wil go on to get my money back! Is there some one who had the same experience? I am from Belgium, Europe. Thans for you reaction.

On 6thand7th January my visa was charged four times for one trial bottle each of Garcinia and HerbalX? Then on January 20, $113.70 and on January 22, $114.52 for a product I have not received . Nor was I sent a number or address whereby I could cancel future products I do not want. I did not I get a payment docket. What do I do about this before I pas this onto fraud squad. Hi I replied to an add saying for €2:87 I would get a free sample of Anti Aging Serum and that's all I wanted but I didn't realise or did I see that I had 14 days to return the product but you cannot send creams or liquids in the post from ireland, so since I paid €2:87 with my credit card and since I didn't return my sample they signed me into a contract and since then they have taken €99:00; + €101:87; +€101:87 and nothing I can seemingly

I bought the weight loss garcenia when it was on sale. I bought it once because i wanted to try it but i do not want to continue the monthly supply.
I do not want you to take any money anymore from my account.
I do not wish to continue having the monthly supply.

Cancel your credit card asap and order a new one. Vitatrade cannot serve hisself any more. You can also block the enter into your bank

Late Dec. 2015 I purchased what I thought was a trial bottle of Garcinia and Essential Cleanse. I received a bottle of each about one month later.
I thought that I was going to be charged postage only for these items. My credit card statement arrived in Feb. 2015 and I had been charged the postage plus $129.36, $127.99, $133.88 and $135.82. These charges were from Fitnutrasupport.com, Corebodysupport.com, and also from
Fitlifenowhelp.com. At this point I have only received the original two bottles. So far I have been debited around $550.00. I have cancelled my
credit card and fingers crossed that I cancelled the card before anymore debits were put on it. The Dispatch Note was from Vitatrade PO Box 1229, Salt Lake City. Utah 84110. support@myaccountsupport.net. www.myaccountsupport.net
This is now in the hands of my credit card company. These people don't seem to be able to be contacted either by phone or email.
I hope that I have saved someone before they make the same mistake that I made by getting involved with these people.

I am unable to take this product due to medical complaint. I only ordered the trial then they billed me For$134.61 and $139.50 for products I did not order. They will not answer the phone so It was suggested to me to contact the Ombudsmen Also I have cancelled my bank card

I ordered one bottle of this product as a trial and found it of no use at all. I have just received a second bottle that has been billed to my account that I did not order nor do I want. When I try and email the company the emails just bounce back.

in just a one month period i have been charged $750 on my credit card for vitamins. I never approved these transactions. Buyer beware no matter how wonderful this companies products sound DO NOT buy them, you will regret the ongoing charges put through to your card. Apparently this is all explained in their Terms & Condtions, I can assure you it wasn't at the time of purchasing nor did it state anywhere on their website that my purchase was a trial and that should I not return products I was locked into monthly fixed amounts. It wasn't even monthly fixed amounts they charged me $750 in one month and the only reason it didn't continue is because I cancelled my credit card. Vitatrade and it's affiliated companies are a scam DO NOT BE FOOLED

I bought 1 bottle of Garcinia Essentials begin November 2015 at 7, 89€. A second was for free.
They send me only one bottle.
BUT they debited my account (Master Card) in 4 times with -185, 97€ . I did not ordered anything! It is a FRAUDE COMPANY !
I can see that do that with many, many persons. That is a MEGA FRAUDE world wide! I made a complain by the police.

I have also received product from these Con artist grifters. I received the supposedly free trials bottles of Garcina Essential & Essential Cleanse. The HCA content they claimed for their Garcinia product is a joke, they claimed 100% HCA rating but theirs has is the lowest ever on the market at 500mg? I've got a local product with 3 times the HCA & a fraction of their price! That's if it contains any HCA at all, it could contain any crap other than Garcinia? Thank God I managed to find this forum & cancel my Debit card before they have had the chance to plunder my card account for this overpriced rubbish. Have tried to contact them like most people here but received no correspondence from them which is typical of Thieves & scamming Fraudsters? If you have purchased product from them, cancel your Credit cards immediately by notifying your Bank & let them try & chase after future requests for money? Does America & its Federal Govt have any Consumer protection for their Citizens & Worldwide Customers? Obviously not? Hopeless!

Accepted on line trail only for Essential Cleanse & Garcinia Essentials paying postage only, next thing my credit card is charged fortnightly payments of $123.98 & $133.29 + conversion fees which I never accepted, Now going through my bank to disputes charges & refund payment.

I have returned two parcels as i don't want them but the first has been sent back to me " not deliverable as addressed.". I am cancelling my card so they can not debit my account anymore. There must be some way to stop these people.

I ordered this online, no reply came to acknowledge they had received my request, then I checked my credit card online and there were the amounts taken out for the postage, when I tried to check the companies mentioned on my account, the internet had know record of these so I cancelled my credit card. A month later the postman delivered my bottle of Garcinia Essentials and I have now found it was the company Vitatrade who had taken my order. I have now found my local chemist stocks a similar product, at a cheaper price so that is were I will be going from now on.

I have exactly the same experience. When I did not want to get multiple shipments, I called first the phone number given for my country (Norway).
Impossible to get through. So I sent a mail to the given address, but it came in return. I found another mail address, only to get it returned too.
When I finally managed to get through on the phone, the lady I spoke with told that I was charged for four products, totaling $ 370, 73!
An exorbitant price compared to similar products. I was never told anywhere about this price. I told the lady at the phone that I did not want these products, but all my money back. Yes of course, she should help me, but she had to talk to her boss. No money came. Instead two packages arrived.
After two months the third package arrived. The fourth is still missing. I have written many emails, and I have called over and over again. I was told that July 15 two payments was done to my Visa card. I checked my account carefully, but found no payments. This I enlightened by telephone, but was told that I had to contact my bank. I explained that I could see every transaction on my account statements, but was told that I HAD to contact my bank. This I did, and of course it was right what I had stated. This I sent a mail about, and since I have heard nothing, and all my money are still missing. This is obvious scammers and they should be stopped, but how? Does anyone know the name of the company, and where they are located? I can not find it anywhere. My mail address is t-jarg@online.no

I have also been getting billed for Garcinia Essentials and the Cleanse tablets after ordering through a free trial offer. The initial product did not arrive for a month and I was charged for the postage as expected, however almost 2 months later find my credit card has been charged for two lots of product. I only ever received the original free offer. They have advised that my account is now cancelled however they will not refund the first two charges of $125.22 and $127.01 which is a charge for the so called free trial product. The other charges on my card are for product not received and which they advise I cannot cancel until I receive at which point I have to contact them again and get a returning product number and then pay to return the product. They will not give a return product number prior to me receiving the product. Meanwhile they have my money. Have meeting with my bank to see what I can do to prevent any further deductions from my account from this company. Lesson learnt do not buy of the internet.

Good day. I am in South Africa and was also caught out by this scam. I too requested the 2 trial products and my credit card was debited by 3 larger amounts. Fortunately I receive text msgs for any transactions, and caught it fairly quickly. I had to go into my bank to cancel my credit card - three additional payments were deducted from my credit card within 2 days.

I called MYACCOUNTSUPPORT and they gave some story that one was supposed to cancel any future automatic order, which was NEVER in the Terms and Conditions.

I received my first trial sample yesterday - almost 5 months after the original request. All the other item I supposedly paid for - NOTHING AT ALL!

I requested trial products but my credit card was debited for various amounts . I have been in constant contact both telephonically and by e-mail and have been promised on many occasions that a refund on my credit card will be done. To date I have not received any products whatsoever and neither has my credit card been credited. Please advise how I can go about gettign my money back.

Same issue here! I guess the seller just don't care, just collecting all the money they'll get. After seeing all these complains I'll call to my bank and cancel the credit card. I'm afraid that is the only way...
Already e-mailed the seller but not expecting any answers any day soon :(

I too have been billed for $ 501.91 in total. since 2nd February. This company has so many complaints against it that I too am going to report it to the Police. I have had to cancel my credit card after my statement appeared many transactions for a product I have not received.
