Victoria's Secret a manager

Wellington Green Victoria Secret Store 1218 in Wellington, Florida..
This Manager Princess should not be working for you are have any authority over any employees or have any contact with customers...i was shopping in that storeva few days ago and i couldn't believe how she was treating the workers, which 2 of them had been working over 6 hours and haven't had a break or lunch not even a bathroom break...when 1 worker ask . She was ignored and after the worker asking 3 times for a break she Princess toild her she had to wait...even to use the restroom...1 customer asked why she treats her worker like that and she Princess told the Customer to mind her Dam business...i couldn't believe what i heard...just tonight i went back in the store to exchange something and this same manager was telling a worker that was ill she had to stay and finish her work...she talks badly to customers who are asking questions about the products you sell...if nothing is done about this manager Princess iam going to my local TV STATION and let them know what's going on in that store...i will know if this have been addressed..

Victoria's Secret gift cards

I purchased gift cards from Victoria's Secret for the holidays for a total $200! Unfortunately I have been a victim of their fraud. I am unsure whether this may be a lack of their security protocols or an inside job. When the gift holders tried to used their gift cards they were at zero balance. Victoria's Secret refused to give me back my money!
Unbelievable! You would think "Victoria's Secret" being a big corporation (with mega models who are paid more than $15 million a year) would try to fix the situation immediately, but instead REFUSED to give me back my money! I've spoken to the store I purchased the gift cards from, their customer care hotline, and their corporate office and they insist that the company is not resposible for lost or stolen gifts cards, HELLO! I STILL HAVE THE GIFT CARDS IN MY POSSESSION! plus my purchase receipt to match each card! This is unacceptable and extremely disappointing coming from a store my family and friends constantly shop at. I will no longer be making any purchases at Victoria's Secret and I suggest the same to my friends and family.

Victoria's Secret poor management

Dec 24, 2016 the line to Victoria Secret is extreamly long. No one could figure which line was which. Employees were confused as well. Finally there was 1 line for cash only which I had, and I was doing an exchange for a smaller size.

After 30 min of waiting I finally get up to a cashier who then proceeds to tell me she cannot process my exchange because their system with Verizon is down. All I want is an even exchange for the exact same product, just in a smaller size. The manager hears me and steps in and says there's nothing she can do. I raise my voice to state this is an even exchange, plus i'm buying 2 more items via cash. She then says lower your voice and I said I am getting frustrated because no one ever said there were no exchanges being done after waiting 30 min in line. She then proceeds to throw the items and said get out of my store, I will not serve you and i'm calling security. I hadn't even done anything except raise my voice. This manager had no manners, was obviously frustrated, and took it out on me. I then went to another location in San Diego (UTC) and complete opposite treatment - found my size, found other items, called another store for me on another item. Complete night and day.

Someone needs to have management training 101 in the Escondido store.

Victoria's Secret pink college apparel

I was on your website to purchase several PINK jogging sets for the University my daughter attends, Morgan State. I was confused as the school is not one of your selected colleges. I then proceeded to look for other HBCU and to my surprise they also were not included such as Lincoln University, Clark Atlanta, Spellman, Cheyney University and so forth. It is disheartening when myself and other parents who spend A LOT of money in your company do not see a reflection of our children in your products. Needless to say that I have decided to spend my money elsewhere as I do not feel your company has a balance of schools showcased. I hope this was an oversight and your company will correct this flaw. A company geared toward women (who are also considered a minority) should take extra effort to uplift, support and honor your consumers.

Victoria's Secret treated horribly when trying to have the security sensor removed from an item I had purchased

I had purchased a few pairs of undies and got home to see that the girl had failed to remove one of the security sensors. It took me a few months to take it back in and have it removed because I wasn't going to drive 30 mins out of my way just to have the sensor removed. While I was shopping this week I brought the pair of underwear to have the store remove the sensor...forgetting the receipt at home, but I had the card that I purchased them with. When I got to the front of the store the girl told be that I would have to go through the checkout line and have them take it off. I waited about 20 minutes in the line only to have the girl tell me that she could not remove it because it was a "Pink" item and would have to go across the hallway to the Pink store. I was very frustrated and as I walked out I stopped to tell the girl in the front what happened. Another employee next to her who looked like the store manager told me that the reason wasn't because It is a Pink item but because I don't have the receipt. I have returned items before and they were able to look it up with the card I used to make the purchase. I tossed the underwear to the girl and told her to keep them. I don't have the time to keep getting the run around for a mistake that they made! I am a very understanding person and I never complain. If the manager had just said that she was sorry that I had already waited in line it could have helped the situation, but they were all very rude and treated me as if I had stole the underwear or something. I get protocol but the fact that they made it almost impossible for me to have the sensor removed. I lost out on my money and time...very upsetting!

Victoria's Secret service at the vs store in the quintard mall, oxford, al

Question: Is it the protocol of VS to remove all race of people from a store if one person of that race is caught stealing? Please inform me so that I can stop purchasing and return all my VS purchases ASAP.
It is evident of a viral video, which I'm sure you have viewed that a store manager in Oxford, AL mall ask two black females to leave the store after another black female who was neither kin or affiliated to the other two, was caught stealing.
This type of action could cause a boycott of your store. I personally have already purchased several gift sets for Christmas but will return them ASAP.

Victoria's Secret customer service

I am writing regarding a complaint that I would like to file in regards to your Oxford, AL store where Faith is the store manager. There was an act of discrimination that recently took place in this store involving Kimberly Houzah. I hope to bring attention to this situation and the potential impact upon sales going forward if not addressed. I am a loyal customer who has spent, just in the last month, maybe $1000 between Victoria's Secret, Bath and Body Works, and Lane Bryant for the holiday season. However, the situation that recently took place in this store impacted my perception of your brand and my desire to spend further with the aforementioned companies. I connect with this situation as I am an educated, professional, African American woman. If this type of discrimination is allowed and not addressed, what does that say about your company and how I will be treated? I've been a loyal customer for some time and would like to continue this relationship. However, please take a stand and show that you value your ENTIRE customer base. I hope that you take my words into consideration. Please be a part of the solution.

Victoria's Secret secret rewards program

I am extremely disappointed and upset that the secret rewards program will not be available this year. Why did Victoria's Secret decide to aggravate their customers by discontinuing the only thig that sames most of us money during the holiday struggles? This is horrible and needs to be reactivated for all the valued customers. More importantly, the fact that Victoria's Secret did not even bother to notify anyone of their selfish actions and is very inconvenient to all credit card holders.

Victoria's Secret false advertising

on 11/28/16 I purchased over $125 worth of clothing/fragrances from the website, part of the cyber Monday sale was a free vs bag. When I went to check out the offer wasn't listed. on 11/29/16 I contacted customer service who stated that they had run out of the bags and that they weren't able to replace them with an alternate bag. When I tried to complain about it and have the situation remedied the customer service representative wasn't helpful at all, placing me on holds for an extended period of time and even checked with her supervisor who advised I was out of luck. I am very disappointed in the lack of empathy that vs holds for their customers. I feel if a company advertises something then they should follow through to make the customer happy! Honestly how much can a bag cost to make that they cant compensate the customer? I have lost all respect for vs and will be paying off my credit card and closing my account.

Just to clarify, as with any gift with purchase offer for any company, free gifts with purchase are while supplies last. There are billions of customers, you are not the only customer, have you ever run a major business? It is not possible to please every person in the world no matter what you do. It was a while supplies last free item. I feel like maybe people should be more concerned with maybe important things like their families or how good they have things in life rather than material items. There are people in other countries that don't have nearly as much luxury as even the poor people in the united states. There is a certain shame that I hope you people eventually feel for the outrageous childish way you act over something so miniscule.

Victoria's Secret product quality

I have been a loyal VS customer for years, in fact so much that until now I have only wear bras from VS. which is why I am sad to say that because of the last 4 bras I have purchased I will not be buying from you anymore. I Within the first 3 weeks of having purchased my bras the middle strap broke on one. Thinking this was just a oddity I took it back and got a new one. I asked the clerk why it broke and she told me that with being such a large cup size 38D that I should avoid styles like that because they are not made very well and that I should buy a more expensive bra instead. I was taken back by her comment and was a little upset that the solution was to buy something more expensive when the bras I bought cost over $30 each. I spent over $150 on 4 bras. Well anyway that was just the beginning of my issues. Now I want to say that I NEVER put my bras in the dryer and they only get washed on gentle cycle in my front loader washer. This has seemed to work for well the past 10 years and my bras normally last a really long time well over a year, with no problems until this past purchase. So I already told you that I had to take back one bra, then another snapped in the middle. I should have taken that one back too but decided I would just sew it and go on with my life. Again this is something I would have been ok with but something else happened that has never happened to any bra I have purchased not to one but to 2 which is the final straw. My straps started fraying. FRAYING! There is no way to fix this, and I've had them too long to return them. My boyfriend who was the one who took me shopping for my bras to begin with cause I was reluctant to spend that kind of money at that point, was pissed about it and told me I'm not to buy from you anymore either. I am telling you this because I think you should know that your quality has fallen so much that a once loyal client will no longer be yours.

Victoria's Secret my bank card was cloned in your store

Hi I went to New York last week for 5 days I went in to your New York store on 5 the Ave and spent over £200 to come home and find that my bank account had been cloned and over £700 was taken from my account !
I only used my bank card in your store and it's the only account that was cloned !
I just wanted you to no so you can look in to it has also caused me problems with having to wait for my bank accounts to be sorted and direct debts not going out of my account also having all my bank cards stopped and waiting for new ones to come threw
It's just put a sad note on a great break and it's a shop that I like to use

Victoria's Secret employee

Victoria's Secret store located in Santa Rosa Mall, Mary Esther, Florida has hired a male employee that has been arrested for Domestic Abuse and has been admitted into the Psychiatric Hospital twice. He also has a trespass Warrant from another store located in the mall. It is obvious you have very low standards of the caliber of employees you hire. I will be happy to take my business to the location 18 miles away as long as he is employed there.

Victoria's Secret terrible!!

Ordered some lingerie from Victoria's Secret website! I always went to their stores but this time I decided to order online and the whole thing was a nightmare! I received an incorrect size order and when I contacted customer service they said that there was nothing they could do and said that it was actually my fault that I picked the wrong size!
I ordered online because I really hate our local Victoria's Secret store. Employees there are rude and nasty - I hate them! But I really love VS products, so I decided order from their online store. Well, I must say that their online customer service is as horrible as their store staff. Messages were written in rudely manner and they refused to help! Terrible!

Victoria's Secret body mist

The Victoria Secret at Destiny USA mall in Syracuse, New York are really racist and discrimanated against me at the store while I was looking to make a exchange earlier today. I received a set of Victoria Secret sprays and lotions for mothers day, which I did not like ( love spell). I carried the items I wanted to exchange in a plastic bag. While I was looking for one of my favorite scents at the store a associate came up to me asking me if I wanted a shopping bag for my items that I wanted to return, as a former retail worker I know that when a associate ask do I want a shopping bag for the items that is in a bag they assume that you are stealing. Being a African American women I felt like I was really discriminated against and I was suspected of stealing and what is sad I was with my son while they approached me and ask me such a rude and disrespectful question and had the nerves to kick me out of the store. I do not think that it is right to assume that I am stealing and walk up to me asking me if I want a bag for my already purchased item as a way of saying that I am stealing and I need to pay for them because I work a full time job and go to nursing school full time as well. To assume that I am stealing in front of my son at that deserves a law suit. I will not tolerate this act at all.

I need to receive a store credit for the inconvience and for being kicked out of the mall and the store because the associates suspected that I was stealing when I had my son. Who in the right mind will steal with there child. I do not have time to ever go to a shopping mall and when I do have time to make a exchange for an unwanted item I was suspected of stealing and was asked to leave the store and the mall after standing up for my self and the terrible services that I have receive. Because of that I was unable to go to other stores to buy my son clothes for his birthday. I will find a way to sue Victoria Secret because of this terrible encounter. I need a $100.00 gift card from this store.

Victoria's Secret beauty exchange thru mail

I love this company and I am devastated. I easily spend 1000s of dollars here every year. That is going to end permanently if this problem is not resolved. I got a bunch of secret rewards cards for myself and my family. We got beauty items that ended up causing a bad skin reaction on me and weren't my families first choice of flavors either so I called the company and someone put me on hold talked to the beauty department and got back on the phone and told me to send them in for an exchange. I did. And I sent them the receipts. $400 in products have disappeared and no one has notated a thing but a pair of leggings in that same box got refunded to me. So where's my stuff? Ashley E offered me a measly $50 which isn't even CLOSE to being acceptable.

Victoria's Secret poor quality clothing

When you go to the Victoria's Secret website, you see really cool pictures, beautiful clothes and models. They are actually putting all their money into this, to make you waste your money. I also fell for it. I've ordered several items from this website and when my order arrived I was extremely disappointed! Things I received looked nothing like pictures! I thought that ordering from this company would be safe because they are well know! Well, I must say that this company is not trustworthy! It seems like all the girls on their photos wear high quality clothes, and that things their customers receive are just poorly made copies. Never again!

Victoria's Secret avoid this company!

I purchased over $150 worth of merchandise from Victoria's Secret about a month ago and received nothing yet. Called the company numerous times and never received any explanations. When I ordered I used their tracking system, but then something went wrong and I cannot use it anymore, and I have no idea where my order is. Finally I received a message from them saying they resent my order, but of course I had paid extra for shipping. I still haven't received the package. Better avoid this company and save your money.

Victoria's Secret don't buy gift cards from this company!

I purchased a gift card as a Christmas present for my sister. When my sister tried to use it, the cashier told her there was nothing on the gift card. We contacted the customer service and they told that card already had been used. We claimed that we never used it before, but they said there was made an online order with it. But my sister never placed any online orders! We asked for help, but their agent told there was nothing they could do. We decided to go back to the store and try again, but the same thing happened. Cashier said they often have problems with gift cards, that she is very sorry, but there is nothing she could do to help us. We were very upset. Don't buy gift cards from this company, it's a big risk.

Victoria's Secret id required even with a receipt!!

I went to return some sweat bottoms I received from my aunt for Christmas. Fortunately, she always includes the receipts with gifts just in case they don't fit. So I hand the receipt to the clerk at VS/Palmdale CA mall and he tells me I need an id to return. Well I'm a teen with absolutely no id except a school id which he says is unacceptable. I ask what kind of id could I have if I don't drive he says a passport! Really a passport, I always go mall shopping with a passport. These clothes are marketed to teens and we definitely buy them but we can't return them! I end up getting my mom and now they want her id and she doesn't even shop here! Even with a receipt I can't get my money back so in the end I tell them to return the money to my aunts debit card. When my aunt gave this to me for Xmas I don't think she imagined that I would get nothing out of it! Ridiculous that their average customers they market to are teen girls and yet we cannot make a return! I hope other people realize it doesn't matter whether or not you have a receipt they treat you awful. I ended up getting nothing from my aunt for Xmas thanks VS/PINK!

Victoria's Secret horrible attitude!

I decided to buy some goodies from Victoria's Secret for my trip. But I couldn't buy anything for myself, because they don't have any items above size 3! They only have products for skinny girls. So, if you are size 0 you can find there something pretty. Well, I came to the store, but those skinny salesgirls were ignoring me. I looked everywhere for my size, but didn't find anything, so I asked for help. But those hasty little girls just giggled at me. And then I was rudely told „Sorry, lady, but Victoria's Secret does not have anything for women your size”! They giggled again and went away. At the end I finally found a nice looking bra and went to the counter. But I got the same attitude there. But they finally found my size. Then took out my Prada wallet, her attitude changed immediately! I Then I told her that I've changed my mind and I'll better go somewhere else where I can find products for „Women my size!”. made sure she rang it up, and did everything...then I told her I changed my mind and was going somewhere that caters to " women my size!". Horrible attitude! I was really shocked!
