I was applying for a personal loan. USA credit then asked me to fill out a loan application form that included my checking account details. They then used this information to take $149.00 from my checking account. USA credit is dishonest. They should give me my money back. They took this $148.00 from my checking account without my knowledge or my permission. What do you call a party that takes something without the knowledge or permission of the owner?
