Victoria's Secret horrible customer service

Recently I contacted victorias secret about a charge that was not right and i spoke to estel or estela from collections... she was horrible! she actually is the first representative to yell at me! She put me down by saying that it was not her problem that I did not understand what she was saying. I can go on and on about her rudeness... since when can you yell at a client who has always paid your bill and calls to make a legitimate concern. very rude. I am dissapointed that Victoria secret would allow such behaviour. wow..

Victoria's Secret the shipping and handling is just wrong

PROS: I mean, they've got a user-friendly site, I like the product -- who doesn't own something from vickys?

CONS: The shipping and handling is just WRONG. PLAIN WRONG. The other day, I put a bunch of bathing suits into my basket and one dress. The shipping and handling charges came out to about $22 ! In what world does it cost THAT MUCH to ship domestically to NY--GROUND SHIPPING no less! There were absolutely NO bulk items (like overcoats, boots, handbags or any others) that could possibly have contributed to an astronomical charge as that.

I decided to forego $200 worth of bathing suits and took my business to another site.

Victorias Secret Stores Inc agreed settle to a class-action lawsuit for unpaid overtime. My claim against company covered same period of [protected]. Victorias Secret refuses to pay the $10200 now owed me. Department of Labor refuses to help and State of Texas is so corrupt that no business can be sued in this state for any reason.

Victoria's Secret inappropriate supervisor behavior

Stopped by to purchase a bra. I know my size since I had brought one there a month ago. This young girl said what did I need and I told her I was looking for a 42DD bra but that I didn't know what section it was located. This person started telling me that they didn't carry my size and I should leave the store. I was puzzled. I asked her to call the manager and she claimed to the the manager on staff. Her name was Arlene according to her name tag. I told her she had no right talking to me in such a bad manner way. She perceeded to tell me that I was too big for the store and that they didn't carry my size. Again I was very shock with what she was telling me, considering that I had purchased a bra there about a month ago. Some of the customers started to stare at me so I felt embarrased so I left and went to Lane Bryan and got a bra there. I will shop at Lane Bryan more often. However, this young girl Arlene had a real bad attitude and I should really talk to a lawyer about discrimination. I do own a Victoria Secret bra. She didn't even bother taking my measurements she said I was too big! Should I talk to a lawyer?

I feel for you, I had a rude supervisor named Aileen at SouthPark Mall in San Antonio, TX that demanded I leave the store. She misplaced my receipt too. She was horrible, I can't believe she still works there.

Victoria's Secret in store credit card application

I purchased from VS City place WPB today and was asked if I wanted to get a free VS Rewards Card, I would receive coupons in the mail, $10 off a $60 purchase and freebies on my birthday, its totally free said the associate and takes just minutes, Ok I said "BUYER BEWARE" at no time did she say the words "CREDIT CARD", what she was actually having me do was apply for credit, I was soo fuming mad! I was duped into applying for a credit card, I am going to write the corp office and let them know how this associate is wording it so that unsuspecting consumers unwittingly apply for credit. I complained to her manager who was totally backing her up of course, however I heard her giving this same speal to others, im sure she is on some type of incentive, but this ding on my credit could prevent me from getting my much needed refi on my house :( bad business VS

You were duped into applying for a VS Rewards Card credit card?

You were filling out a credit application form and didn't think it was for a credit card?

At what point did you realise you applied for a credit card?

You heard her offer the card to others and even complained to her manager.

Did you then say no?

Victoria's Secret no men's dressing rooms

There isn't much for men to wear in Victoria's Secret, but some of their underwear works well for guys IMHO. At any rate, Whenever I shop VS, I always see lots of other guys in there too, some helping their girlfriends / wives shop, some alone. I never see them shopping with their buddies. Go figure. My complaint, is that with so many guys shopping VS, shouldn't they have a men's Dressing room? I'd feel really dumb standing in line with a bunch of women holding a bunch of Women's underwear, Yet they'd make us do it.
Victoria's Secret should have a separate Dressing room for Men.

I work at VS in CA. It is true, most of our customers are women and those male customers that we get aren't usually buying for themselves. However, that does not mean I wouldn't gladly get a fitting room for any male customer that walks into my store. I do get the occasional male customer that would like to try on lingerie, and my job as the bra specialist and fitting room attendant is to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I am appreciative to all our customers female or male. It is thanks to our customers that we have jobs. I am sorry if you've ever felt uncomfortable, or like you said "stupid" for standing in line with women... There should've been some one there to make you feel comfortable. What I do at my store is let women in to the fitting room on one side and then if I get a male customer I let him in on the other side or at the end, which ever he feels more comfortable in. =]

I work at VS and by law we are not allowed to refuse you a dressing room. I know some of the employees are not always nice, but I am always happy to allow a man to try on our products.

And shame on those who are calling this person a freak. Who are you to judge? Not everyone wears victoria's secret for sex appeal... For example, there is a male customer who used to shop at VS because he has a condition in which he developed breasts. As many of us women know, breasts need support to be comfortable. My store and employees gladly helped this gentleman find a nice fitting bra to make him comfortable on a daily basis.

I hope people learn to keep an open mind.

I bet most people don't even realize that VS was created by a man who wanted a place where men could shop for their wives without feeling awkward.

Victoria's Secret products

A few months ago I went into a Victoria's Secret store. I was specifically going to buy five pairs of underwear for $25 as a part of a deal in their PINK collection. When I got up to the counter to pay for my underwear I noticed one of the panties had something on it. There was a large blood stain on the inside of the underwear. I showed the salesperson and she just told me to pick out another pair, like it was not a big deal. To say I was disgusted is an understatement. It is foul and unbelievable that they would have dirty underwear, especially with blood, for sale.

Get over it- it was not intentional. For all you know, a customer tried them on without permission, left the mark and put it back so the service people did not notice.

Victoria's Secret cheap bras and panties

Whatever or whoever is making the bras and panties these days are slacking. Years ago I could buy a bra and with care it would last a couple years so I wouldnt mind paying a mint for them, but now its a totally different story the stuff falls apart no matter how gentle you are with it. I recently bought panties at 10 a piece and the first time i wore them there was a hole in the seam and a bra I have was only wore 4 times before the wire started poking through. The new sweat pants are a joke they are almost 50.00 and the fabric is so thin and cheap feeling I would be afraid a hole would rip within the first wear. Ive spent alot of money over the years but not anymore, and the sad thing is they have so many customers no matter how much you complain nothing will get done about it. So thank you Victoria Secret for making me feel ripped off everytime Ive shopped there, and by the way Im looking for a new place to spend my money do you have any suggestions?

Victoria's Secret rip off military overseas

I would like to know how Victorias Secret charge double for shipping? I was charged $15 for shipping and the Customs Form at the postoffice notes that they only paid $7.64...I would also like to note, I ordered a 8.5 shoe and the shoe I received had to be a size 7 but I would not no because the size was NO where on the shoe!The shoe box read 8.5 but the shoe had NO ink of size on it. I think they are filling orders with what they have left (this shoe was on sell) I would like to note we are a military family living overseas and we have a APO box. This company is a ripp off. I would like to recommend zappos and heels.com..Free shipping and Free returns. Victoria's Secret should keep their SECRET to THEMSELVES (nothing but lies anyway) I'm going to put up signs around the base letting military families know, what I have learned about this company.

Victoria's Secret dishonest practices

I' am extremely displeased with my Victoria's Secret Credit Card. The company does not send out the rewards it promises (such as the $10 birthday reward) in addition to gift cards it promises for signing up for additional account protection. Even in spite of calling them over the phone multiple times, the company still fails to deliver on their promises. I find Victoria's Secret to be an incredibly dishonest company.

I shopped at a Victoria’s Secret store a while ago. I never received a bill from them. I have a really busy life and somehow forgot about it. This morning WFNNB called me at 5AM. When I picked it up, they hung up right away. Same thing happened again at 6AM. (How annoying!) I called the number at 8AM. They said my bill was past due. I told them I never received a bill. I then called the number on the back of my VS card. The customer service rep told me I signed up for paperless which I never did. Even if I did, I have NEVER received any bill via email from VS! My $30 bill became $64! They wanted me to pay by phone, so they can charge me another $10 fee! I told them I would pay online and to never call me again. They then called me at least 10 times in the next hour and hung up right away when I picked up the phone. This is a serious harassment! This company has NO respect for its customers. I have been a VS card holder for over 5 years and had never missed due day for my bills. This is the way they treat their loyal customer! I am going to cancel the card and shop at other lingerie stores. Victoria’s Secret has grown too big. They have lost it.

Victoria's Secret rude customer service

The women and young girls that work at the Pueblo Mall store are very rude. They act so snooty - when they are JUST retail store workers, probably making $8.00 an hr. When I complain to the managers she was more unprofessional then the girl that waited on me. There is no reason to treat the customers the way they do. I have been to alot of stores and the worst one is in my home town!

Victoria's Secret no returns for children under 17

My daughter made a purchase on 3/23/11 went to return it unworn, with the original receipt on 3/27/2011 and was told that she could not return it without a driver's liscence. She's 15 years old and the yoga pants did not fit her. They can allow her to make purchases there without a driver's liscence but will not allow her to return them? When I inquired about this the cashier informed me "yes, she can purchase anything she wants but we cannot give her her money back. It's our written policy." This is discrimination and is unacceptable. I will never go back to that store again.

I work at a store where when it's time for a return or an exchange, it's our policy to ask for a license and the computer will literally not allow me to process that until I've typed in the information on the ID. If you forget your ID or don't want to show it, I have no other options, the computer will literally not let me have any way around it.

Fraud and theft. If someone is buying products, they don't need to verify identity. If someone is returning products, they may want to know if the person returns product often and/or acts suspiciously.

I'm sure they wanted a valid ID and not a drivers license (people with disabilities or those who just haven't learned to drive shop there too). She would be able to get basic identification. They probably enforce this due to fraud or theft. Did you see if you could return it for her? I hope something gets worked out.

Victoria's Secret online order

I placed an order from VS early January. They ended up sending me the wrong order, so I sent it back. When the stuff I ordered arrived, I returned that stuff too. They gave me a refund and I thought that was that. A month later, I get an email saying they never received the return of the incorrect items, and would therefore be charged again in 14 days. I called customer service and the lady checked my tracking info and saw they in fact everything was returned. She said she marked the items as returned and said I wouldn't be charged. 3 weeks later, my credit card was charged again. I called, now for the fifth time, almost 2 months after I placed my original order, and was told I would be getting the charges reversed. Let's hope this is the last time I will have to call customer service. Beware if you order from this company...you will have to watch your credit card statement carefully and probably spend tons of time on the phone.

I have been completly insulted by 3 different people trying to collect money. I understand completly that I havent paid in months! But I just asked if I could set something up for the Month of April 75.00 and I was told no! Is this correct I could be told NO that I cant make a payment!? Sounds to me like you really dont want money. I cant make a payment?!

Victoria's Secret rude and inconsiderate manager

I have been shopping at this particular store ever since I could drive. I have always respect the people that work there. But now ever since the last few years, the people that works there has been absoultly rude to asian. My sister went to ask a question, the sales person literally ignore us and went on her way to another customer. we thought maybe it was because she didnt hear us, but we were in the store for about 20 minutes, not one sales person look at us. we were being ignored.. what the hell is this!
a few months ago, i have gotton a free fashion show panty for showing a text on ur phone to get one.. since they didnt have any in my size, which is a (xs), i can take a (large) and exchange it in any stores which they do come available. less did i no, today i went into the store because i had gotton a free fashion show panty a few months ago. the sales person that was ringing me up happens to be the manager that day waas rude, inconsiderate, WHAT A ###! she said that i cant exchange for a different size because my receipt was expired.. what the hell was that supposed to mean anyways? all i remember was the sales person telling me whenever it comes available i can exchange it for my size. WHAT THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO DO WITH A SIZE LARGE PANTY? I wasnt aware that i had an expired receipt whereas the managers wasnt any help whatsoever.. she just kept yelling and saying she cant return my item and pass me to another associate then return and say, i cant return the panty.. im not returning, i was exchanging to have one in my size.. i m sorry but it wasnt my fault that each of the sales associate will say one thing one day and something else in another day. And it wasnt my fault that you guys never have the panty in stock at all.
so basically i just grab MY LARGE PANTY AND LEFT THIS STORE BC THE STUPID, RUDE, VERY UNHELPFUL, INCONSIDERATE HUMAN BEING WASN'T ANY HELP TO ME.

one thing's for sure, i am never ever coming back to this store.And I am telling all my sisters and friends to never ever shop at this store. Because they have bad customer service and racist to asians too...

ive spent so so much money every week when i come here, and this is the respect that people give you. especially the manager that day, she should be fired for yelling and screaming at a customer.

when u go to a place, any place, you want to feel thats its a home, that you can communicate with the sales peoples., but i was totally unsatisified and very UNHAPPY being in that mall today.I am never ever going to that mall ever again.

Went online and in store to buy the bears pink line and they have none in size x-large they dont carrry it and not even online can u find very upsetting they need to carry real women sizes

Victoria's Secret credit card

On December 4, 2010- I purchased 8 gift cards at Victoria secrets and 10 gift cards at Bath and Body Works using my Victoria Secret Credit card at both stores. I have been doing this for the past 5 years to give as Christmas gifts. Unknowingly to me WFNNB Victoria Secret Credit card deactivated all cards because a flag went up as a possible fraud. On Tuesday the next week I had given one card out and my friend told me that it was not any good. I took all the cards back to the stores and when they ran them none were activated. They were supposed to investigate this and get back with me. I got in touch with there fraud department(victoria secrets) and was told what happened and they would fix the problem. In january, a credit was given to me on my bill for the Victoria Secrets gift cards but not the Bath and Body works. Again I was told that it might take some time for them to fix this. Today, I got my bill (march 14, 2011) and the charges were sill on there - when I called the lady (Dianna) said they had no contact person at Bath and Body and I should take it up with them. I tried to explain that they Victoria Secrets are the one charging me $250.00 for 10 gift cards that have no value and they were the one who had deactivated them but still charged my account with them. She said there was nothing I could do. So i will have to pay WFNNB (victoria secrets) $250.00 for nothing - I feel robbed and on top of that they cancelled my credit card and reported that to the credit bureau. They also told me to make a complaint to their Billing Dispute dept. at PO BOX 182782 in Columbus Ohio. but after reading the back of the bill - the complaint had to be made within 60 days. Time up! I am going to get in touch with the BBB and out Commonwealth Attorney to see what can be done - I have taped all conversation with these people and told them I was taping it. I have all the receipts and most of the deactivated cards and receipts from both stores that showed they checked to see if the cards were ever any good and they were not.. They also told me to get in touch with Bed and Bath. What does bed and bath have to do with this? I didnt use their credit card? It would be just like using any credit card. I beleive this is fraud and a clear crime on them and I realize that $250.00 is not a big amount to them but it is to me and if they have done this to me and will not accept responsiblity, how many others has this happened to? Victoria's Secret harrassment / judgement

I would like to complain about the attitudes in the Victoria's Secret Tuttle Mall store.

I entered the store on Thursday, February 4, 2011. I was shopping for my new sister-in-law. I wanted privacy to shop and requested no assistance. I was "hounded" 5 times while shopping there which disturbed me. I ended up leaving store to go somewhere else because of the continued disturbance from associates.

To the Victoria's Secret Stores in Dublin, Ohio and all stores:
PLEASE LEAVE CUSTOMERS ALONE IF THEY WISH TO SHOP WITHOUT ASSISTANCE !

Also to note: As I was leaving, a male voice was laughing as I left the store. This is not profesional behavior. I would hope that Victoria's Secret stores and management would re-train their retail sales associates and to please respect the CUSTOMER walking into the store.

Victoria's Secret store at tuttle mall, dublin, ohio

Buyers Beware. I have shopped at Victoria's Secret for years. I know what I am looking for and I have worn the same sizes for over 15 years. As I am shopping the sales associate asked if she could assist. I asked her nicely, no. I know what I want and know my sizes. I grabbed size 34B bra and panties size Small. As I continue shopping the associate actually states that I should buy a bra in size 32 ! I was shocked in disbelief ! It was not only insulting but I felt discrimination and judgement. I had a sweater and coat on, so again, it was very very insulting! I felt harrassed. I later went into the Body Bath store to ask for a GM name and number. They gave me a 20 percent discount coupon and another associate that works for same store, actually laughed at my complaint. Obviously the Limited Stores do not hire professionals? I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and disgust from immature and not trained employees. I will be pursuing an attorney for this matter. DO NOT GO TO TUTTLE MALL !

Pursuing an attorney because the woman was doing her job, and you simply didn't like what she had to say? Seriously? Apparently you have no clue, whatsoever, what real harassment is.
This is beyond ridiculous and just goes to prove how people have become so SUE CRAZY.
Do yourself a favor - get your head checked, instead. Sounds like you've got some personal issues going on in there.

I have shopped at Victoria's Secret for years. In the past few years, the quality of the under garments has deteriorated. I have panties that I purchased back in the early 90's and they are still good and not ragged. The quality is good that's why. The quality of the cotton that is used for under garments now is poor. The under pant's elastic unravels, the bras make me itch really bad. The bras cause me to scratch very bad around my breast area. I have even started to get black spots that start out like sores under my breast and then leave a black spot where it appeared. I know it's from the bras because they only appear around my breast area and arm pits where the bra is in contact. Sometime they appear on my back where the bra is. I scratch myself crazy when I take the bra off. Since I now realize it's the bra, I will not be wearing them anymore. I know it's not detergent because i always use fragrance and dye free liquid detergents because of my known allergies. When i wear other brand bras, this does not happen. This has just started to occur in the last year of wearing their bras and I think it's time for a change. Bye Victoria's Secret...the secret is out! You used to be my girl!

This is soooo familiar to me! I have worn VS bras for close to 20 years. So 10 days ago I went back in for some new ones. I asked for Very Sexy 36 A as I had on. The associate said it was no available in store. So I went in to be re-fitted! Not a problem...or so I thought! The associate put me in Body by Victoria 34 C. How does that happen? Anyhow, I never had a problem before so I took the bra and went home. As I tried on and left on for a few minutes I started to feel a burning sensation. I quickly understood that there was a problem. Too tight of course. Went back in, got re-measured and went home with BBV 36C . When did I grew those I don't know...LOL I tried one for a few hours and was in physical pain still too tight and also around the side of the armpit was on fire. Last night I made a decision to return the both. So I agree with the sister that she knew what she wanted and need no help. She saved herself a lot of grief. As far as harassment I say it is extreme, annoyed absolutely! Attorney? Not a chance. I am getting ready to take our school district to court as my son suffered traumatic bilateral dislocation due to the negligence of the teacher and unprovoked assault by another student. The school refuses to let us use their insurance for our medical expenses. So yes...attorney only if you have a good case. The associate did not continue to harass multiple times.

Oh- this has GOT to be a joke. Harrassed because the VS associate was doing her job? Since you've been a VS customer for SO long, you most certainly know that one of their duties is to fit their customers with the proper bra. Did you possibly ask why she suggested the different size? Maybe the structure of that bra has changed recently (which has happened to me before) and the fit might be different for you now. No? Oh- you just jumped to conclusions. While I will agree that the other associate's laughter was completely unprofessional (she should have waited until you were out of earshot-as I would have), this is just another example of our silly, super-sensitive society being overly litigious. I hope you do pay for a lawyer- and then the court charges you with filing a frivilous lawsuit.

Haha man you customers can never be satisfied, sorry for trying to give you a better fitting bra. i think after 15 years your body has changed somewhat. This is a ridiculous complaint. AN ATTORNEY? for what he will also laugh in your face! HAHA discriminating? against what? you dont make any sense whatsoever! You went to bath and body works? well yeh of course they wont give you the number for the GM of victoria's secret ITs A WHOLE DIFFERENT STORE they dont know it! why didnt you have the balls to tells the manager at VS right then and there? No, limited brands does not hire professional they hire college students who only get paid $7.25 an hour they they could care less if you think they are professional or not.

I am wondering if the girl that made complaint is trying to get someone in trouble? She must work at the mall maybe? I read the complaint and it sounds so wrong. I remember telling her my sizes (laughing) and then I told her that the Body and Bath store gave me a 20 percent coupon while someone was laughing. Wow, what nerve that someone made up this complaint to make me look like a bad person with anger and ignorance (with attorney). This is really insane to read. I am sure this was me and someone actually made a false claim acting like myself. I just can't see how the two stories are this much alike (except for attorney). If I ever see that girl again, I am going to ask her what her inspiration is to write this about me?

Hello internet world. This is very weird. This complaint (I think) is about me! I was in the store a few weeks ago and was upset in store. I was looking for panties and browsing thru bras and left the store upset. I later went to Starbucks and talked to a girl that I am sure made this complaint. ? this is very odd to me! I told her that I just returned from Victorias upset because I was diagnosed with a heart dysfunction and going into that store made things worst. I didn't expect to read about this online until my sister told me someone else complained about the same thing as me around same time frame. Weird! I never exchanged #'s with that girl, so I assume she wrote this complaint and ACTED like me ? Strange. Very Strange. The only difference - I am not hiring any attorney nor was this mentioned in conversation. I was upset but not THIS upset. I walked out of store upset but I was over this situation the minute I drank a cup of coffee. hmmmmmmmmmmmm? The only thing I agree with this situation is that I just wish retail clerks would just appreciate someone's request to leave them alone in any store if they tell a clerk to leave them alone while shopping. That was my only complaint. I go to other stores all the time and ask for my privacy and clerks leave me alone. I know the girl (she was african american and a petite size cute little girl) was only trying to help me out and I wasn't in the mood for any conversation at time. Anyways, I am glad that I read this. Someone actually wrote about me on a board and acted like me? Very strange.

Victoria's Secret orders

The oderes are wrong and old slippers were sent this time instead of body butters. The underwear were not shipped and they let the order sit in the snow when multiple times I have told them this area is bad and requested signature confirmation. They used to have quality merchandise when I was a child not it is all garbage and overpriced. The holidays were bad I had purchased many shirts at full price and the people who recieved them as gifts coulod not even exchange them this is not acceptable business practices they fall short k mart has better bras then vs these days its sad but true.

Victoria's Secret victoria secret return policy - privacy violation

Victoria secret has the most invasive store experiences/policy. You are continually harassed for your zip code or email address even after you indicate you don't want to. AND I seriously oppose the return policy that they require an ID proof, even when you have a receipt. This is clearly a violation of my privacy and can lead tol identify theft. I had a huge debate with the clerk that she wouldn't let me return my item, with receipt if I didn't show her my driver's license. I refused to. I WILL BOYCOTT VICOTORIA SECRET from NOW ON AND I SUGGEST YOU DO SO ALSO No other retail chain requires this, if you have your original receipt.

I agree with Here We Go there is some safety behind either protection for you or them either way its your choice to shop there or not they do not force you to shop there. Grow up and stop crying about something that is clearly for security.
