I received a letter from Value Plus stating, "as promised, we're giving you$40 in Cash-Back Gas Rebates just for signing up for Value Plus (sm). Log onto www.valueplusonline.com/open/form/40 now to claim yours!" After going to this website, it comes up as an error message or asks the question, are you sure you meant.

Basically, the website doesn't exist. Is this a scam or what. If so, then I should be entitled to the initial premium that they billed my credit for. Please advise smb!
