They did not deliver my passport
Do not use this terrible service! Uspassportnow scammed me and stole my money and there is nothing I can do to get my money back. I wish I read the reviews before I paid for my passport. These scam artists charged me and did not deliver my passport and as soon as they received the money they stopped replying!
There are a lot of people who fell for this scam and I think that the only way to resolve this is to cooperate with others. We need to work together, collect all the information and file a lawsuit. I can't think of anything else, Uspassportnow should be out of business!
Where is my passport??
I have sent them my passport and they contacted me and said that it was received!
I paid for the service and was informed that the whole thing would take a week.
One week later since no one from USPassportNow contacted me I called them myself and they claimed they never had my passport! What? I asked them to check again and they still couldn't find it! Are you kidding me? These guys lost my passport! That is not a joke! I need some help here!
Completion of forms and pictures
I have currently taken $508 out of my pocket to expedite my passport renewal thru US Passport Now.
The process started back in February. Due to circumstances beyond my control I was asked to pay another $50 on top of my initial fee since there was a time line different from when I actually submitted the forms and pictures.
I paid the extra $50 and sent the forms in.
I received a email saying that my Pictures were not good enough (needed a better head shot) and also I didn't check the appropriate box at the top of the DS 82 form to receive both a passport and a passport card.
I filled in the form once again and submitted new pictures.
Once again I am being told the pictures are blurry and I didn't fill in the form on a computer and hand wrote the form.
As I stated, all I want to do is renew my passport I don't want to put a down payment on a house I only want to renew my passport.
$508 is absolutely ridiculous and I refuse to give this company another dime of my hard earned money.
my last conversations with them they were rude and condescending.
At this point in time I asked them to terminate my relationship with them and mail be back my $200 fee to the government and any/all my forms and pictures.
Anything that you can do would be greatly appreciated. I would like my initial fee paid to them ($179 ) refunded since the obligation was not fulfilled.

Order was cancelled within two hours
I realized this company USPassportNow was a scam when they cancelled my order and decided to keep the money I paid them. Please, check all the reviews online and don't make the same mistake I did. You will never get your passport and you will lose your money. I still don't have a clue why my order was cancelled and I guess I'll never find out. It seems like they decided to ignore me. Dreadful service!
poor service/instructions
I have never had a passport before but I needed one for an upcoming trip. At first, the website appeared brightly colored, professional, and easy to navigate. I filled out an "application", got a confirmation email and was told to wait 4 to 14 days for my passport to arrive. 14 days later, no passport. I call them, and they tell me that I only applied to use their services. So, they gave me another set of "instructions" to follow along with a website to get my real passport application. I got it filled out and looked over by an acceptance agent, with guarantee from the company that I would get all my personal documents back and that it would be 4 - 14 days until I got my passport. 14 days later, no passport. I call them again and they said I needed a FedEx tracking number. Now, I have never used FedEx's services before and this company did NOT tell me I needed a tracking number. When I tried to explain that I did not have a tracking number, the woman on the phone who I could barely hear because she MUMBLED the whole conversation, got real snarky on me and then HUNG UP in the middle of the phone call! So here I am waiting on a guy from FedEx to get back to me with no passport, no birth certificate, and feeling pretty stupid and pretty mad. I would get my gums scraped before I used this company's services again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

My employer insisted on getting a new passport issued and I was given very tight terms. I found this company called US Passport Now and paid them $130 for an issue of a new passport but those scammers just took my money and vanished. On Aug. 7th, 2012, late in the evening, my husband and I realized that I needed to renew my passport before an international flight just days later. We googled passport expediters and came upon their website. Not having done this before, the site appeared to be an official U.S. government site. We quickly filled out the expediting request and submitted it, hoping that there would be enough time to process the passport renewal. As we did some further research in our frantic state, we realized that USpassportnow.com is not part of the U.S. State Department and quickly tried to cancel the request. Unfortunately, this all took place late in the evening and the offices were closed. I called at exactly 9am on Aug. 8, 2012 when the offices opened and cancelled the request. I was informed that the $100 processing was non-refundable. We really don't think it is fair for them to charge $100 for a 5 minute phone call with a customer who mistakenly requested their services and cancelled them at the first possible moment, before the staff could have possibly even begun to spend time or resources on the request. I think this is a a very poor business practice and have requested a refund.
In addition, the company failed to process the refund of $229 for the passport that was not expedited (because we had cancelled the request), even though I called the very next morning and was given a cancellation confirmation number of 3609647. I spoke with someone when the credit card statement came and they assured me that it will be refunded within the next 24-48 hours. But now they've added another hassle to this experience.

Taking payment for what... no services provided
We contacted USPassportNow.com to get an expedited passport for my son. His passport needed to be expedited because he was on a college graduation cruise in late June/early July and by the time he returned from that trip we had very little time to process his passport paperwork which was needed for an August 4th trip.
My son call once and I called twice to speak to "our" adviser to go thru the checklist and make sure we had all items and paperwork in order and completed correctly.
We were told to take our August trip itinerary and forms and take them to the US Post Office because only the post office could legally seal the documents. We had to wait 2 weeks for a post office appointment.
Once at the post office the postal officer told us that she could not process these documents because our August trip itinerary needed to be dated two weeks from the date of our visit to the post office. So we would have had to wait another two weeks for an appointment and falsify our travel itineray dates for August. We then just completed the necessary documents at the Post Office and the USPS processed our expedited passport and mailed that day.
When I called USPassportNow.com to ask for a refund and explain that we been give the wrong information and instructions after calling 3 times to make sure all was correct. They told me they would not be able to process a refund. They said we should have gone home and made another appointment with the post office and falsify our trip itinerary to state we were leaving exactly 2 weeks after our USPS appointment in order to have the documents officially sealed. Net: Our appointment at the USPS was on 7/2. Our August Trip itinerary needed to state we were leaving on 7/16 in order for the USPS to officially seal these documents on 7/2. Our itinerary was dated 8/4, the actual date of our trip. We had no time to wait for two more weeks nor did we want to falsify our itinerary.
We called several times for two refunds since USPassportNow.com did nothing for us. No matter where you pound out on their recording we got to the same person. Who would not help us nor let us speak to a supervisor.

This is a horrible website
They said if I cancel within 24 hours they would refund me my money but when I called, they said they needed to keep $50.00 for processing fee when I called after the first 5 minutes and then they didn't even give me a refund at all so I lost $130.00! This is a horrible website. I ended up doing the passport at the post-office and got my passport for my daughter in less than a week anyways!
I wish I would've read this first. Their instructions are a little less than clear with respect to which documents are necessary to bring to the Acceptance Agent at the US Post Office and which ones are necessary to mail to the expediting service directly. As it turns out, the post office assured us that they could complete my daughter's passport application within two weeks so the expediting service was unnecessary. When I called to request a refund, they said under no circumstances and that it was too bad that I couldn't follow directions. Really? Am I a child to be scolded or a paying customer? The application process never started since I didn't even have a case number (I never called my "specialist") because we effectively decided to use another vendor. The woman on the phone was rude and condescending and got nowhere with her. Luckily, my credit card company will dispute the charges and hopefully we'll get a refund. What I experienced with them is no different than if I ordered a shirt from on on-line retailer and then changed my mind BEFORE said shirt left their facilities, and then the retailer said “too bad, ” no shirt and no refund.

I went to this organization's website for assistance with a passport. I accidentally clicked on the submit button and immeditely e-mailed the organization to cancel my request. I received an e-mailback with a disclaimer at the bottom stating that cancellations could not be processed via e-mail. I proceeded to call the organization. The first time, I received an "all ciruits are busy" message. The second time, I was told I was the 7th customer in line to be serviced and then got hung up on. The third time, I finally got through after a 16 minute hold. Once I got through, the representative told me that I could cancel and receive a partial refund as they were keeping a $50.00 non-refundable fee for processing. I literally e-mailed 1 minute after clicking submit and called immediately. I am not sure what they processed or "reserved" for me in the total of 17 minutes that I was their client. When I asked the manager "Danielle" what her last name was, she stated that she could not give it out due to provacy issues. When I asked the name of the President of the Organization, she stated that she could not give me their name either. I have filed complaints with TRUSTe and will be contacting a lawyer to file a grievance.

I called them after not being able to locate my passport for an upcoming trip. Less then 24 hours later, I found my passport (of course). They penalized over $125.! Terrible customer srv.
Rush service was paid for in Sept. of 2011. It is now June 2012 and can't get an answer from anyone or reapply as the Government does not allow it. This is so frustrating and we are loosing more money to try to get it straightened out!
They will not be any faster than your local post office and will not let you cancel. All they do is order FedEx for you. This site is a complete ripoff. STAY AWAY! If you try and cancel they will not issue you a refund. I even disputed the charge on my credit card and they fought back hard and I lost!
They are terrible. You can't get anyone on the phone and when you do they are not helpful. They won't let you cancel without a 50 charge and they take 14 days to refund you for the portion that they said they will refund you for... PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM - JERKS!

I had the EXACT same thing happen to me. It is PURE TRICKERY.
BE CAREFUL ! This is a big scam. They will keep your money without notice and not contact you about it. I inquired to their service by filling out their registration page. The next day, I cancelled my request as it is just as easy to go to your US Passport office in your area on obtain a passport IMMEDIATELY for only any extra $60. When I received my credit card statement, sure enough, I was charged anyway. I called to get the charges reversed and was told that I did not properly cancel. I even shared the email I sent them canceling the request within 18 hours ! It is trickery. Be very careful with this service and please know that you can go directly to your US Passport office in your city and get the same results, the same day, WAY CHEAPER !
Just spoke with "Danielle " at [protected] apparently she's the second in charge next to the CEO. Her employee number is 104. She has an attitude with me saying there's nothing to do when this company did nothing for me! This is a complete scam! The website appears to be from the government and it's not. How do I get my $129 back? Danielle was just yelling at me telling me that my call can not be transferred to anyone else and no refund or any other option was given ! BBB better shut them down !

Total Scam Artists. They claim they are authorized to expedite service. When I finally figured out what was going on, I called and cancelled well before the 24 hours cancellation policy. I was told that they'd have to keep $50 processing fee that I apparently agreed to when I hit submit and that the roughly $170 in fees I just paid to them was only for expedited service and not for the actual passport. The actual passport fees are in addition to what they charge. I don't understand exactly how this is legal. And I don't understand why they feel they can hang on to my refund for 10-21 days they told me.
Yes this place is a total scam. I got screwed too.
