I inform you that I have alredy been paid my EMI in time, but every day you are distrubing and threatend me by phone calI.Your every information is absouletly false and harrasive.I Sisir Banerjee specifically denies all the aligation charges against me against me.It is also defamaroty and malafide intention. I will lodged a complain against you in my near police station Kharda. Already you denied my 2 cheques but not return to me. I did not received any accounts statement from your bankt. I am surprised and shocked, why you demanding Rs. 42000 .(Bearing proper documents). If you not take any need full action withen 7 days, I have a right to take an appropriate action under section 500 of IPC and also recovery of damage against to Your SBI CARD.
