Postal Battery Exam study guide and exam services to sign you up for tests that are in your area, is basically a scam. The assistance number is disconnected as are any phone numbers for the company. The study guide was $129.00, and they told me I didn't wait 12 mths to see if there was a test scheduled in the area, and if there wasn't a test scheduled, I could call them to get my money back.

Why do people keep giving them money? They are not affliated with the USPS and furthermore, these materials are available for free through the post office and your local library.
