I've been charged 19.95 for the last 4 months and I've never agreed to anything with them. I did visit the website Intelius like many others I've seen here, so I guess thats how they got my information. The lady told me I agreed because I responded to an e-mail, but I never did. I will report them for this to the BBB!

I am being charged $19.95, also, on my monthly credit card statement. I tried the 800-475-1942 to find out where the charge is coming from. It is a number that is out of service. How do I get the unauthorized charges off of my bill? Please help. thanks. J

It sounds like you have accepted a third party company’s offer that is advertised on the Intelius website. If you no longer wish to be enrolled in that third party company’s service, please call 888-445-2727 Monday – Friday 4:30am – 9:00pm PST. We will be more than happy to assist you.
