Vitals engages in unethical behavior

A doctor I represent has been harassed by an individual on Vitals' review forum, consistently every month, for the last four years. We have reached out to Vitals several times to notify them of this issue and let them know what is going on. We sent several emails and never got a response, even though this is in direct violation of their terms and conditions.

After filing a police report of harassment and sending it to Vitals, we finally got a response. But only one response. They removed *some* of the harassing comments and then went off the grid again. To no avail, the person stalking the doctor I represent was back online the next day, posting nasty, harassing comments. How disgusting!

When it comes to dealing with Vitals, you're in for a long ride. Their customer support is nonexistent, and when you try to call their office, the voicemail box is full.

Vitals has no algorithm or vetting process to spot harassment of any sort.

Vitals is this even a legitimate company?

There is a rogue review of one star recently given to our practice that is grossly inaccurate. I've sent a message as instructed through the website and left several messages to no avail. This seems like an illegitimate business. Wouldn't it seem logical that if this company is legitimate they would contact providers each time there is a review so that there could be an appropriate response. Or, at the very least if something is negative we could provide a response. Or "self-verified" it wouldn't be allowed. This site is clearly about raking in ad dollars with zero interest in providing accurate information for patients.

Vitals vitals.com

Vitals.com has published my home address in regards to my office.
Last week a strange man came to my home to make an appointment and would not leave! I asked how he got this address and he told me and my husband from vitals! I have emailed vitals.com to take down my listing all together. I have never agreed for any of this information to be published by them. No one has returned my emails or phone calls agreeing to take me off their site since they put my family and I in danger. I have now contacted an attorney to handle the situation.

Vitals phone number for our practice

Vitals will not update the phone number of our practice. This is a simple request that should be handled immediately. The purpose of their site is to provide the correct information, most importantly the phone number. We have gone down every avenue to change this on our own and through contacting them. They do not respond to anything and do not help in any way. Extremely disappointing.

Vitals.com is very suspicious. I've tried to understand who writes the reviews so we can contact them regarding their concerns. There is no way to do this and vitals do not reply to any emails I send to them. Is this an actual business? If it is, they should be shut down. Not good for Providers or Patients.

They have not changed and will not take me off their website.

Vitals vitali statistics department customer service

We requested, for a birth certificate for our 1 year old daughter via online. And then we needed the certificate soon so we went to trenton location NJ and took it by hand. And we asked them if we can cancel the online requested certificate, and they said that would cancelled since its been given by hand it will be updated. To our surprise we got the online requested birth certificate. So thought of calling them back and find out like what happened. The lady who attended the call wasn't even ready to listen to what I have to say, and even after listening she wasn't ready to help at all. and dint even speak a word properly and was mute till I SPOKE. I hope that wasn't the way how to respond to someone who needs help in such cases.

Vitals fake review

My name is Dr. Travis Hampton and I have a fake review on your site. Someone gave me a 1 star review (actually 2 1 star reviews are there, one with no comments what-so-ever and the other is a bald face lie). I left a review myself to correct the fake review. Please take them both down, but not one without the other. In the review, the person says that I sent them a dismissal letter accusing them of being a drug addict and that I prescribed three different drugs to this person, two of which I have never prescribed in my career. I have not sent a dismissal letter to ANY patient of mine in over 10 years. That's a fact! Plus, I can't think of a single patient that has asked for drugs in the past year more than once. Some patients ask for pain pills and I provide them when needed but none of my patients have asked more than once because I always treat their problems. I am seriously wondering if this is my competition and I would love to see the name of the reviewer so as to be able to take appropriate legal action.

Thank you

Travis Hampton, DMD

Vitals negative reviews are not shown, removed and fake positive reviews

I've been like others lied to and disfigured by a surgeon who has a reputation of disfiguring and lying to people, vitals shows no negative reviews of mine and his other patients I talked to. But I know this doctor posted multiple fake positive reviews in vitals right after I said I'm gonna put reviews for him since he's not helping me recover from this disaster done by him. Vital is scamming people, what else is new

Vitals false and patient review

As a provider I find vitals extremely discouraging. I just discovered that someone anonymous has submitted a review on Vitals site calling my family member an utterly depraving name. Not only is it a false statement, it is a blatant abuse and affects my business. There is no protection for a provider against such disgusting posts. I called and left message at Vitals as well as sent email to vitals customer care about this abuse. But no response yet.

Vitals vitals.com/awful customer service!!!

There is absolutely no way to get in touch with vitals as a patient. I had a question about my review and every time I called them, the call was not answered. Oh wait, no, it was picked up once, however there was no speaking to me, just a bunch of laughing in the background.

They're the same way with email and messages through the website. I ended up re-sending my same email so many times; no reply.

Awful.

Vitals doctors delete negative reviews

A long time ago I had Lasik. The "doctor" botched the procedure. I sued and settled. During discovery all of these horrible reviews were on Vitals, this guy blinding people, people suing, the fact that he was destroying peoples lives. He was even texting when he was performing surgery on people. He became a traveling Groupon doctor to avoid being sued. If you cant catch him to serve him with papers it's tough to sue him. He ducked me for years, long before Groupon, Yelp and most doctor review sites.

After my attorneys subpoena server caught up to him I found out the motions of going through a lawsuit. During the discovery phase of the lawsuit it was brought up that this "doctor" had more then 30 complaints on Vitals. He had blinded and maimed about 30 people and there were the same amount of negative reviews. There were a few obviously fake ones that said what a great person he was. The 30 that went from he's a fraud to he blinded my spouse were damning. His attorneys recommended that he settle my case. He did. Before I go any further it wasn't worth it. This guy actually belongs in prison.

He racked up one bad review after another, I think in the end he had legally blinded 5 people. He had taken to the road being a Groupon doctor. He would run a Groupon for a few months, get a bunch of takers at some ridiculously low price and do 30 or more "surgeries" in a day. Then he would disappear on to the next place where he was running a Groupon.

When he botched my surgery he had an office and actually a very good online reputation. I paid him a lot of money for what would be the biggest mistake of my life. It was all online marketing fluff. I had 3 separate opinions, all of them said this is your prescription and after Lasik you will be 20/20 or better. I went with him because of the BS marketing reviews saying he had done the most procedures. He was comparably priced to the other two places. This was almost 12 years ago.

As people began suing him he took off, doing "surgeries" here and there. The BAD reviews on Vitals started to add up. I would check every so often to see how many more bad reviews he had.

A couple of years ago something funny happened. All of his bad reviews disappeared and all of a sudden he was a 4 star doctor on Vitals. From 1 to 4 stars overnight. The people this guy harmed reposted their bad experiences. Personally I think they are fools, Groupon Lasik for $1900? What did you think was going to happen? BTW when Lasik goes bad it's not like you can just go back to glasses. To put it the most simple terms it's the equivalent of staring at the sun for a day. Your eyes (corneas) are vaporized and distorted. There is no fix. Your eyes are cooked.

To rap this up he racked up a bunch of negative reviews again. People who are maimed for life tend to be pretty vocal about being disabled for life. He was close to 30 maimed patients again, was under investigation and ALL of this was on Vitals. I would check every once and a while to see what the count is. I cannot leave a review of him, I can't even mention his name or the place where he does business. I can say it is in Lombard, Illinois and his partner optometrist is very close to losing his license in Illinois. The optometrist " doctor" that I speak of is possibly under indictment but I'm not sure.

I do know that on Vitals it says "INACTIVE". "Vitals cannot verify whether or not this professional is currently practicing." If that's the case then how is this guy and his " Lasik Center" still running Groupons in Chicagoland for $1900? IMO he paid to be taken off of Vitals. There are still plenty of bad reviews on Yelp and Health Grades. Long story short, if you see the words Lasik and Groupon together RUN.

Vitals scam website removes bad reviews about drs

All of these posts about dr. Stuart m wycoff are continuously being removed by vitals.com:

Post dated 8/26/16
Some of us who were abused by dr wyckoff while under his care as children have been posting reviews about his behavior and vitals are removing them. This should be illegal because they are endorsing child abusers. You are not reading the real reviews, they are taking them down. Do not see dr. Wyckoff he was forced to leave the state for how he treated us!

Post dated 7/15/16
He abused children in a treatment facility. Dr. Wycoff ran truckee meadows hospital in nv when i was there in the 80’s. I was in the adolescent unit. He ruined kids lives and the effects of childhood trauma doesn’t end when you are a child. He admitted and kept kids locked up in there when they shouldn’t have been just to make a buck, and he would tell you that. “you just bought me a new car” he’d say. The longer a kid was there the more money he made. He had a kid in a diaper, he didn’t need a diaper, it was punishment, they put chains on us and lock us up in a room by ourselves, sometimes you were on “room restriction” or “front hall restriction” and weren’t allowed to talk to or look at anyone else for weeks, or months. He’d have “shut downs” where we would have to get up at 4 in the morning and we’d all go into a small room and sit on a hard floor until 2 in the morning and we couldn’t talk to each other. This would go on for however long he wanted usually 3 weeks or so. He’d come in every now and then and say something crude to one of us. Why would this happen? Because he was mad at us for some unknown reason. They’d over medicate us and would purposefully rile kids up, (He’d yell at them and call them cuss words) so they would be upset so he could say they needed to stay there longer, he made so much money off of torturing kids. Most of us didn’t have anything wrong with us accept we were kids. If we really needed his help then why was it the second your insurance ran out you were released, he just wanted your money. He ruined peoples lives. Some didn’t even make it to carry on with heir lives, several committed suicide. He ruined families too. This man was supposed to “help” but he was the opposite. This guy was so abusive to us. He was sued, investigated and kicked out of practicing in the state. He tried to start another adolescent center but parents of abused children protested it and he was basically ran out of state. I can not tell you how awful this man was. I can not believe this man is still practicing in another state, he is a criminal.

Like the reviewer above i also spent time under the watch of dr stuart wyckoff in truckee meadows hospital in reno, nv. I was admitted as an in-patient in 1985 as a 14-year-old as a result of being physically abused by my mum and stepdad. Dr wyckoff exploited the situation by ripping off my parents private health fund and admitting me to the centre on an indefinite basis. His treatment of me and the other patients in this place, which was effectively a prison, was abhorrent and downright abusive. He was an ultra-manipulative tyrant whose foremost objective was to demean teenage children, shatter their confidence and steal from private health insurers to fund his lifestyle. Dr wyckoff was a highly immoral self-serving man. He treated his patients with disdain, and he was repeatedly punitive in his approach to rehabilitation. On numerous occasions he forced me and other inpatients to face a blank white wall for hours on end. He would have inpatients shackled and strapped by feet and hands to a mobile bed and place them in a completely white room where they could be heard whaling and yelling for hours. He and his wife would perform psychometric testing on patients separately in a bid to find them telling different versions of themselves, then punish them on the basis that they were lying. Dr wyckoff betrayed me and my family and incarcerated me in this centre for 2 months, simply because i was beaten by my parents. My"obnoxious" behaviour, he would repeatedly say, was the reason i was abused by my parents and became an inpatient. He taught his punitive methods to my parents who, once i was released, insisted on facing me against a wall for up to 8 hours at a time for several years. On one occasion in "group therapy" he outed a teenager and berated him in front of dozens of people, reducing him tears and in the process blatantly breaching confidentiality by openly sharing very intimate details of the boy's private life with the group. I will never forget the pain and utter humiliation on the face of this poor boy, and have no doubt the damage done would be long-lasting. Dr stuart wyckoff has obviously scarred more lives than my own, and he should be avoided at all costs. There should have been an inquiry into his actions at the hospital and he should have been incarcerated himself for his fraudulence and his disgraceful treatment of teenage children. I am now a happy 43-year-old man, but i will never, ever forget that dark period of my childhood when i crossed paths when i came into contact with dr stuart wyckoff.

Post by jarrod w. Correll (Carpenter/foreman) on jul 5th, 2014
I was a somewhat troubled adolescent, growing up in reno nv in the mid 1980s, when i was admitted to truckee meadows hospital, where this extremely abusive "man" was the medical director of the adolescent unit. His wife was dr. Obstfeld phd., a partner in his practice. I was locked in this facility from the age of 13-15. The staff at the hospital were mostly under his and mostly fearing for their jobs & consequently carried out his abusive brand of treatment. There are far too many incidents of the constant mental abuse as well as the occasional physical abuse, to list in this review, but one of the things that still comes to surface, all to often, is the following; listed as two of my issues were depression & low self esteem. Keep in mind i was 13 when i first came under his "care". At 13 yrs of age we all go through puberty and quite a few go through a gangley stage with acne & such, while trying to figure out who we are as a person. His form of treatment for these somewhat superficial, yet natural issues, at this age, in my case, as well as most of my peers cases, was to constantly tell me what a worthless piece of trash i was and that i would never amount to anything, using explatives that i will rise above while writing this, long overdue review of this guy. I am 41 yrs old now and obviously haven't forgotten the hopeless feeling i endured while literally locked away for what i believed would be forever. I just want too add that when i read the previous review from 2009, it was like reading a piece of my own mind, and is, in its brief description, 0 accurate & i was in somewhat disbelief, that this "doctor" is still practicing because when i was 17, i stumbled across a reno gazette journal article in my late fathers dresser drawer, that described stewart m wycoff as an abusive md in the psychology field, and that he was run out of reno, went back to texas & was even ran out of texas & finally exposed for his discretions in either main or massachusetts (I can't remember which). In closing, i'd just like to say that there is a reason, why, at 41 yes of age, this subject surfaced for me. I am a man of integrity that, by the way, i credit my late father for. I stand 0 behind my word & have listed my real name above, & would be pleased to assist anyone in need, who has been or is currently being abused by this evil man. Its a wonderful world of technology we live e in today and i shouldn't be hard to find. I currently live in northern california. Thanks for reading. ~zion°™ p.S.In order to submit this review, i had to give an overall rating for this "doctor" i was unable to give zero or negative stars, so let me be clear. This guy deserves no stars, as far as i'm concerned. I hope suart m. Wycoff reads this review. I know he remembers me. He should. After all i payed for his hot tub and at least one of his cars. He told me that in 1985. As for me i had hoped to forget him, but clearly have not, likely, never will.

Vitals vitals patient reviews and ratings of doctor are selective & fraud

Vitals Review Site for Doctors: FALSE POSITIVE REVIEWS on Vitals, the top of the top three that present in and search engine results.

1) The comprehensive positive ratings are a FALSE representation of Patient reviews, as my truthful, negative reviews for Dr. Parham Ganchi, cosmetic surgeon of Wayne NJ, have been repeatedly removed over FIVE times, over the course of a few years.
My persistence remains unyielding, as even my recent posting sent from my sisters sip, was removed, thus showing that ...

2) ...ANY negative review from a patient is removed from Vitals, thus the fraud was not towards me personally, even though I learned Ganchi was trolling the reviews sites when, after one of my reviews was again removed...

3) ... I received a CALL FROM Ganchi, over 8 hours later, informing me that he knew the negative review postings were from me, and he proceeded to intimidate me!

"Complaints Board" an ethical, legitimate ratings site as my review has remained. Consequently, this exposed others to my posted experience and I to theirs. The many others posting here, who also had horrific surgery and experienced the same treatment... reveal that ...

4)... their truthful reviews had ALSO been removed from Vitals, (and from another surgeon review site that post only the highest ratings of Dr. Ganchi). Thus I am not the only victim patient, whose truthful reviews are eliminated from among the positive,

5) ...giving Ganchi a false overall rating status of % star.

**** THUS, this site is an absolute fraud, and it is fraud that has
6) caused physical, emotional and financial damage to me, as a result, ...

7) ... It is dangerous fraud, to others, surely still, as it was for me... because as a result of the fraud, I was falsely influenced towards hiring Dr. Ganchi to perform SURGERY on my BODY, having chosen to have a consultation with him based upon the FALSE TOP ratings ascribed to him. I am not alone, but I can only speak for me here, and ask the complaints board to skim the reviews here for Ganchi, then go to Vitals and compare the totality of the positive reviews there, to the many here from patients whose reviews have not been deleted. (Thanks For this ethical review site! )...

Even my most recent posting, days ago, was removed again. However, this last time, I took screen shots of the postings with date and address included, to prove that I had submitted, and it was again, removed, so not to taint the false overall 5 star ratings. I noted recently, that they keep two token, gentle, negative reviews, posted, among the otherwise totality of 5 star ratings and reviews. These seem too similar, as do Many of the five star reviews. I am among many of the patients whose reviews are removed, who also recognize for the familiar syntax and expressions that appear within many of the 5 star reviews. It is easy to skim and see many terms and expressions, not so common in everyday vernacular, repeated in many different reviews... And, the syntax and other, that presented in the samples provided when ...
8)... Ganchi's wife solicited me after my consultation and at my first post of exam, to post positive reviews for Ganchi. The first solicitation was in person in the office, and was followed by an email from office manager, (not identified as, but who I learned later, is his wife). In the email, she even included links to the sites where she urged me to write the reviews, even providing samples of reviews content. I have since learned from other patients, that this is done w every single person that goes for a consult whether they have surgery or not, and to all patients. This is proven by reviewing the many many reviews and 5 star ratings posted by persons stating clearly, that they only had a consultation, never surgery with Ganchi. It is absurd to factor those reviews in about a reviews site rating the SURGEON... not his personality.

Synopsis/closing: I originally posted the first truthful review on VITALS for Dr. Parham Ganchi of Wayne NJ. The review I posted, was negative, and I was & am, able to prove every claim in my review. I posted on Vitals first, as it was important that I post my truthful review, to help potential victims, that, like me, would be wrongly influenced by the nearly 100% 5 star reviews posted on Vitals for Dr. Ganchi... as I had been after researching patient review sites for Doctors, and Vitals was the primary of the top three that came up in every search engine. I read all the 5 glowing 5 star reviews.

I could not have known then, nor can any other prospective victim know, that the nearly 100% comprehensive 5 star ratings, that comprise the totality of Dr. Ganchis posted reviews by patients, is orchestrated.

This is a FACT, that began to become horribly clear, when after my terrible ordeal began, I returned to the site where ratings and reviews of Ganchi patients had been the impetus to commence my dream of decades... only to have it turned to a nightmare.

When I posted my truthful review on Vitals the first time, with a 1 star rating, I learned it was removed within a day! I went back, and wrote another, and posted. That was removed within HOURS. I tried to repost, and when submitting, my review and rating did not post. When this happened on one of the other 3 sites, where patient reviews raved about Ganchi giving him 5 star ratings, I found the "complaints Board" here, and posted and my truthful review was not REMOVED.

Because of that, I also saw many many postings that gave account of similar, and horrible experiences at the hands of Dr. Ganchi... who state their reviews of him, had ALSO BEEN REMOVED FROM THE 5 STAR REVIEW SITE they had posted truthfully! AND they too, state they recognized that many of the 5 star ratings, so similar and familiar, are highly suspicious and believe, as I do, that they are written by and submitted by Ganchis wife and/or staff. This is not something I have proven, but that I see other patients have noticed the same, hard to miss factors, does, I believe, warrant the mention of this as important. Please see my complaint for Ganchi on the review area here on Complaints Board. Thank you.

Vitals scam company that hides negative reviews

The website takes down negative reviews for no reason. If the doctor asks than they will automicially take any review down. They even give doctors full controls with the reviews. Basically a doctor can sign in and take down a review or ask the site to do so without a valid reason. A doctor almost took my life and now I can't even give him a bad review. Vitals.com should be investigated. I believe this is illegal what they are doing. Patients should be informed not lied to. Vitals.com and doctors are acting unethical by hiding negative reviews. Anyone wanting an accurate review of their doctor should stay away from vitals. If you contact them they will either ignore you or avoid the subject at hand.

Vitals won't let you post any negative reviews.

An honest negative review removed twice. Perhaps the doctors can pay to remove a bad review? Vitals main page has an "Advertising" link as well. I will just use Yelp for all of my reviews going forward as they can not be bought. If you Google vitals phone number they have a Doctor log in and delete reviews available for Doctors to log in.

Vitals BAD DOCTOR

michael olin gets PAID to lie in his medical reports about seriously injured people in order to satisfy unscrupulous insurance companies.HE WILL WILLINGLY LIE about you and say that you can do something that you cannot do in order to make huge sums of money. Even when you are proclaiming that you cannot move in a certain position or crying out in pain, he will remark, "see, you can do it."He is an freaking sociopath who LIES in order to make BIG BUCKS at the expense of suffering individuals.I am VERY surprised he has not already been caught in his ILLEGAL actions. My wish is that all the suffering he has caused others come back to him tenfold ...maybe it already has.

Vitals don't put neg complain online

Completely true. VITALS.COM is deleting negative complains( from real patients) leave on their website for doctor registered there. Only positive feedback is welcome. If a Dr was neglected or disrespectful with you, logically you are in all your right to complain and make others that are looking for references, the truth of an specific doctor. Shame on them.

I said the truth and follow the agreement and proper words of the website. But later found out that the doctors have access to their profile and delete bad reviews. Good way to keep lies on a doctor profile in Vitals.com, just keeping the good reviews. I won't trust Vitals anymore when choosing a doctor by reviews.

I've been contacting Vitals.com for a week now and have not been contacted. I need to remove a bad review due to a legal settlement. Is there anything else I can do? The Dr. is Edward H Park in Upland CA I left 2 reviews on October 3rd 2019.

Please delete my review on vitals.com about Dr. Avinash Bhakta. I meant to write a review on this doctor in Lexington, KY. Not Albany NY. Thank you so much

These comments, particularly from Julia Sedona, that insult multiple contributions posted by others, are outrageous. Whether someone chooses to post several comments or not, does not negate the veracity of the posts. Those I've read, are true to my same experience.
The rude condemnations of the person Susan McCoy as being "a nut case", sound a lot like the emotionally abusive responses I got from the cosmetic surgeon who botched my surgeries twice... claiming I had a mental illness. Oh really? Tell that to the 3 other cosmetic surgeons I'd gone to for multiple "second" opinions, who wouldn't even perform corrective surgery, because they did not feel confident of the outcome of such a profoundly negative outcome of the surgeon, who... Has ALL FIVE star ratings on Vitals, where MY truthful, negative reviews were taken down each time I re-posted them! Further, I am a professor at a respected university, respected by my colleagues and students, and earned both my masters, and my doctorate from two of the nations most respected, Ivy league schools. So, as I was declared 'a nut case', as is the person being insulted for multiple postings of her LIKEWISE traumatic experience due to fraudulent representation by her surgeon, (and it sounds like it may even be the same as mine!), then it's likely that these all too familiar insults, are coming from the all too familiar source... the doctor or his staff. Or, if not, from ignorant contributors who would do well to read the plethora of submitted comments, by SO MANY victims. Are they ALL the same person? Ridiculous. People don't take the time to write and warn, about traumatizing experiences that are fabricated. What is the point? However, people DO take the time to write and submit false positive comments and reviews, for obvious contrived, beneficial outcome . Use common sense.

I also wrote a negative review about a dentist on Vitals.com. When the dentist saw it, he called me. Within a week it was taken down. I have tried to contact Vitals several times by emailing customer service as well as phone calls with NO Response. Do not use Vitals for reviews.

Well I am not the same person I found this on a search and it is true. I left 2 negative reviews for "doctors" that misdiagnosed my wife and were belligerent. Both reviews have been taken down by the doctor or vitals. This is a fraud. Do not trust Vitals as the information can be accessed by physicians and they can choose what reviews to delete!

Susan Mcoy, Goldsnake (?), drAharonovisajerk, and snowprincess are all the same person. She's mad at a Dr. in Ca. and now she's posting negative comments about him under different Id's. She's doing the same thing to vitals.com because they know she is a nut job and won't post her garbage. read her posts under her different Id's and you will not believe this person walks around with the rest of us.

Vitals liars and cheaters

Vitals.com is a censored, fake forum where apparently you can’t post honest, negative reviews about a bad experience with a certain doctor. I have been trying to post a complaint against /edited/, who seriously botched my surgery. I wanted to share my experience with others of Vitals.com, bu it keeps blocking my review!

Interestingly enough, this doctor only has positive reviews on this site… I think this site’s forum is a fake! I know I am not the only person with an unhappy experience with this doctor. I am not slandering him, I did have a bad experience. I thought I would be able to post honest reviews on Vitals.com, both good and bad, but that is not the case!

Then, when Vitals.com saw my complaint, they encouraged me to try again and if further”technical difficulty” arose, the directed me to send an email to their technical support service so they can assist me. I did send them several emails, but what is the point if no one answers them? I gave trying to post on that site after always getting an error when trying to post my review.

I just wanted to share my experience with others and hopefully help them avoid having an experience similar to mine. Apparently vitals.com isn’t interested in helped people do that.

Dear Vitals.com
when my review was not in your website, I contacted your customer service email...after emails back and forth, your customer service didn't help and began asking personal questions, including name, my address, my phone, the IP address of my computer and later I found out I am not the first patient that happen this plus I found out through friends that Vitals.com cannot be trusted because just good reviews are allowed. Add that the Dr has the right to called you and delete any comment they don't like. A group of patient of different doctors and bad experiences got together and wrote our reviews in Vitals, the day after, ALL the reviews were deleted. Why? We got it, is a business to keep a good profile from a doctor that paid you to keep a NON REAL profile. We are a big group and the truth is getting around, we learn not to trust Vitals.

Vitals vitals accepts payoffs from doctor's to delete testimonies

A doctor that runs a detox facility in Palm Harbor, Florida is famous for manipulating and, apparently paying Vitals.com to take poor testimonies of himself, off of the website. This Vitals.com Review website is willing to put patients in jeopardy, by deleting pertinent information that could actually be a matter of life and death. I have tried posting many updated testimonies about this doctor, as I have continued to learn more and more over the months, of the dangers of this man and his facility. I have a formal complaint against this doctor filed with the Florida Board of Medicine, yet I am not being allowed to relay updated info about him to others, by posting on the website where he leads his patients to. Instead, I have had three testimonies deleted and my husband has had one deleted. The doctor's Vitals website states that there has been 48 testimonies made about him, yet there are only 25 testimonies on there, at the time, to read. Over 20 have been deleted in the last few months after my complaint about this doctor was made to the Florida Board. Only 4 of them deleted were mine, so that means that nearly 20 other people, with important information about this doctor's abuse of them, have also been taken off. I have posted many testimonies on many other Review sites and NONE of them have deleted my testimonies, even if I have made more than one. Vitals.com website, that is apparently accepting money from the doctor, is as greedy and as much of a SCAM as the doctor who is paying to have his poor testimonies removed. Thank you to those Wonderful Review Sites, Including [redacted], that fight for the rights of the consumer to be able to speak out and inform others of the dangers and harm that some doctors inflict on their patients.

I experienced the exact same censorship of my truthful, negative review of a cosmetic surgeon in Wayne NJ. My account of my horrible experience is backed by a plethora of proof, including exams by other cosmetic surgeons following the botched procedures. Nevertheless, my first posting on Vitals was removed, as have been every one I've reposted since, out of a sense of responsibility to other potential victims that, like I had, read the nearly 100% FIVE star rated reviews of the doctor, thinking that is the totality of the experiences of his patients, and, like me, will be influenced fraudulently, because the truthful reviews of real patients, are TAKEN DOWN. I've had over 6 reviews removed in hours or longest a few days. This is dangerous, unethical, and I do not see how it can possible be legal. So, Vitals customer care, despite the gracious tone of your reply, and your suggestion that " the occasional unavoidable technical error occurs;" ... how do you explain the PLETHORA of complaints here from people stating the same experience of having their real, and truthful negative reviews removed shortly after posting, or not posted at all after several re-postings?
It is significant, that after my second review was removed, I reposted, and each time, I took screen captures of my postiing, which include the url address bar, the date, the POSTED reviews, etc... So, know that it was no 'technical error' that resulted in my reviews not BEING posted. They were there, for the short time until, they were selectively removed.
Further, if Vitals is not complicit in this, and you have given autonomous access rights to the doctors getting reviews, then you are still, responsible. Even if you are not directly removing them, but have not taken measures to eradicate the ability for censorship from any accessing venue, , you are responsible. And please know, that this is a serious failure, for many have been physically, emotionally, and financially traumatized and violated due to the influence of the false, superior ratings of surgeons that ARE NOT legitimately represented on Vitals, and are in fact, falsely represented by an OVERT means, of REMOVING ALL BUT THE SUPERIOR RATINGS- MANY, by comparing them, strongly indicate that they are posted by the doctors staff, including his office manager wife... as stated above, and by many complainants on sites that do not censor reviews, and as stated in this forum by many as well. If Vitals were to adhere to professional ethics, this would cease. If the customer service members, have any question about the sincerity and truth of how this is hurting people, simple do your own internet review research... but you will have to bypass the highest results from the serarch from any browser, for Vitals and the other two that do the same, to a lesser degree, are the top of any search. Go on, and you will see the testimonies of actual people like yourselves, in plethora of negative reviews on LEGITIMATE sites, of some of the surgeons, who, strangely, are represented only by top reviews on yours... By people who state flat out, that they posted here, and were removed for negative ratings. People whose lives, physically emotionally, financially, were tragically changed, when they sought instead, to change something that modern medical advances, blessed us to be able to change, for the better. Instead, our bodies were violated, our trust betrayed, and then, even after, the right to warn others by sharing truthful experiences via reviews such as Vitals, has been violated as well. This has only added to, and continued to exacerbate the ongoing wrongs, that commence with the false influence of fraudulently represented surgeons, as mine in Wayne NJ. It is a betrayal of trust to those seeking to make informed choices, that both Vitals, and the surgeons, falsely offer services, they simply refuse to provide, or are not competent to provide as portrayed in the false representation of patient reviews.
