Very bad service!

I have encountered nothing but problems with Wildblue Communications (subscribed seven months ago). Today is my seventh day without email service. Needless, I have called every day regarding this problem. Response is, "we are working on it." When I inquire as to what the problem is, "Wildblue representative really doesn't know - we're working on it."
Individuals sending emails to this account are not being warned that there is no service. I have three months left on this contract - Wildblue is not providing my needed service but they refuse to break contract without penalties to me (if I did service that way, I would not get far). Wildblue turnaround service is very lacking in service and knowledge.
I asked for credit and was insulted by Wildblue, "Wildblue will issue you a credit of $5 per month".
DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS SERVICE - KEEP LOOKING.
