These guys are not a local company as they claim to be. They charged me $11o to cut the lock off of my scooter and charged a $39.50 service fee on top of that. It took this guy between 4 and 5 minutes!
I called the company to see how the price was determined and the guy could not give me a clear answer. First it was the security level of the lock... then it was what kind of tools he had to use (he did not have to use a saw or a drill... he used cutters!). My advice to you? Make sure you call a LOCAL locksmith - a good old mom and pop place that isn't going to rip you off!!!
