I order internet and VOIP on the 20th of December for business internet and VOIP. A technician showed up on the 27th to install, however he said my service order address was incorrect. He stated he would return within 10 minutes. Never showed back up. I have called verizon repeated ever since and receive a different message every time. Needless to say they state my service will not be up until the 11 of Jan. I have informed them that I am a health care business, however they are failing to admit their error and resolve this issue.

Over the past few months I have attempted several times to upgrade my services with Verizon. Each phone call involved being placed in a waiting queue that I eventually needed to cancel. For example, on January 4th I was on hold for 26:47 minutes. One time I attempted to do so over the internet. I was advised I would be emailed a pin number within 20 minutes. I never received a pin number.

As with most people, my schedule does not provide the allotted time of waiting on the phone for lengthy periods. Needless to say, the inability to communicate with Verizon has proven it would be ill advised to consolidate my phone, internet and cable needs with a single company that is inaccessible.

Verizon has achieved a high customer volume however it has come at the expense of offering mediocre service.
