Report these Premium White clowns to the Police.

I agree this Premium White operation appears to be a very serious scam.

VISA is well aware of this operation and is trying to deal with it, however
fraud is rampant in our society, and extremely difficult to properly police.

The Police have an obligation to investigate complaints regarding possible
criminal activity, and it seems that time has come for Premium White.

The Ontario Provincial Police should be made aware of this activity.

BEWARE. Agreed to pay for $1.95 trial shipping but charged additional $126.24 for the kit that I did not receive. Very bad situation. Hope this doesn't happen to other people anymore.

WARNING!! I read the terms and conditions before ordering Vibrant Smile. They said I had 3--THREE--days to cancel before being charged $126.24 for the membership fee. I called on the third day---they had already ran the charge! Apparently, they count the day you signed up, no matter what time, as the first day. They don't go by 24 hour days! I ordered the trial on Tuesday evening and by Friday afternoon when I called it was already too late---they had ran the charge Thursday evening!! AAARRGG!!!

I got screwed too. My conformation letter said I had 35 days to cancel but the charge was run in 3. The reason given was I was supposed to check the website for changes. Yeah right. Major scam. My bank reimbursed me the 126.24. The corp. office being in the UK makes this even harder to control. This is such low priority nothing will ever get done and the ads are everywhere.
