Victoria's Secret bra

Hello I am trying to reach out to someone about this …….

Thought I was going to buy me some nice underwear and bra sets, only to find out that they stop at size 38 in bra size! So I ask the associate do they have my size which is 42 😳. She said "oh YOU will have to order online” I felt so offended and discriminated because of my bra size. I called the headquarters and submitted a ticket of complaint because it's not fair that I can't walk in the store and buy bras like every other woman. I told them I am not custom made I am normal and it not fair! I don't wanna have to order my stuff and wait for it and every other small breasted woman can walk in and get there's right then! This is not fair and I would like to get this in the publics eye. I did call the headquarters of Victoria Secrets and she just wrote it down and kind of hurried me off the phone.

Victoria's Secret store associate that was apparently a manager, store 51074; 2/25/17

Deer Park Town Center IL Store

Had a horrific customer service experience. Did not encounter such rudeness since I left Russia back 25 years ago. Unbelievable that in US in today's day and age this is still possible.

I usually experience a wait time when I need to try something on in a fitting room, so I am somewhat used to it. However, waiting near a dressing room I overheard that there is a button to press in order to call an associate to open the fitting room. I looked and saw a bunch of bells but they all seemed to belong to specific fitting rooms, and not to call a sales associate. So when I saw a first sales associate, apparently lady named Brittany I wanted to ask her which button I could press. Brittany was with another customer to whom I overheard her also complain that she is not supposed to be helping them, but be on a register. I saw she was busy but since my question was very easy I asked. She looked at me, didnt smile, didnt nod, did not acknowledge my request whatsoever, and kept on with her customer. After about 5 min she freed up and came to me. I pretty politely stated that it would have been nice to acknowledge me in some way as that is a normal customer service practice. She told me that actually I 'interrupted' her. I was taken back by this attitude so I asked for her name, and she said "my name is not relevant and you dont need to know it". I was shocked, so I asked if I can see her manager, and she responded she IS a manager herself..

So I just let it be, tried my bra on and when I went to pay for it I asked for her name and was told it is Brittany. She was a young pretty skinny girl with blond longer curls, that looked like she fit right in to your brand until she spoke.

I hope you can forward this email to your corporate client relations as I definitely was very turned off by this welcome at your store and can assure you that she will scare off much more clients than just me if she continues to represent your brand, especially as one of the managers.

Victoria's Secret customer service and being misled

We spend thousands of dollars there a year, but never again. We received gift cards as that is what we were told at Christmas time, if we spent hundreds of dollars we get a bonus gift card, well they went in to my purse. Went on line today to use them and had an additional 248.00 in the cart, well they are not gift cards as told, and they expired 5 days ago, if we would have known that we would have made sure we used them within the time frame, tried to explain this to customer service and they don't care. Quite honestly with all the complaints I was reading after this happened no wonder why they are hurting. They just lost 4 people out of my family shopping there. Finally I think they do that so you don't look! So they don't give you that even though that was a selling point for me when I was shopping. To think they lost customers for $40

Victoria's Secret bra's

I fought the criwd on black friday to have my daughter fitted for a bra. They measured her and she picked out 4 she liked. We are 350 miles from a VS store so when she got home and went to put one on it didn't fit. I called right away hoping to mail them back and was told I couldn't do that I had to bring them in. So here we sit with 4 bra's the wrong size. I already knew if I didn't get them returned on time I wouldn't get my $ back so I had a friend take them and return them for me. After she went thru a 30 minute hassle, yes 30 minutes they only gave me credit for 3 but kept the 4th. So now I'm out 50.00 and no bra's. Last month I made a payment to my account and was 2. Short because of poor eye sight and got Charged a 25.00 late fee. I am so thru with all of this.

Victoria's Secret pink pullover sweater

I spend to much money there for me to wear this shirt one time and wash it and it to fade and bleed over everything else I had 2 other pieces in with it that was also victoria secret that is pink product .
I would like this matter resolved or I will not be buying anything else from you.
I live your stuff but I can't keep spending that kind of money for it to do this

Victoria's Secret cotton line

I have noticed that you discontinued the cotton line of bras and undies. My friend and I have skin issues and can only wear cotton. I have been wearing your cotton pushup bra for years. It is the only one that I have ever worn, as well as my friend who has psoriasis. Same with cotton undies. We must wear cotton undies or will get a rash. I loved the lace trim cotton panties because it still gives you the seamless look (no panty lines) and has the cotton so no rash. Please explain why in the world they would discontinue such an important material like cotton! So disappointed and do not know where to go to buy a bra now because I always wore yours. What is happening to V.S?

I totally agree. What is up with discontinuing a popular style? I have worn the cotton collection for years. Are you trying to make your customers look elsewhere? That is what I am doing, because I don't want to pay for a more expensive bra which I believe is the purpose of discontinuing the cotton line.

Victoria's Secret makeup products

Why? Why do you kill me with no makeup! I loved all of the makeup and purchased several items including palettes and bronzers... Now I dread not being able to pick out my fav lipsticks and single shadows that I use them sparingly.. It's really depressing! Please please bring back the makeup oh and the self tanners too! Atleast to be purchased online!

Victoria's Secret account assure

I got Account Assure originally just to get the person off the phone. 4 months or so later I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. I am unable to work because of my illness and am on Social Security disability. It has been two years and they still haven't done anything. I can't even get them to send me additional paperwork. DO NOT sign up for this. It's a scam.

Victoria's Secret unethical behavior

I was shopping at the paddock mall in Ocala, Florida.. I spent almost $200.00 that day, I'm a Victoria Secret card holder and that day I received a free beanie and a free bottle of sweet and flirty mist. I left and went home I live about 35 miles from Ocala I got home and my bottle of fragrance mist wasn't in my bag.. I called the store and told a lady that it wasn't in my bag, and she said that she remembers that and when I come back just bring my receipt and they will just pull it from inventory and give it to me, ok I had no problem with that. I work for publix and work 40 to 50 hours a week and it took me about a month to come back, I didn't think it was gonna be a big deal but when I spoke to the manager her name is Debra she scolded me in front of associates and customers and told me that I should have came earlier and that she didn't know anything about the situation, and I said can you not talk to the girl who rang me up she would remember what happened, I said I was sorry that it took to long but I was the one that was inconvienced.. She said that she would have to pull cameras and I said ok do what you have to do, I said that I live 35 miles away and she said so I live in Lecanto and I drive that far I said ok why does this have anything to do with what happened to me? She talked to me like I was a thief or was trying to get something that didn't belong to me or something, i"ve never been talked to like that before, my husband had to intervene and he never says anything impolite to anyone.. Thats not the way that you treat customers, I was embarrassed of the way she was speaking to me and im really thinking about tearing this credit card up and never shopping at Victoria secret ever again. Its really a shame because those are the only bras I wear...

Victoria's Secret store manager angela

Horrific experience with the manager angela. She was very nice when I purchased several bras and perfume sets handing me a promotional tote bag that I didn't expect. Went to return some of the bras and she said I had to bring back the tote bag. Went home, checked my receipt and not only was I charged twice for one of the bras but it says right on the receipt: free tote with $75 purchase. The items I was keeping totaled more than $75. Called corporate and they confirmed I could keep the tote bag. Started a case with corporate and they advised me to go back to the store for the return. Went back and she said they didn't charge me twice even though I was short one bra and the same bar code twice on the receipt. Also I counted each item in bag. She shorted me once once again and refused to give me the original receipt telling me that I never gave it back to her. She conveniently finds it after I wouldn't leave without it. She refused to give me the tote bag. Victoria secret now owes me two bras and a tote bag! Reported angela to the corporate office. Never in my like have I ever met a manager so I unprofessional and rude as her. Sad that she represents victoria's secret. Will never step foot in that store again!

Victoria's Secret online chat representative - bianca

I started an online chat 1-13-16 and Bianca signs on. My subject question is: I want to see about having my order re-shipped. So, I type in my order number, customer number and order date so that she can pull up my information so see why I need it re-shipped. Firstly, she typed my name with lower case letters and secondly, she types "Bianca: why do you need it resent ?" So, I type back in all lower case letters because I am annoyed with her lack of proper punctuation and the tone of her typing, " it wasn't delivered to me". Then, I send her the tracking information. Thirdly, she has the gall to type, "Bianca: you didnt get it and you did not need to do that I can track it on my end

Bianca: Ok looks like the package is on its way back to us and it will be refunded to you when we receive it "
I told her to have her supervisor call me, which I am sure that she won't. She also said that she is the only Bianca in customer service online. I am so annoyed with her. While I was online with her I called into customer service and they took care of everything for me. I am also emailing customer service to complain about her. Once I told her that I was complaining about her service she changed her tone, but too late.

Victoria's Secret victoria's secret located in, the exton mall exton pa-shopping experience and poor customer service

The victoria's secret in the exton mall is a ridiculous store. I waited 45 mins to return something there were 3 registers and only 1 was open the wait took forever. The store was fully staffed it was a mess. You would think with so many associates standing around doing nothing they'd clean up. After my return was finally processed I went to buy an item. The sales associates were clueless I don't understand how they constantly ask if you need help. When you ask where something is they don't know. I even had the pic/description of the bra and the online ad. I spoke with 3 associates. These ladies don't know their own stock? The store was a mess! The victorias sales associate was aaliyah she was so rude and was extremely unhelpful. She needs to be retrained or fired. I'm never coming back and my friends aren't either we've been victoria secret shoppers for 15 yrs we'll take our business elsewhere. Ps clean up your store and fire useless associates.

Victoria's Secret a manager

Wellington Green Victoria Secret Store 1218 in Wellington, Florida..
This Manager Princess should not be working for you are have any authority over any employees or have any contact with customers...i was shopping in that storeva few days ago and i couldn't believe how she was treating the workers, which 2 of them had been working over 6 hours and haven't had a break or lunch not even a bathroom break...when 1 worker ask . She was ignored and after the worker asking 3 times for a break she Princess toild her she had to wait...even to use the restroom...1 customer asked why she treats her worker like that and she Princess told the Customer to mind her Dam business...i couldn't believe what i heard...just tonight i went back in the store to exchange something and this same manager was telling a worker that was ill she had to stay and finish her work...she talks badly to customers who are asking questions about the products you sell...if nothing is done about this manager Princess iam going to my local TV STATION and let them know what's going on in that store...i will know if this have been addressed..

Victoria's Secret gift cards

I purchased gift cards from Victoria's Secret for the holidays for a total $200! Unfortunately I have been a victim of their fraud. I am unsure whether this may be a lack of their security protocols or an inside job. When the gift holders tried to used their gift cards they were at zero balance. Victoria's Secret refused to give me back my money!
Unbelievable! You would think "Victoria's Secret" being a big corporation (with mega models who are paid more than $15 million a year) would try to fix the situation immediately, but instead REFUSED to give me back my money! I've spoken to the store I purchased the gift cards from, their customer care hotline, and their corporate office and they insist that the company is not resposible for lost or stolen gifts cards, HELLO! I STILL HAVE THE GIFT CARDS IN MY POSSESSION! plus my purchase receipt to match each card! This is unacceptable and extremely disappointing coming from a store my family and friends constantly shop at. I will no longer be making any purchases at Victoria's Secret and I suggest the same to my friends and family.

Victoria's Secret poor management

Dec 24, 2016 the line to Victoria Secret is extreamly long. No one could figure which line was which. Employees were confused as well. Finally there was 1 line for cash only which I had, and I was doing an exchange for a smaller size.

After 30 min of waiting I finally get up to a cashier who then proceeds to tell me she cannot process my exchange because their system with Verizon is down. All I want is an even exchange for the exact same product, just in a smaller size. The manager hears me and steps in and says there's nothing she can do. I raise my voice to state this is an even exchange, plus i'm buying 2 more items via cash. She then says lower your voice and I said I am getting frustrated because no one ever said there were no exchanges being done after waiting 30 min in line. She then proceeds to throw the items and said get out of my store, I will not serve you and i'm calling security. I hadn't even done anything except raise my voice. This manager had no manners, was obviously frustrated, and took it out on me. I then went to another location in San Diego (UTC) and complete opposite treatment - found my size, found other items, called another store for me on another item. Complete night and day.

Someone needs to have management training 101 in the Escondido store.

Victoria's Secret pink college apparel

I was on your website to purchase several PINK jogging sets for the University my daughter attends, Morgan State. I was confused as the school is not one of your selected colleges. I then proceeded to look for other HBCU and to my surprise they also were not included such as Lincoln University, Clark Atlanta, Spellman, Cheyney University and so forth. It is disheartening when myself and other parents who spend A LOT of money in your company do not see a reflection of our children in your products. Needless to say that I have decided to spend my money elsewhere as I do not feel your company has a balance of schools showcased. I hope this was an oversight and your company will correct this flaw. A company geared toward women (who are also considered a minority) should take extra effort to uplift, support and honor your consumers.

Victoria's Secret treated horribly when trying to have the security sensor removed from an item I had purchased

I had purchased a few pairs of undies and got home to see that the girl had failed to remove one of the security sensors. It took me a few months to take it back in and have it removed because I wasn't going to drive 30 mins out of my way just to have the sensor removed. While I was shopping this week I brought the pair of underwear to have the store remove the sensor...forgetting the receipt at home, but I had the card that I purchased them with. When I got to the front of the store the girl told be that I would have to go through the checkout line and have them take it off. I waited about 20 minutes in the line only to have the girl tell me that she could not remove it because it was a "Pink" item and would have to go across the hallway to the Pink store. I was very frustrated and as I walked out I stopped to tell the girl in the front what happened. Another employee next to her who looked like the store manager told me that the reason wasn't because It is a Pink item but because I don't have the receipt. I have returned items before and they were able to look it up with the card I used to make the purchase. I tossed the underwear to the girl and told her to keep them. I don't have the time to keep getting the run around for a mistake that they made! I am a very understanding person and I never complain. If the manager had just said that she was sorry that I had already waited in line it could have helped the situation, but they were all very rude and treated me as if I had stole the underwear or something. I get protocol but the fact that they made it almost impossible for me to have the sensor removed. I lost out on my money and time...very upsetting!

Victoria's Secret service at the vs store in the quintard mall, oxford, al

Question: Is it the protocol of VS to remove all race of people from a store if one person of that race is caught stealing? Please inform me so that I can stop purchasing and return all my VS purchases ASAP.
It is evident of a viral video, which I'm sure you have viewed that a store manager in Oxford, AL mall ask two black females to leave the store after another black female who was neither kin or affiliated to the other two, was caught stealing.
This type of action could cause a boycott of your store. I personally have already purchased several gift sets for Christmas but will return them ASAP.

Victoria's Secret customer service

I am writing regarding a complaint that I would like to file in regards to your Oxford, AL store where Faith is the store manager. There was an act of discrimination that recently took place in this store involving Kimberly Houzah. I hope to bring attention to this situation and the potential impact upon sales going forward if not addressed. I am a loyal customer who has spent, just in the last month, maybe $1000 between Victoria's Secret, Bath and Body Works, and Lane Bryant for the holiday season. However, the situation that recently took place in this store impacted my perception of your brand and my desire to spend further with the aforementioned companies. I connect with this situation as I am an educated, professional, African American woman. If this type of discrimination is allowed and not addressed, what does that say about your company and how I will be treated? I've been a loyal customer for some time and would like to continue this relationship. However, please take a stand and show that you value your ENTIRE customer base. I hope that you take my words into consideration. Please be a part of the solution.

Victoria's Secret secret rewards program

I am extremely disappointed and upset that the secret rewards program will not be available this year. Why did Victoria's Secret decide to aggravate their customers by discontinuing the only thig that sames most of us money during the holiday struggles? This is horrible and needs to be reactivated for all the valued customers. More importantly, the fact that Victoria's Secret did not even bother to notify anyone of their selfish actions and is very inconvenient to all credit card holders.
