Viking Magazine Service called to offer me a subscription plan to a few magazines. Generally, I never respond to these types of programs because they often hijack the consumers...For some reason, I deviated from my usual practice and fell for the bait...After several months, I decided that I was not getting maximum use out the subscriptions. I contacted Viking to cancel my subscription. They informed me that I can not cancel the subscription without fear of penalty such as my account with them being put into collection! If I had ordered these publications directly from the publishers, then I would be able to cancel the order...however Viking only allows for a cancellation within the first 14 days...I will be writing the publishers letting them know that associating their brands with this type of behavior is no way to develop reader loyalty.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I've been paying for my subcriptions for 3 months and have yet to my magazines, When I tried to cancel they refuse to let me. I think this company scams people. Oh the gift card I was suppose to get was a major joke. They break it down to different companies and in order to use it at any of the companies you have to pay 3 times more than the amoun
t on the gift card.

Viking is a total scam. Anyone having problems do what I did contact the BBB. My subscriptions were canceled and I got my money back
Number called 84x in7 day period.no messages. Phone [protected] I finally called back blocking my number she said give me your number I will put your number on the don't call list. I'm already on it lady. You are harassing me. Filing a complaint against viking. Get the hint..
My name is Linda Taylor, I talked to either a Jasen or Jerry. I was told $29 something would be put back in my account and the $250 in savings from these different places online. NOTHING! I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE PUT BACK IN MY ACCOUNT ON MARCH 23, 2018. WHATS THE DEAL? IM PISSED. DONT LIKE BEING LIED TOO. IF YOUR TRYING TO SCAM ME, I WOULDNT ADVISE THIS!

I want to cancel my subscription call to canceled but was told that i had to cancel within the 14 days. I told them know one every told me that and they should listen to the taped recording of our phone conversation, no one ever contacted me back but they are still billing me for the magazine.
Viking is a complete ripoff and should be investigated

somehow Viking Magazine Service got me confused with my current Subscriber Services, but has the same information (i.e., the SAME magazines). I am almost finished paying them off; now, I owe more money? They totally confuse people
