I went on the web site to order their "free" trial of Vibrant Skin and they also offered a "free" trial of DermaLuxe. I paid 4.95 for one and 5.99 for the other. What a rip off! First they sent two small bottles of stuff that made my face break out terribly and did nothing for wrinkles and they automatically charged my account for 99.93 and 97.15.
When I called the company to complain and get it taken off my account they told me if I didn't cancel after using for 14 days they charged that amount for the bottles I already had been sent. In the "free" trial offer I saw nothing about this! First the lady I spoke to offered 25% back then 50% then 75% plus a $100.00 gift certificate. I told them I wanted all charges off my account and she constantly repeated the same thing over and over again. She constantly told me if I didn't accept the offer I would have to pay full price. It was more of a threat than an " we want our customers to be satisfied" offer.
The ONLY reason I accepted this offer was because I figured I really had no choice. They would NOT return the full amount. DON'T sign up with them!

I was not given a full 14 day trial before a second shipment was mailed to me. How do they know my credit card number. Every time I call customer service they say, "Wait time is one hour. Please call back." I want shipments to cease. Total scam.

Exactly the same as several above. Was charged over $90 for "trial offer". Most bothersome is that they have my credit card number which I did not give. Have called the "Customer Service" number several times but they're always very busy and the hold time "may be up to an hour".

In addition to the information provided by Holly Davis and AnarchoSteff above (which mirror my experiences, precisely) I'd like to add that I will try to send the product back to the shipping address in order to try to obtain some piece of paper to prove I attempted to return the product. I will do this because otherwise the credit card company (in my case a visa card) will be completely free of any necessity to file a dispute with them. The Credit Card company will not call it a dispute if the recipient still has the product! I, like Holly, eventually went for the 75% reimbursement plus $100.00 gift certificate. I have a 'transaction number" and a "cancellation number". I still have no idea if I will actually get the 75% + gift certificate. It would be helpful to know if Holly actually got anything. I agree with AnarchoSteff that this is most probably a billion dollar operation. When I called the number associated with the company on my credit card statement, I got a recorded message saying the scammer had usurped her company identity and phone number! This is definitely a racket. I did change my credit card immediately, so hope not to lose anything more. (I think VISA should have suggested this to me, but they didn't. I thought of the idea myself). I don' know how one would handle this situation of them taking money straight out of your bank account! This is definitely a racket, Big Time!

I also was taken by this so called "Free Trail" offer. they start your trail date the day you order the stuff. you don't get 14 days in the first place
and absolutely nothing is free. I don't know how much money these people paid all these stars to say that this awful stuff works. Dr. Oz is saying
that it works, well I'm telling you it doesn't work and it's just another scam don't get ripped off.

I called to cancel and the lady rep started her speal... I was firm yet polite and told her I would not accept her terms. It was to be canceled and nothing further shipped or charged to my credit card or I would contact my attorney general. She said she did not want that to happen and would cancel immediately. Gave me a cancellation # but would not give me her name or rep #. So now I will watch for charges on my card and hope it really is cancelled.

We got taken by them too. They seem to have more than a few scams going: getdermaluxe.com betterskinpro.com tryskinprofessional.com vibrantskintrial.com vibrantskinserum.com biomedskin.com dermapromedics.com vivaluxskin.com bellavitaskincare.com trylejeune.com revitoleyecreamdeal.com lacremeskincare.com perfectageskincare.com citratone.com and many many more mentioned on skincaremd.net skincareanti-aging.com skincarebeautyshop.com skincarebeautyshop.com myskinmd.com and skinsurv.com. The only thing you can do is to immediately cancel your debit/credit card. Talking to them is pointless. However, know this ... these guys are masters at this. For EVERY single domain above, they have used Domains By Proxy or PrivacyGuardian to hide their identity. All of the physical addresses are of packaging/shipping stores like Postal Annexs, UPS Stores, post offices, and virtual offices. Also, you will not find a single name that they have used that is a legal entity. Actually, that is the best part. Their terms and conditions are worthless. A fundamental element of any contract is knowledge of the identity of the parties to the contract and the legality of their existence. When you agreed to the fine print in the terms and conditions you were making a contract with an entity engaging in active concealment. I'm fairly certain this is a billion dollar criminal operation. The creams are likely garbage btw.
