uShip shipping

I was looking at a stove on ebay I then signed up on uship they gave me average costs of point to point shipping once i saw the bids approaching their mid range average cost i purchased the stove . i then proceeded with the negotiation with the likely shipper i gave him the addresses involved but because uship didnt change the item to bought (uship does not allow the purchaser to change the status of the item to sold ) the shipper said i had broken the uship contract so he could no longer have anything to do with this item i complained they eventually changed the status to sold but the original shipper would not respond and all i got was lip service

uShip they took money, but their team didn't start the job

I contacted them about the plumbing services. It was real waste of time, because Guruship Developments Inc. gave me the quote and promised to start the job within one week. They got money and no one showed up to start the work. I called them almost every day and left messages, but all my attempts were completely useless. I already opened the case against them and hope to get my money back.

uShip shipping people not being held responsible for their payment of damages

One of their Shipper damage a headboard that he did not secure and protect. I had to refund the money to customer. Now the shipper will not pay for the damages and as he quoted and demanded. "And you know. Uship is just a board like eBay. Unless you bought Uship insurance. Which most don't because each transporters carries their own. And that's not how it works, I delivered it, and it is at its rightful destination. Now I did what I was hired for. And as for the damage I've already stated that my insurance covers the repair. He just has to get it done" This was his response and we had all the pictures and proof that it was sent to him and UShip. He then refuse to answer his phone or email. No one is trying to support the users of this company. They actually close the ticket that they said they would track to get this fix between us and shipper without even contacting us.
Unhappy customer with a $700 loss.

uShip very misleading

So I bid on a honda atv on ebay and on the listing uship offers to provide estimate and multiple moving companies. Their estimate is $493. I buy the atv. I sign up for their auction of carriers. Eight days later... End of the auction... One bid $699. So their estimate is 40 % off... Forty percent
So word to the wise if you are going to move something with wheels on it, don't trust uship
Take a few minutes, search the web and you will make an informed purchased with real costs... And you will be much smarter that uship

Beware. Uship.com did suspend our account because we did complain to bbb (Better business bureau) about them being rude and not professional customer service with us. On top it when we had suggestion how the company to work better they were yelling us on the phone. Stay away from uship.com

UShip is a competitive bidding situation. eBay offers an estimate based on similar equipment, miles, etc. However, if no one is going your way, or doesn't want to bid on your job, realist and try again. It's not bays fault.

uShip over billing

Wile accepting a bid to ship 2 motorcycles to FL clicked continue but inadvertently overlooked a small easily overlooked button about insurance which as in most WEB sites would come up highlighted so clicked continue a second time noticed it the next time around declined insurance and clicked continue this time it went through. American express auto called my cell phone alerting me I had three consecutive charges for $700+ within a minute so they were al declined. I called Uship and after spending five minutes drilling into the bowls of their WEB page where it is hidden and listed 800-usip... instead of also giving the numbers so I have to sort it out o the key pad for myself. Finally I get a CS representative that is rude accusing me for the three consecutive charges when I never got past the charge screen until the third try when the transaction was accepted.. I asked to speak with a supervisor waited five minutes and hung up.

uShip customer service & insurance response = zero help

Contracted through USHIP to have an expensive military generator trailer moved from Atlanta to Raleigh. In transit the shipper failed to secure several panels on the generators which subsequently "fell off" during transit. The covers are impossible to locate used and the missing panels render my generators unusable for my application (same cover on each of my two generators was lost). Repeated calls to USHIP customer service and repeated e-mails yielded zero contact with someone there that would help. Meaning nobody EVER called me back regarding my claim. It's been a month and many different attempts to reach them and still no returned call. I paid for USHIP Insurance on my load, through USHIP's website, and still nothing. I find the measure of a company's value to be measured not when things are going well but when things do not go well. How USHIP dealt with me (or didn't deal with me at all) when I needed them most tells me volumes about what they think of their customers and what "Customer Service" and "Insurance" mean to them. Short answer = all three mean nothing at all. I highly recommend looking anywhere but USHIP for your shipping needs.

Since the transporter failed to either secure the panels or simply take them off during transit tells me he was a inexpierenced transporter. I have personally transported those generators and simply threw a tarp over them to ensure nothing fell off while cruising 70+ mph. As for uship and the insurance issue: Doesn't surprise me one bit that no one has responded to your emails or phone calls as they have already collected their hefty fee for the transaction and could give a rats ### about you or your generators. I am assuming you bought the "bogus" insurance from uship? FYI, If you choose an illegal transporter to transport your generator then the insurance is null and void. Only the illegals would need such coverage as ALL legal transporters carry 100, 000 cargo insurance with no risk to you. No deductable, No hassles, No Bull@&%t!. My suggestion is to contact the FMCSA to report your carrier and uship. You could also file a complaint with the BBB in Austin TX but I beleive uship has them payed off and will simply brush your complaint under the rug like they have with thousands of others. Kindly keep us posted on your findings as they are a group of us that will SINK the ship.

uShip they started asking for more money.

We went on Uship Delivery Service website that state that they deliver dogs. My husband and I went to pay the money at western union and, they said they bring the dog to our door step. Then when it came down to getting the dog they started asking for more money.

uShip didn't ship the puppy

I wanted to buy English Bulldog for my girlfriend and surfing on the internet I found out a woman who was selling a puppy for free. She told I have to pay money for shipping to Uship Pets Flight. I paid them twice and they are still asking me for more money.

Because it's a scam... There's no such place as UShip pets, it's a well known scam along the same vain as "Your great great uncle you don't know died and left you millions of dollars, if you send us a thousand dollars for the paperwork we'll get that money straight to you".

uShip don't use this company

Purchased dog from a guy I found on craigslist and he told that dog is already on its way via Ushippets Courier Worldwide. I waited for a week but nothing has arrived and once I contacted this shipping company they told me that no such order is registered with them.

Office phone number is [protected] let them know you would like to talk to david mckillop or elaine frontain, neil a. 10-episode half-hour series follows teams of independent shippers bidding for the chance to transport the unshippable
Premieres tuesday, january 10 at 9pm and 9:30pm et/pt
A&e presents the new original real-life series "shipping wars," which follows six independent shippers who have discovered that fortunes could be made transporting items that traditional carriers won't touch. The 10-episode half-hour series begins with back-to-back episodes tuesday, january 10 at 9pm and 9:30pm et/pt.

Each episode of "shipping wars" dives into the cutthroat world of these heavy-duty movers as they battle for the chance to transport the unshippable. The competition begins with uship, the world’s largest online auction house for independent truckers. Every day, thousands of shipments are put up for auction. The battle is fierce as the movers have only minutes to bid, and the lowest bidder gets the load.
A&e need's to know about uship and there lies.

Thank you

uShip scams & misleading info

We like to share our complaint about USHIP.com, this is not a transport company, they are directory where your ideams are bided on by trucking company's, Most of the trucking company's on USHIP have no business license to transport anything and they still are able to because of USHIP.com website this website does not check or keep up with the company's on there site as far as if they are legal trucking company's and Trotter Auto Transport guarante's that, About 85% of the bider's are not legal trucking company's, Thats right 85% of these company's are operating illegally, No commercial insurance no operating authority (mc number) .
Uship's ads state up to 80% saving on auto transport, this is the biggest lie and scam I have ever seen. Uship charge's 20-22% on top on the bid's you receive be e-mail this is how they make there money, So if a vehicle shiped from Florida to so. california cost about $1000.00 dollars and this is not counting the 22% that uship will add to that price, how would you save 80% on auto transport because that mean's the vehicle would ship for $200 dollars and that would never happen, there is not a trucking company in the U.S. that would be able to make that happen.
All consumer please take the time for your safety to look at these trucking company's, There company name will be on the bid you receive by e-mail from USHIP all you have to do is type in WWW. plus there business name and do not forget the .COM at the end, If the trucking company is legal they will have a website and on there website will be there MC number and you should be able to click on that number to check and see if it's a legal company. If you go to our website www.trotterautotransport.com you will see our MC number on the home page or just call us we will give you a free quote and look up any auto transport company for you and let you no if they are a legal company. Are office number is [protected] . Thank you and be safe.

uShip scamed or mislead

We at trotter auto transport would like you to e-mail us if you have had problems with carriers (Trucking company's) on uship and the name of the company. We are working with the feredral motor carrier safety administration on a complaint that we will be filing against uship for not verifying there carrier's insurance, bond's or mc numbers, all trucking company must have all of those thing to be transport freight in the u. S., it's the law and uship does not check any of the company's that bid on your loads or ideams. Uship does have a mc number verification option for the carrier's to do if they what but it is not mandatory for these company's on uship to do it. I have filled out uship's profile form on there website and have started a company under my 15 year old sons name and a old mc number that is no longer active and the account when thur and if I wanted to I could start bidding on loads right now. This is very unsafe website not knowing if the company you accepted is licensed, insured, bonded or even has operating authority (Mc number). If a truck is hauling your vehicle or ideams that you put on uship and they do not have the following; commercial insurance or bonded or a mc number these truck's have to go thur the scale's that all of us see on the highways, and if they do not have those thing to prove they are a legal trucking company the state police (Highway patrol) can and will inpounded that truck and all of what he is hauling and it could take several days even weeks for you to get your vehicle back or ideams that where on that truck.

uship paired me with auto transporters nationwide, who clearly claimed pickup within 7 days, delivery in another 3 days, email immediately upon assignment of driver, 24 hr notice from driver prior to pickup to arrange time and place for meeting for pickup, than 24hr notice of delivery. the company owner, who claimed to be an employee started stalling after a week, then when confronted about ads and emails implying the above, i found my virtual signature says i was aware all the above promises are merely expectations. they offer lowest price, quickest service, all for the bid. once they had my $179 deposit, i was out because that profit they keep, legally, service or no service, and often no service because some bids are so low drivers will not accept.

uShip scams & misleading

We at trotter auto transport right on this complaint board to try and help consumer's understand that uship is not a transport company, they are not bonded or carry insurance to protect you vehicle or any other idem's you have shipped thur there website.
Uship is a directory for trucking company's to bid on your loads so you can find a transport company. Uship also charge between 20% to 22% on top of your transport bids so that means it is not free like it says on there website they also do not check the trucking company mc number (Operating authority) or insurance to make sure they are operating legally. This is why there has been so mean consumer complaint on the internet about uship they have also started there own website's about complaint's and if you read those website's you will see there is none, uship delete's them, them self just as they do on there twitter account's and facebook. Trotter auto transport has posted complaint on there twitter & facebook accounts and they block us and or delete those posting's.
Trotter auto transport take's the time to write these posting about uship because we get a lot of calls every week from people that has had a bad experience wih uship or some of there carrier's and uship does nothing to help these consumer and there complaint.
I would like to point out one of the main misleading thing's about uship's website, 80% saving's, this is the most misleading thing's I have every heard of, example if you are shipping a vehicle (Mid size vehicle) from miami, fl to los angels, ca and let say the cost was $1000.00 dollars well if you take 80% off that that $200.00 dollars to ship your vehicle and thats not going to happen. I have been in the auto transport business for 15 years now and the going price has always been between $900.00 to $1000.00 dollars to ship a vehicle (Car) depending on fuel cost so do not believe that when you see that on uship. All so because of uship's fee's, most transport company's will bid a flat rate this rate does not include all that company's fee's, once you accept a bid from uship you will find this out or if it is one of the legal company's on uship, if you would have been able to call them direct you would have saved the amount that uship just collected from you and what do you get from uship for that money they collected from you... A phone number to the transport company that bidded on your vehicle and that's it. To all consumer uship is a scam and one way you can go around uship and find out if the bidding company is legal just google there business name on the e-mail you receive from uship, it will have there company name on it. If they are a legal trucking company they will have a website with there phone number and a way to verify there mc number, if the website does not have there mc number on it some where then do not use them and uship might let you repost you vehicle but they might also charge you again so make sure they do not. If there is a mc number you can verify this your self by going to federal motor carrier saftey administration (Fmcsa) websitehttp://www.fmcsa.dot.gov/ and inter there mc number and it should come up the same business name that was on your e-mail bid if it does not come up or says inactive you need to report that wright there on the website and uship as well for not making sure they where a license company to transporting vehicle's.
No matter what uship tells you this is there website and it is there responceabled to no who's bidding on there website to protect the consumer.

Please any question or quote reqest you can call trotter auto transport [protected] or go to www.trotterautotransport.com
If you every look up trotter auto transport on uship it will show that are account is suspended indefinitley, they did this because we made complaint's about them on this complaint board and filed a complaint at the austin, tx attorney genrals office, we did this because of all the complaint we where getting from customer's we got from uship, uship would tell the customers the money they are collecting was a deposit on there transport witch is not true they just do not what to use the word uship fee because the website says free and it is not.in the 15 years I have been in this business I have never seen nothing like this website ever, now that it is out there the scams and complaint about the auto hauling industrie have gone up so high I can't even put a percentage on it, also becareful of website that ask you for you info and state you will receive up to 10 free quote's, all they are doing is saleing your e-mail to transport company's that you do not no if there legal company's. If you look at are quote page on are website that go's direcly to are office and you will only receive a quote from us so any website you go to make sure the quote page looks like are's or you will receive all kind's of e-mails for weeks.

Thank you

I just finished watch the new Shipping Wars show on A&E and just wanted to sahre my opinion. The show is at times funny, sad and interesting, but it is at all times very inaccurate as to how the process really works and to the real economics of a deal. What is left out of the numbers is that uShip charges a high commission percentage ( and other hidden fees ) to the truckers and that they do not allow the truckers and the shippers to interact directly...that is why you see errors and mistakes when a trucker gets to the pick up and is surprised as to what the shipment they quoted on really entails. ShipAlmostAnything.com not only promotes direct communication between the shipper and the trucker, it is demanded because the transaction is totally in the hands of the parties involved. There can be many errors on uShip because they have to protect their commission so they do not allow direct contact between the parties. ShipAlmostAnything.com does not charge any commissions so they have nothing to protect and this is good for all involved. Everyone should start posting their shipments on both websites and see how much better and cheaper it can be on ShipAlmostAnything.com. Try both websites and good luck...

uShip will suspend a tsp's account if they insist on COD even though they say the customer has a choice to use the so called safe pay or COD it's set up to lead the customer to the safe pay or what ever they call it now, they suspended my account indefinitely for not accepting their method of pay even though I specified in the bid cash on delivery only, they told me I had to complete the job ...like I am going to drive 2000 miles not knowing how I would be paid, now they are keeping the shippers money and telling me I can't cancel, I got news for them they can take uShip and shove it, they are definitely a bunch of crooks ...never ever have any dealings with them

uShip illegal/scam activities

I first must be fair and give the terms and conditions first paragrph coppied off the site today.10/8/2011

uShip is a Neutral Venue. uShip is not a Transportation Service Provider (TSP), freight forwarder or broker. Our site acts as a venue where shipping customers and TSPs can meet and enter into agreements. We are not involved in the actual transaction between shipping customers and TSPs. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety, or legal aspects of the transactions that take place on our website. uShip does not prequalify or validate the claims of TSPs including with respect to their licensure, insurance and registration. We and our website function solely as a neutral venue and digital clearinghouse where two parties may agree on a price for a particular type of service. We are the neutral venue for this connection between you and other members. We do not provide any endorsement for you or your services, you acknowledge and agree that we do not provide the services and we are not in any way responsible for assisting you in any manner with your provision of the services. We cannot and will not guarantee the ability of members to complete payment for any of the provided services. Furthermore, due to the difficulty of individual authentication, especially on the Internet, we cannot and will not in any manner verify or confirm the identity or ability of members to pay for the provided services. You acknowledge and agree that any and all communications, correspondence, verbal or written, or any warranties or representations, made with regard to the services are not provided by us and are specifically and solely between you and the other member. Because we are not involved in the actual transaction between shipping customers and TSPs, we have no control over the accuracy of listings, the ability of TSPs to transport items, or the ability of shipping customers to send items. We cannot ensure that a shipping customer or TSP will actually complete a shipment.

I put this here to explin the major discrepencies in this. First of all they are not a neutral venue they faver the shipper not the transporters by giving them low ball costs to ship. They say "

uShip is not a Transportation Service Provider (TSP), freight forwarder or broker" how eer they now take payment from the shipper and hold it until delivery is made and do not pay the transporter for up to four days. That is a direct contradiction of their own policy,

On their site transporters can list their own terms and conditions like COD, no check, ect. Now uship says if you do not follow this new ram it down your throat idea they will kick you off or if you ask for the money from them up front they will kick you off their site. They not only handel your money without a contract like legal brokers have they also charge the truckers an additional admin fee". When confronted with this conflict of interest as being illegal to hold transporters money and charge an additional fee the response is it is illegal to do that but not to change policy inwich you must aggree or be kicked off site:. Even if your terms and conditions are clearly posted on yuor uship profile, .I doubt they have a brokers lic anyway but I know of several cases they have no signed contact to hold carriers money, . If you tell the shipper how much uship carges or mention fees you get kicked off too:.

I know this is lenthly but think it is worth pointing out/. Truckers be ware and if they are going to continue this practice legal brokers don't even charge the percentage uship does!. Better off going to them!.

uShip everything

This company is a fraud. They don't vet any of their suppliers and continuously mislead you. I paid them 1, 600 to have one of their shippers move my boat. No showby the shipper, no contact, no nothing. Uship offered to give me a credit if I booked another shipper within a year. Huh? They would have made 35.00 on this deal and now their hoping to steal 1, 550 from me. Why would anyone do business with these crooks?

go to www.scamship.com. You will see this is nothing but lip service from a scam site. They remove these posts from their forums and have this new "Ponzi" payment scheme going on now. they are being investigated right now and will probably be shut down sooner than later

Hi Bill,

Our policy is to automatically credit your uShip account in the event of a cancellation because many customers re-book through the site, and this makes for a more seamless transaction. Our intention is definitely not to keep your money if you will not be able to complete a shipment with uShip Service Provider. Please contact us at tickets@uship.com if you need a refund and we're happy to get that processed for you!

Best,

And that they are based the camroon's which when I searched the real Uship had 2 branches one in USA and one in UK

We have received so meany e-mails based on the complaint that Trotter Auto Transport.com has posted and we are going to share one with you, This is the wife of the transport company that is a member of uship and her story;

In August, 2008 I discovered that James Randolph Helmes was operating a shipping scam/auto theft operation through the website USHIP.COM. Upon reading the feedback on his account and contacting customers/shippers I discovered he had stolen many vehicles that were being hidden in storage facilities in various states. I then contacted the auto theft detectives in East Baton Rouge Parish who then issued warrants for the arrest of James and his brother John Ronald Helmes for wire fraud/four counts and unauthorized use of a vehicle/four counts. At this time only one charge for unauthorized use of a vehicle remains for each of the Helmes' brothers. James' wife Dana Mcanelly Helmes who is listed as the owner of the two companies they operated under, Baton Rouge Shipping Solutions and Baton Rouge Transport Solutions, was never charged for these crimes. She committed wire fraud by signing paypal receipts for money and vehicles they never delivered. They only finally conned another driver to pick up many vehicles they hid in their own yard after they realized warrants were issued for them. The driver was conned into picking them up and paying for storage fees and was never compensated for any of the money that came out of his own pocket. The USHIP account they operated under is TRANSPORTBR. The Helmes' were paid to transport the antique motorcycle from Pearland, TX to Pittsburg, PA but they chose to steal it instead then when they realized the authorities were onto them they abandoned it in a field with many other stolen vehicles behind Oneill Storage Facility in Baton Rouge, LA. The motor and body were damaged by the elements and he then had to pay several more thousand dollars to repair it. Many people finally learned were their vehicles were and had to pick them up at Oneill Storage at their own extra expense. James Helmes is a career con-artist who has been defrauding innocent hard working people for the last twenty five years by committing contractors fraud, stealing from his employers, writing many thousands of dollars worth of worthless checks, taking merchandise from business owners on credit and never paying them a dime, he owes his four daughters that he abandoned as small children over $60, 000 in back child support, for which nothing is being done. He just abandoned two more small children by his secod wife. Bringing to a total of six children he refuses to support or love. These are just some of his crimes. I could never begin to know everything he has done in his despicable life as a criminal and thief. He is now in custody after being a fugitive from the law for several years. He is awaiting sentencing for Hurricane Katrina fraud charges after he stole money from homeowners who paid him to repair their homes. He stole the money and never made any repairs on their homes. The Attorney Generals in both Louisiana and Mississippi have charges against him for the Katrina fraud and at least $23, 000 in worthless checks. I'm sure there are other charges that I am not aware of yet. I am waiting to hear from his probation officer what the outcome of all this will be. Hopefully many years in the worst, nastiest, most disgusting prison cell they can find. This is what this sub-human piece of garbage deserves. Adding insult to injury as if they hadn't already put us through enough his wife posted on the internet that I was still married to him and was responsible for the shipping scam/auto theft ring they ran together and posted my name and home phone # for anyone they scammed to contact me to get their money back or file charges against me. This is the wife who opened a bar with him in Baton Rouge and three weeks after they opened they told their employees that they were robbed in the middle of the night and they could not make payroll. The police could never prove or disprove this made up story so they got away with it. They make up awful lies about the people they scam and make threats of retaliation if anyone tries to bring them to justice for their many crimes. His wife is still operating a karaoke business with equipment they stole from an accoustical supply house in Baton Rouge. They are the worst of the worst. I hope they get what is coming to them. They deserve no leniency for what they have done. Please keep me informed of your progress in getting this story told as it deserves to be so the good people of this country can stop being scammed with the help of uship.com. Polly Bourke

This company's name is still on uship in there directory, Uship does not remove these company so that way they can show big numbers to there investor's and the consumer. Remember this story this could be you next. USHIP IS A FRAUD THEY ARE NOT A TRANSPORT COMPANY. Please tell your story's to us at trotterautotransport@hotmail.com. All these story's and phone number's are being tuned over to the attorney general's office in austin, tx

Booked through uShip for Frazier Transport of Philadelphia, Pa. to pick up a F350 and deliver it to SC. Paid uShip deposit and then half of the balance to Frazier Transport. Frazier never picked up my truck. I incurred storage fees of $10 per day. uShip let him cancel the contract with no penalties or reimbursements for the expenses incurred. I will never use uShip again.

uShip fraud warning's

As you know Trotter Auto Transport.com has been receiving thousands of e-mails and we are taking the one's we fill the consumer's who are thing about using USHIP should read, Here is another customer that picked a transport company off of USHIP, Here is there story;

I accepted a bid from KNOWSBIKES (JAMES TAYLOR WELTY) on uship to have my bike shipped from my home in Florida to where I was working in St Louis, MO. He contacted me a few days later to arrange pickup. The entire experience was a huge hassle. There were several things promised that never happened. He said the bike would be shipped on an enclosed trailer and it was picked up on an open trailer. There was also major problems with the pickup. I had to pay my dog sitter to go to the house 3 seperate times to let him in. Finally on the third time he showed up. Looking back I wish I would have killed the deal after the first problem. Once the bike was picked up I was given the run around again. He called me about 4 hours prior to delivery and offered to cancel the transaction on Uship that way I could get my deposit refunded. I informed at the time that it was not something I was willing to do. I refused to cancel the because I hoped that if anything happened to the bike I wold have some recourse with Uship. I am assuming this is why he wanted to cancel the transaction that way I could not leave negative feedback for him on USHIP. I am certain he has done this several times. Finally the bike was delivered AT Night 3 days after the original promised delivery date. When he knocked on the door he appeared to be in a huge rush. Which I thought was weird. He immediately demanded the cash. I asked to see the bike first. I went out to the trailer and checked it out as I was being rushed the entire time by Taylor. I didnt notice any damage at the time. Before he took the bike off the trailer he demanded I give him the cash. The trailer was parked in the street with very low light. As Taylor unloaded the bike the chin spoiler got caught up on the trailer and it cracked it. Once the bike was pushed up near the house I noticed the rear fender was damaged as well. It looked like he backed the bike into something. He immediatley began to deny and said the damage was already there. He had some elaborate story that there was a bunch of boxes piled on the bike in my garage. Which was very untrue. He also said a neighbor kid came over and said "It looks like the garage door hit that. His story has changed several times throughout this ordeal. I have spoke with my dog sitter and she informed me that she stayed until they pulled away and there was no one else outside at the time. This bike had less that 400 miles on it at the time and was in pristine condition. I called the police. The officer showed up and said there is nothing he could do because it was a civil matter. Taylor promised me a picture of the damaged bike clearly sitting in my garage. Which would prove his innocence for the rear fender. I did recieve a photo a few days later but it was taken 1" from the damage and there is no way you could tell where the bike was located when the pic was taken. I have made numerous attempts to contact Taylor to resolve this issue. I have gotten no response. I have also sent numerous emails to Uship customer service. All they keep telling me is I have to take it up with the service provider (Taylor). I have googled Taylor and there are many other complaints about him. I have even found a mugshot online. I sent all this information to Uship and they continue to allow him to operate under their name. So here I am now with $1600 in damage done to my motorcycle. Some of it was auctually done right in front of me. Nobody will take any responsibility and to even put more salt in the wound Taylor is still doing business like normal. I cannot belive USHIP would allow a criminal like this to continue to operate under their name.

This is Knowsbikes Information

Remember USHIP is not a transport company and make sure you read all the story's we have posted on here about USHIP's customer and how USHIP did nothing to help these customer's with the problem's from there own website, USHIP is a transport fraud site collecting thousand's of dollars from the consumer's and in return you get a phone number & e-mail address from USHIP and that is all.

If you have a story that you would like to share with us please e-mail your story to "[protected]@hotmail.com" please send us this story and how USHIP was involved. Thank you

uShip safepay is fraud

We are writing about the scams on "uship.com", uship is scamming investors with fake financial records and claims of false number in there truck company directory, they state there is 215.881 thousand company on there and just in there auto transport directory they cliam 32175 active company's witch there is only 525 active company's with feedback from consumer's. Uship has started a new program called "safepay", this program allows the customer to pay the hole amount of there bid in full to uship witch now the company they accepted does not accept these booking's because most auto transport company's transport these vehicle's by a c. O. D. And this is the best way for the transport company's and the consumer's, this is the way it has been for years, the customer doe's not have to pay in full for there vehicle until it's delivered. This is in are term&condition on uship and they are voilating this, if we do not accepted these loads uship suspend's are bidding right and suspend's from there website but they don't take down are profile they leave it up for all consumer's to see that we have been suspend. Uship new "safepay' program is something they are doing to show higher revenue on there financial statement's, they show there revenue as the hole amount of the transport bid not just uship booking fee" this is falsifing financial records to he's investory's" he has been appling with new investor's with these fake number's. Uship claims to be neutral on there website and not a broker, well with safepay program they are just that broker's, the transport company can not get there money for this transport until the vehicle is delivered and the transport company's are not being asked to fill out a w-9 irs form so uship can 1099 us at the end of the year. All consumers stay clear of uship.com

In Summary: uShip is an online shipping marketplace that connects customers with independent transporters to ship anything from household items to vehicles and freight. The platform offers a variety of services, user-friendly website navigation, and competitive pricing. While there are some mixed reviews regarding customer service and shipment reliability, the convenience of the booking process and the breadth of shipping options make uShip a notable player in the shipping industry.

Ease of Booking Process: The booking process on uShip is straightforward. Customers list their shipment, receive bids, review carrier profiles and feedback, and then select a transporter to book.

Comparison with Competitors: Compared to traditional shipping companies, uShip's marketplace model offers more flexibility and potentially lower prices due to the bidding process. However, the level of service can vary more than with a dedicated shipping provider.

Pros and Cons: Pros of using uShip include a wide range of shipping options, potential cost savings, and a user-friendly platform. Cons may include variable service levels and less direct control over the shipping process.
