I was connected to this company when I used the Yell0w Pages on my Verizon cell phone to find a locksmith. I had locked myself out of my home and car. It appeared that I was calling a local locksmith, but the person that came out was not from the local area. The dispatcher told me that the cost was $55 plus a service fee. However, the service fee was $55, and the cost of unlocking my car was $189. I was told that that was because it was an emergency and because it was on a weekend. I paid $244 for a service that would not normally cost more than $75, even if it is an emergency, even if it is on a weekend. Gimme a break.

The whole thing was very shady and strange. The technician arrived in a private vehicle, not one bearing a business name. My keys were in my car, so instead of using a jimmy bar, he slid two little air bags between the door and the jamb and pumped them up so that he could pull the lock on the door. While he was doing that I asked him if there was a chance that that would damage the car and he just said, "Of course." So when he shut the door again, the door was clearly bent, which I pointed out. So he opened it and bent it back manually. It appeared to be normal, but I'm going to take it to the car wash and make sure it doesn't leak.

My suggestion: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I was stuck without any other choice, but if you have a choice avoid them. Take down a few numbers of local locksmiths and keep them handy in case you lock yourself out.
