This place is the worst loan place I have ever dealt with. I have been trying to contact them for several weeks to pay my loan off so that I don't have to continue with them. I wait on the phone line and then it automatically puts me into a voicemail. The message on the phone recommends using their website. You cant pay on the web site, but it puts you into a chat, that eventually makes you leave a message. Got a $500 loan in January and they charge $225/mos for the first 5 mos. I thought this was paying at my principal-but its not, that is just their monthly charge. I never got my contract at the time of loan-so was totally unaware of their protocol. So now it is August and I still owe $625. I don't care if you have to borrow from your worst enemy, but whatever you do DO NOT get a loan from VIP.

I am being told I owe a debt with this company. For over 4,000. Saying I told a loan out in 2017 for 600 dollars. I have never taken any loan out with company. I need this resolved asap. My name is Donna Thompson. [protected] is my number. This appeared suddenly on my credit report

I too took out alone for $300 from these loan sharks. When the representative called me back to confirm everything, she told me that they would debit $345 on the date of my upcoming pay period and if at that time they were unable to draw the amount, en it would come out on the very next pay date. I said that is fine but it will all be there on the first pay date.
My pay date came and I received a notice that my account was assed and they only took out $45.00. I wasn't quite sure why they didn't take the full $345, but thought, what the heck, that is their mistake so let them figure it out. 2 weeks later I was waiting for the remaining $300.00 to come out. They only took out $90 even though the full amount was in there. This time they sent a notice saying $90.00 had been taken out. Once again, their problem. Next payday another $90 comes out. At this point I read the notice and saw the word interest and knew that this was a scam. I decided to let them get another $90 then let them know then close out the account and let them know that I will be sending them a cashiers check for the remaining $30.00 bringing it to a full payment of $345.00, which 8 originally agreed to, but before I could do that, all of a sudden they tried to put through a debit of $115.00. At this point I called to see what in the he k was wrong with them. I was told that the last $90.00 had been returned, yet my account showed that it had been paid. Then I asked why are they dragging the payments out and was told that is how all of their loans are handled. I told her that was not the truth because the rep that I spoke with told me the $345.00 would come out on my upcoming pay period and if it was not available, the full amount would be taken out on the following pay. Then all of a sudden, all of the loans weren't handled the same way, but she had the nerves to tell me that I would have had to request that the full payment come out at one time. So the fact that the rep told me it would all come out at on time, that didn't matter unless I stated that I wanted it all to come out at one time. At this point I exploded and let her know that I had already closed the account and if they thought that they were going to scam me out 53 months of $90 "interest payments" they were crazy. I let her know I owe you exactly $120.00 to finish out the $345 and that is all I am going to pay. She had the gall to try to talk over me and say that I would have to pay $390 on top of the $225 I have already paid. I told her she must be crazy if she or her colleagues thought that was going to happen. I told her that I am going to file a claim with the BBB and that I was only going to be paying them $120 more dollars and if she wanted the remainder of her $390 quote, she had better get it from her scamming rep's paycheck because it sure isn't coming from me. I told her I already have bad credit so there is not a thing she can do to make it worst and if she wanted the remaining $120.00 that I legitimately owe, she had better speak up now or she wouldn't even get that. She was meek as a mouse at that point and asked me to send the $120.00 to their address posted on their website. I told her thank you very much for all of her help and goodbye...lol.Of course I will note that it is payment in full and send it return receipt requested.

Dealing with VIP loan shop is the closest you would ever get to dealing with the mafia, might as well sell your soul to the devil it would be cheaper, of course we have bad credit why else would you deal with a company that charges 400% interest, but you think is only temporary and hope nothing bad happens and you can repay it in two weeks. Why is this legal? yes we were desperate but we end up in a worst position, whatever you have to do, do it instead of borrowing from this sharks. Sell one of your kidneys maybe.

I took the money = 300. I knew the terms - 90 interest at each payday that the loan continued. After one month I contacted the company about one week before the loan was due to find out how to pay it out. I heard from a customer service rep named Emily. She assured me that she could make the arrangements for me to pay the loan in full at my next pay. I asked her, via email, to please do so. Wasn't done. They drafted the 90. I tried to contact them via phone but was put on extended hold two times and gave up. They continued to draft 90 each two weeks. In September I tried to pay the principal plus the 90 interest due again. I went to their website, 'chatted' with a representative named Pam, told her to set up the payoff for my next payday which was about one week away. She assured me the arrangements had been made. On the payday, they drafted 90 again, leaving me still owing the 300 balance plus 90 more in interest. I sent them an email asking to know what was going on and why I couldn't pay this loan off. I never heard from them. They continued to draft 90 every two weeks. My next paydate is in 4 days. I contacted them today and told them that I wanted to pay this off and, if they did not accept my payment I would have no recourse but to seek a legal remedy. At this point, I am so interested in a class action against these thieves. Let me know. tloubee@charter.net Alabama

I live in oregon and they keep taking money out of my account 120.00 each payday but that is only the interest. I am so confused but I will see what happens next.
