Bought a ventless gas heater and a part was broken in box. Called customer service and was told would have in 3 days. Nothing came. Called back and told backordered be a week or so. Called in weeks later, same story. Called today and was told part not available til summer. Who needs a stove thermostat in the summer. Will never buy off this company again. Wait time is awful on phone and then customer service just tells you what they need to get off phone. 3 months and still no part.

Lip service is what the excell at. Calling to customer service phone only directs you to the web page. The answer to the email was an "one size fits all" generic chart, the second email answer directs you to the web page to start the cycle again. Great job!

Due to your negative response and SO many e-mails on my heater valve, I have contacted the BBB and filling out a complaint. I find it sad that your company has not replace and objected to replace a $35.00 valve on my heater. I have no choice but to go through the BBB and filling out a complaint.
