The vintagedesignerhandbagsonline.com is a scam. Annieth Wollery (the owner) is very active on twitter. She has this website selling Chanel handbags. I ordered from her and at first I tried to trust her. But eventually she ended up not replying my calls or emails.

Honestly, I haven't paid anything (thanks God) but I lose money +/- USD200 only for currency exchange!!!
She is really really a liar. The last email she sent, she said that she just experienced a tragedy in her family where I tried to trust, cos for this thing people normally not lie!!

After that, she never reply anything. But I checked that she was very active on twitter, which i think she could reply my emails or pick up the phone!! I really really feel cheated, more over, this is not only the money. I also need to face my customer who already put the order. This is all about my shop image.

She is totally CHEATER!!!

You ordered something but didn't pay for it, and you're mad that she never shipped it to you?

You have to pay for it first!

Yes, I ordered a bag and we agree that we will pay when we see the bag. I'm living in Indonesia and she lives in the UK. So, I asked my boyfriend who travelled to the UK to visit her.

I change the US dollar to GBP because she wanted to be paid in GBP. And after the visit, she never replied my emails or my boyfriend calls. After we sent some emails, and we said we were going to report this, she finally wrote an email. Cos my customer paid for the bag already and I was thinking if she never showed up, I will end up not only disappoint my customer but also the customers will think that I'm just trying to cheat them.

She was active on twitter but never replied my emails or picked up the calls. She promised us that th bag will be available within 2-3 days but she didn't contact if the bag was there for more than a week.

But, eventually, she wrote an email and said that the bag was there after we said that we gonna report this to public.
And I paid then she finally ship the bag.

I don't know what i have to say, but this never happen to me when I deal with all of my suppliers. Cos they always reply my emails and pick up all the calls.

I understand things can happen to anyone. But I don't know her and she don't know me. And the bag doesn't cost only $100.

Nevertheless, I only can say sorry, if I was wrong, cos I only want everything clear, at least pick up the call cos no one knows what happen to you if you just keep silence when other people keep waiting wihout knowing.

I purchased from this Site this month and I will add that the communication could have been alot better. I was also kept in silence as to where my bag was for a few weeks but when it was posted I got an e mail etc.
The bag is Authentic and in great condition. Worth the wait I suppose!!
