Essential oils
I purchased essential oils from this company through Walmart.com. The product I received was inferior compared to many other essential oils I have purchased. When I called VitaminLife to resolve I was told I could not return the product because I used it. How would I know it was inferior if I didn't use it. I was told that if I didn't like the product "Just don't buy it again". I was astounded at the lack of respect this company displays. I see other similar reviews - be ware when doing business with this company.
Service
I ordered a $6.00 bottle of vitamins in mid-November 2015. With shipping the total was about $10.00 and I expected to receive the order in about one week. I checked after one week and amazon showed it as being delivered but I never received my vitamins. I contacted vitaminlife.com via email and was asked to fill out an affidavit. For a $6.00 bottle of vitamins, I thought that was excessive, but did it anyway. Just yesterday (1/8/2016) the original order showed up. I emailed vitaminlife.com to inform them that the original order arrived. I told them I would be more than happy to return the item if they would send my a pre-paid lable. They told me they wanted the vitamins back and that I was responsible for shipping. They suggested I refuse the package but I had already opened it (but not the vitamins) and thrown the the package in the trash. So, now I have dug through my garbage, found the packaging materials and have taped it all back up and will drop it in the mail. Not only will I never do business with this company again, I would never use anything they sent me. The return packaging could have been in someone's trash.

Order never received
I live in Belgium, Europe. I placed my first order (#1589715) at VitaminLife on 3/29/2012. We're now 7/16/2012 and I still have not received my order, nor have I been contacted by the Belgian customs. I've been in contact with VitaminLife several times to check whether my order would have been returned to them but they say no. I start to have the feeling that the order was never dispatched... I'd like to have a response from VitaminLife please. Minna Immonen, Ganshoren, Belgium

VitaminLife - Bad service
VitaminLife.com - nutiriontal supplements We had placed many orders with no problem. On one occasion the wrong items were shipped, but the company corrected it promptly. However, we recently received an open envelope which was clearly not sealed from the company. A packing list was inside, but no products. We called the customer service department and were...
