Their trades are garbage, their supers are young, have I.Q's of handballs and the personalities of parking meters, and they are inexperienced. An utter disgrace. The bosses & customer care team are not friendly and the builder's workmanship is disgusting. The owner, Ted Valeri, is nothing but an impulsive hot head. They should be building huts in Somalia.

The minute you get out of hand is the minute they try to make you out to be a criminal. They will stop at nothing to make you out to be the bad guy. Their moto? Either accept your hacked house or suffer the abuse and lack of customer service / satisfaction.

When this is all said and done, I am going to contact a consumer editor for a local newspaper and crucify them the same way they have set out to crucify me.

The difference is, I have nothing to lose.
