I got a package from Vitamail today. I was very surprised as haven’t ordered anything. I tried to get in touch with the company but no response. Finally I decided to try the product they sent. After few days they charged me money. Now I can’t even ask for a refund as I have already unpacked the products.

I ordered some products because I wanted to try if they work. They said that you can cancel anytime, but it still doesn't cancel the order. They have made it so tricky that if you don't cancel 30 days before your second bill (or something like that), it doesn´t cancel the order. And every time you get a new bill, it's more expensive. First under 20e (offer), then 69e, and then 79e etc (Finland). It is not easy to find their costumer service phone number online either. Anyone older or sick would probably just give up canceling it. Yes, I also believe it is a SCAM! Hopefully the products really have the vitamins they say they have...

Scam! Exploited my mother with dementia by allowing her to re-sign up after we called them to cancel her subscriptions for good. More bills to pay, not allowed to return the goods (so that went straight into the trash, since my mother didn't ever want any products offered by Vitamail), and 30 more days mandatory payments. Corporate greed... Shame on you Vitamail...

I live in Sweden and I have not had a good experience with Vitamail. First I think the company is scam. The way they go about marketing their products and having hidden charges is alarming. You will never I understand it from the onset until you are hooked. I think the government should look into their activities. I received an package and paid the full amount of 174kr afterwards I sent an email to them asking them not to send another before I knew it it landed in my box. When I called customer service, they say the email I sent was to the wrong person that they didn’t receive it and I cannot send the package back. I accepted it but I wasn’t keen on using it again. Anyways, I decided to pay for what I am not going to use. But to my surprise, I opened the package and found an invoice of 696kr. This is after paying for the first one. I called customer service again for clarification but this she gave justification why I have to pay that. It doesn’t make any sense to me what she explained. I mean this company is exploitative and should be stopped. I am compelled to pay almost 700kr extra for a product I am not going to use. This is criminal in my opinion. Stop them!

I was out of Norway, when i came back i saw two Packages of VItamail in my Post Box and also two bills. I tried to call them to know about this order but no response from them. Now they have sent these bills to third party and they have added high amount of penalty. I called them again and this they picked the call but saying you have to pay the additional amount as well instead i have not open the packages yet.

The same problems happen with me in Norway.. First I have received received a package and uesed it.. after a while i have received another package without order it.. I tries many times to contact them .. but their telephone not respond..

I have just received a letter from Vitamail demanding money from me £98.89, I don't know what this is for as I haven't bought anything from this company for the last 5years and then I had to pay upfront.
