to virgin mobile i am a very dissattified customer i will never purchase from this company again or recommend your services to anyone. i purchased a phone from you o month ago phone was fine until i bought more minutes then the phone stopped working. after that you sent me another of the same phone and that one didnt work either you have took me through two of your so called investigation and your technical support don't know what there doing either. i am currently holding the third phone you sent fedex and it don't work either. i think its real triflin that viginmobile used up two weeks of my time where i could have refunded my money and putting the blame my way instead of taking responsibility for your product not working correctly i need a corporate phone number so i can get this resolved before more of my time passes. noone should have to be without a cellphone for two weeks especially when its not my fault or a number where i can get my money back immediately, or i will use legal matters.
