I too agreed to a one time charge of 1.95 for a free trial of dazzle white. My Visa has 6 unauthorized charges from them. One is for nearly $6, then $8 then $79 and it occurred two months in a row for the exact same amounts. This activity is what will scare Americans from purchasing anything online again. My faith in "secured transactions" has been lost. Please do something to this company!!

I am so mad about this. I personally called, cancelled all future payments, received a confirmation number and I still got charged this month and I cancelled last month. Then you look at the company comment listed: "You can talk to customer support seven days a week. Our U.S.-based help lines are also staffed each and every day of the week to respond to any questions you may have both before and after your order. Simply call us at 888-948-5508 or visit our 24/7 live help at http://www.dazzlesmilepro.com/contactus.php and we will be happy to walk you through the entire cancellation process." This is a bunch of hog-wash. When you call the number listed or visit the url listed it says that you can reach them only Monday through Friday 8-8 Mountain Time. What happened to the 24/7 live help or that you can talk to customer support seven days a week. The BBB needs to do something about this. I will be visiting my bank on Monday and calling my credit card company tonight.

Seriously your number one concern is to help people. Your whole company is based on the premise of ripping people off. I guarantee you not ONE person who orders your free trial of Dazzlesmilepro wants to pay $90.00 for more, and not ONE person who orders your free trial of Dazzlesmilepro wants to be enrolled in a fitness club. Your company knows this but also knows that legally they can rip people off for a few weeks until they catch on and call to stop it. Your company is based on ripping off its customers, so NO customer support is NOT your number one concern.

I hope you all go to jail from the receptionist, to the people on the phones, to the customer services representatives all the way to the CEO who I'm sure has already left the country

To add to my comments above.

I have been 87.62 twice, 92.37 twice, 4.85 once, and 17.32 once all because my wife signed up for a trial of you dazzle white. You know you are a rip off. The folks that work for you know you are a rip off so they are part of the problem as well.

I have called to cancel been given cancellation numbers and promised to be sent confirmation via email. Guess what it doesnt happen and the billing continues because you are a rip off company based on ripping your customers off as much as possible before they get so frustrated they cancel their card or cancel their account totally.

To all who see this cancel your card immediately cancel your account immediately this company and these customer services representatives are not trying to help you they are trying to rip you off more for as long as possible.
