United States Postal Service [USPS] ripped off packages

Moved 4 wks ago to new home, filled out all the appropriate change of address forms and rec'd confirmation from PO for same. Not only are we NOT recieving any forwarded mail, but birthday gifts for grandchild mailed via USPS to NEW address when tracked indicate "attempt to deliver" and then "delivered". There was NO attempt to deliver, no notification of ATTEMPT to deliver and when I called to speak to an postal employee at our new post office I was told that the problem should be addressed to our OLD address. When I reiterated that the PKGS (one from Amazon & one from a friend) were sent via USPS to NEW address and were not forwarded she insisted my issue was with my OLD post office. Are these folks so over worked, under appreciated and under paid that they really have no interest in being of service and are we just left with at rock bottom the reality that our packages have been ripped off by a USPS employee and I can't trust these civil servants at ALL? We have no recourse do we? We are just left at there mercy and oh well - it's your word against ours - I say we never rec'd merchandise and you say it was delivered. WOW ...

I ordered a product and it was shipped USPS with a tracking number. The tracking number shows it to be delivered. Funny thing is that I was outside when the mail carrier put the mail in the box, But my package was NOT there. I guess thieven mail carriers get a blind eye turned on them now days. I'm not paying the post office to find out wtf happened when it's THERE FAULT to begin with!

Last week was my birthday and I always receive gifts in the mail from my family. I didn't receive any cards which was not like my family, some started calling me asking if I received the card. I waited and waited, two weeks no cards. My brother called the company where he purchased a gift card and someone had cashed it. I know the post office did it. What can I do about this. I am so angry. I missed precious cards and gifts from my family.

United States Postal Service [USPS] worst service ever

You would think you live in a third world country when dealing with the united states postal service .particularly with the kensington branch in Brooklyn.they are notorious for not delivering packages.then when you go to pick up packages at post office the customer service is non existent.unprofessional workers uncaring attitude make people wait on line for hours and to top it all off give you attitude when you complain.the place needs a major overhaul with regards to their staff.sups you should be ashamed of yourself you have a long way togo unfortunately people must use this service otherwise I am sure they would have disappeared many years ago like many other commercial non functioning entities.

United States Postal Service [USPS] non delivery of mail mail theft from a p. o. box

There should be a category listing for scams. Because that is what the U.S. Postal service is.
I have a rented Post Office box and have had two car titles stolen, or not delivered to my P.O.Box inside the post office. I had to get in touch with the U.S. Postal Inspectors to get my Federal Disability check for the month of January 2010.
The Shawnee Mission Branch of Mission Kansas took it upon themselves to hold my disability check a couple of extra days.
I pay 22.00 dollars every six months for this P.O. Box.
I have filed a complaint with the U.S. Postal Inspector, you want to know what he told me in an email, and I quote, "Its not the duty of the Postal Inspector General's office to look into these kind of situations".
I filed another complaint, actually three now, with the U.S. Postal Inspectors. Folks, the Postal Inspectors are either using Meth or they just don't care. They are about the biggest joke going.
I am going to start a Facebook page for U.S. Postal Service complaints.
The U.S. Postal Service deserves to go broke and be put out of business.
This is only a small taste of what is being planned.
You, U.S. Postal service, you deserve to go down.

I just lost $3k worth of merchandise to them in 8 weeks. Here's how we fix em. Since the theft is all employees, I am looking for a few honest people willing to set up a GPS ring of packages to mail. What we will do is mail packages through the same facilities that have workers that have robbed us blind. We put a delivery confirmation on all but no insurance for damage. When the packages come up missing, we will be able to open a software program that lets us see where our GPS unit is located, hence where the thief is. We then begin turning our information into the police or FBI for a large scale investigation into postal service theft. Then, we turn it into John Stossal, or another talking head, that will give national coverage. If no one uses them, guess what?

United States Postal Service [USPS] parcel not delivered

Parcel was sent vis USPS on 21/11/10 and as yet has not arrived in Australia. Web page for tracking is useless.

When I use the web page to try and get further information it just freezes and nothing goes through. When I enter my tracking information it only tells me that the item left on 21/11/10 doesn't say it has been received in Australia so don't know how to track its whereabouts. I have made several purchases from US since this one and all goods have arrived, someone please find my $350 purchase as it is a Christmas present for my husband.

I know what you are going through. I sent gifts to my grandchild which I paid for the confirmation... Well, the tracking states the selivery was complete, but my daughter never received the package. Mail is normally delivered directly to the door by postal drivers, apparently she was told that the package was delivered and left at the door step. I too sent over $200 worth of gift, not thinking that I needed the insurance and trusting the confirmation system, my grandchild was left with no gifts from grandma. We notified USPS, got the run around as usual and ended with a comment that "in the future, purchase insurance and since you didn't purchase the insurance, there's nothing we can do". My daughters home is secured and completely fenced in, they aren't close to the other homes around them, therefore, who would've taken the package? I questioned why I paid for the confirmation if they are in the business of leaving packages at the door steps of homes? I wasn't even offered a refund for the delivery confirmation purchase. I strongly believe the postal worker kept the items for themselves, if so, I hope their children are enjoying the childrens gifts... What a shame!

United States Postal Service [USPS] postal theft

I have two unresolved issues with the Charles A Hayes Postal Office located at 74th & Exchange in Chicago, IL. I have two packages sent consecutively that I have yet to receive and no one can seem to tell me where they have disappeared to. The first item tracking # is 9102901001300126095515, and the 2nd item tracking # is 9102901001300134175964, these items when tracked online state that they have attempted delivery on 12/4 for the first item, with no further info...and the 2nd item states that the item was delivered on 12/18. On the contrary, neither item was delivered or ever attempted delivery, as I have been anxiously waiting each day for the packages and checking consistently. I have contacted USPS via phone, via email contact forms, and in the local office (Charles A Hayes) and no one knows where my items are or even bothering to do anything to resolve this matter. I have very serious concerns that someone in this office is stealing packages. I spoke to a supervisor at the Charles A Hayes local office, whom was extremely rude and boisterous, who even ignored me repeatedly and refused to give her full name. I was told that all I needed to know was that her name was Mrs.Williams before she finally and very hesitantly took my info and told me someone would contact me "if" they found my package. No one has bothered to contact me at all from any of the methods. I am really concerned because I didn't plan on moving anytime soon, and this office handles all of my mail, this is frankly the worst customer service or lacking thereof.

This is a complaint against the Charles Hayes Post Office on Exchange in Chicago, IL. I visit this post office quite often being I work and my packages are returned there. I go on weekends to pick up my packages and it's always the same drama. The staff there is very lazy. They are very slow and there's never two windows open. People complain every time I go. The line is extremely long and they are too slow. When I arrive on Saturdays, the package pickup line is never open. They also open the doors late, never on time. Saturday I was there a whole hour waiting for them to find my package. They never found it. Something needs to be done about this. This is the worst post office I have ever been to. I need a response ASAP otherwise I'm taking this to channel 2 news so that they can come in an devalue this situation. I await your response.

I too have two packages that workers of the Charles E. Hayes post office have stolen. I received confirmation from Ups package service that the packages were delivered to this post office, and they never made it to my address. I contacted Mr. Patrick Donahue And the state senator on this issue. I'm am also calling for media coversge on this post office. The workers are unprofessional blacks that are rude and don't know how to run a business and they all need to be sent to work in the hood where they are accustomed to

United States Postal Service [USPS] rude service!

I've had to deal with these RUDE people for over a year now and I've NEVER had such POOR service at a post office in my life! Back in April, I ordered pictures online and had them sent to my house...BIG MISTAKE! Even though my package said "photos enclosed. DO NOT BEND", the lazy mail carrier bent them and put them in the mailbox instead getting out of his blooming car and putting them at the door...what's worst, is that I WAS HOME AT THE TIME would've came out to get them. Then when I went to make a complaint about it because I felt like they should be financially responsible for ruining my pictures that were for a client of mine *I'm a photographer*, they told me that the package should've said that it shouldn't be bent...COMPLETE ###S!
Now, my more recent issue is the idiot that's at the post office today was just completely short and RUDE as heck with me. My cousin sent me a package from California in early October. It's now, mid December and NO PACKAGE has came her. So I figured since this mail carrier was so freaking lazy, maybe he didn't leave it because that would mean him having to remove himself from his vehicle and GOD PROHIBIT that from happening. And so I called and she automatically cut me off before I finished and said there is NO package here and hung up...I have a nice word that describes these 2.
I've lost income having to deal with them and my cousin has to remake a blanket she made for my daughter now because of the corrupted postal system.

The postman delivered the parcel box on 5th Jan 2011 but the contents in the parcel was replaced with 3 pants (which were made in Korea). I do not understand how this happend? Will USPS open the boxes and repack? How to complaint about this? Please help me (my e-mail adress is rajasreddyg@gmail.com)

THANKS FOR THE COMPLAINT WE NEED MORE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT LIKE YOU. THE USPS ARE BY FAR THE RUDEST THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO ACT THE WAY THEY DO. THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS AND DEFINITELY NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS PERSONAL BELONGINGS. THEY HAVE CONSTANTLY BROKEN, LOST AND EVEN STOLEN ITEMS WITHOUT ANY REMORSE! AND THEIR PRICES ARE WAY TO UNNECESSARILY HIGH ALSO NOONE ELSE IS ALLOWED TO DELIVER ITEMS IN YOUR MAIL BOX BUT THEM AND THEY ARE LOCATED IN EVERY CITY AND ITS FROM OUR TAXES AND OUR MONEY THEY ARE FUNDED SO THEY HAVE A MONOPOLY TOO!

United States Postal Service [USPS] junk mail - possible fraud

The Greenbriar Station is the worst in Houston. We are having ongoing problems with Greenbriar. Ms. Flanagan, the Greenbriar Station Manager who is abrasive and rude. We’ve asked multiple times not to receive mail not personally addressed to us (which would exclude junk mail, advertisements and circulars). At his request, I gave my carrier at letter to this effect and for 8 years, he kindly abided by our wishes. Then about 3 months ago, we began receiving tons junk mail and circulars from a new postal carrier who I saw placing these in our mailbox. I told her of my agreement with my regular carrier. She stated that she is required to deliver all junk mail and a letter from me stating that I don’t want this does not matter. In the weeks that followed, she began putting multiple Wednesday’s circular in my mailbox out of spite. In return, I put the unwanted circulars in the outgoing mailbox. Everyday she stuffs them back in my mailbox. Therefore, we have a daily “battle” of the circulars and junk mail going to-and-fro that continues even now.

I have spoken with Ms. Flanagan multiple times. She told me that her carriers are required to deliver all mail and that there is nothing a recipient can do to stop or refuse mail. She also told me that delivering junk mail is the “bread and butter of the post office’s business” and that if they lose this business, “post office employees will not be able to feed their families”. She then asked me if I wanted her and the carriers to lose their jobs for not delivering junk mail. This was bizarre since I don’t know why they would lose their jobs by following the rules in USPS Domestic Mail Manual which allow a recipient to request withholding of certain mail.

Whys is it that neither she nor her carriers are required to follow or be familiar with USPS Domestic Mail Manual #508 Recipient Services? Her stubborn and false insistence that an addressee has no way to opt out or refuse mail (despite clear USPS rules to the contrary) makes me wonder if there is fraud or if she has some kind of performance incentive which is linked to the amount of mail that her carriers deliver.

I am in the midst of reporting her to Houston Postmaster Ellis (her boss) and the USPS Headquarters.

That may be your view but the Houston, TX Postal Consumer Affairs Dept. told me yesterday that if I wrote my Post Office a letter specifically stating that I did not want to receive delivery of certain types of mail (and specifically stating what types, ie. no "current resident", "occupant", etc. " so the carrier is clear), then 1.1.4 gave me the right not to receive it. 1.1.4 does not say that they have to "hold" my mail. It says that they have to "withhold" it from delivery - ie. not deliver it to me.

Personally, I think that I should also be able to have a note on my Mailbox saying much the same thing as above and that I hereby "refuse" specific types of mail, then per 1.1.2 they should be required to accept my refusal and take it away with them.

However, the reality is that they are not even allowing me to refuse mail. Mail that I refuse gets stuck right back in my mailbox!

Please see USPS Domestic Mail Manual #508 Recipient Services 1.1.4 http://pe.usps.gov/text/dmm300/508.htm Also see 1.1.2 and 1.1.3 which allow an addressee to refuse mail.

United States Postal Service [USPS] unreliable mail service

My neighbors and I are frequently receive each others (misdelivered)mail.

Calls to the postmaster have not helped.

I beleive the USPS package delivery service is the worst. Every time someone ships me something using USPS, I wonder if I will get it and what issues I might have "this time".

In my opion, this service needs to be privatized.

United States Postal Service [USPS] never received my package

I bought an item on Ebay, and USPS provided a tracking number confirming delivery for it to my area. However, I never received the package. I live in the apartment complex, and USPS said they left it at the management office, where they usually leave packages. It was not there. I checked all apartment complexes in my area with the same zip code, and it was nowhere to be found. I called the main 1-800 number for USPS, and they provided me with the case number. In two days I received a phone call from a local post office. The persona was not proactive or helpful. It seemed that he did not believe me that I did not receive the package. He was telling me that he did not know what to do…? I told him to check with the carrier. It didn’t get anywhere, besides that they stated that they delivered it. Where? They don’t know! I called 1-800 number again, and was provide with the same case number. I explained, that this is redundant, and it will not get anywhere. They put a supervisor on the phone, who politely said the same thing, and hung up on me! At this point, I am very disappointed with USPS. I was hoping they would be helpful, and would reimburse me for the lost item, as I paid for delivery. Now, it seems, as I will get nowhere with this. I encourage everyone to use UPS or to purchase insurance with USPS.

My mother-in-law purchased christmas presents for her grandson and sent them via USPS priority mail. She paid extra for the priority mail which is supposed to only take 2-3 days. She sent it out on the 18th of December and it is now Christmas eve, still no package. I called the 800 number and they said it just shows it being sent to a sorting facility in the town she mailed it from but they couldn't tell me anything else. I check the online status daily and it still says the same thing. They have not been helpful and cannot explain why it hasn't moved in 5 days. Needless to say we will be purchasing insurance or just going Fed Ex or UPS from now on.

United States Postal Service [USPS] unprofessional rude postmaster

I own the Post Office in Brockway Montana. We bought the PO in 2004 not knowing the PostMaster (Joey) from hell was in charge. Six years of putting up with unverified odors and noises, parking on my property and being told to move my vehicles from my property. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. We have had significant amounts of snow and after the PostMaster paid a local bar owner to scrape the snow which was deposited in front of my house, I am unable to park anywhere near my house. So I parked on a part of my property next to the street so I would out of everyone's way. PM knocked on my door and said I have to move my vehicle even though it was more than twenty feet from the parking area and not blocking any driveway. I attempted to contact PM's boss for the fifth time THIS year and he was toooo busy to take my call. I contacted the contract agent and they were also disgusted by the lack of response from the regional PM manager not returneing their calls. It is time for Joey to find her way home and never come back to darken my home.

United States Postal Service [USPS] no delivery, no responsible, cheap fake service

I have never thought about the possibility of paying for such a bad service in usa, but after trying to send some packages to South America, I know that one of the worst services I've pay for in my life is: USPS - Express Mail International Service. They charge me a total cost of US$ 120 for two small boxes and told me through their web site that It was approximately (this is very important) delivered within 3 to 5 business days. I had a bad experience in march 2010 (they lost the package and respond me 3 months later) but a good one in April so I though the bad one was bad luck. I decided to send two packages in November 3 paying for the tracking number and insurance. On November 16 I realized that one of the packages was lost and the other one was in Chilean customs. When I asked USPS if they were responsible for delivering the packages they told me that they couldn't do anything once it is outside US. So, my question is how they can offer a service that they can't be responsible for... sure, they will tell to me, we are responsible because there is a US$ 100 dollar insurance that will be paid if the package is not delivered, but what do they do with my main concern and the service I'd paid for> send a package to an address in South America. It is tricky because with this system you can charge many people, but you aren't sure that the service will be completed, so sometimes it will some others it won't, sometimes the insurance will cover the goods and others it won't and that's it...who cares about it because we have insurance if there's a problem, but not everything is about money. USPS is playing with customers that are worried about delivering a package internationally, not about the money they will give you back if there's any problem. What if the package you are sending doesn’t have a great monetary value but sentimental, who cares about the main service that it is being sold, nobody... Can you trust USPS when sending a package outside US? In my opinion and experience, you can't because they are not able to provide immediate information once it has gone outside US, they should charge for just sending the package to the country you want to send to... "sorry there's someone else in charge now, but if you want we can't ask for more details of where your package is or if it will be delivered someday"... "give us 5 business days to see if we have additional information, but if we do not contact you within this period of time give us a call back..." what's all this bull#$%. And what can I do now Mr. Supervisor of USPS? Well just wait and have patience sir... they are laughing of customers every day. USPS PLEASE DON'T OFFER PEOPLE SOMETHING YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO GIVE.

I sent a package Nov. 27th (Express international mail). Now, in the middle of December the tracking still doesn't show that it even left Chicago! I called to service, they do not know where is my mail!
The service is worst then I could imagine - there is no option to send them email or to file complain online. I tried to call them few days and spent hours on the phone untill they finally answered.
Now, after half of month, I have no idea where is my package, and they didn't say anything about it. Excuse me, is that what say call "Express"?!

Package was sent on oct 3 and should arrive within 10 days. Tracking says it is awaiting customs clearing. Dutch customs says the don't have te package and if there is a problem it is on the usps end. I called usps service in the Netherlands and they say they have to wait till customs clears it. I did not pay $50 on postage to receive this bad service! 10 days was promised and I want to be get my package now and receive compensation for the postage costs.

Same here, I have the same problem. I am supposed to receive a package from US and it has been more than 2 weeks! I live in Asia and I am extremely anxious now. If anyone has any clue how i should go about locating back my item, please email me at stand_n_stare@yahoo.co.uk. I am almost in tears as I am writing this... This is not the first BAD experience I have with USPS. I sent a cheque to US and it was lost in mail too. It has been more than a year and there's no news...

United States Postal Service [USPS] incomplete

WARNING! I purchased two (2) sheets (20 stamps per sheet) last week at the post office; upon returning home I noticed that one sheet had four (4) stamps missing (and these are self-adhesive). The clerk did not put the sheets in an envelope (like they should have) but...there is no way stamps that are affixed with adhesive could drop off the sheet. Upon returning to post office this week, I was told by the Postmaster that I needed to let them know of this at time of purchase. So, another thing to worry about...don't forget to scrutinize your liberty stamps before leaving the premises!

How could you not notice that, especially when they didn't put the stamps in an envelope?

United States Postal Service [USPS] lost or stolen meds in mail

I am a US Veteran. I had surgery at the Veterans Hospital in SLC about a month ago to have my right foot amputated, due to an old Army injury. I have needed pain medication since the surgery, it was sent to my house about 300 miles from the hospital. The last time I sent for it, it never left the SLC post office, although it was to come certified mail. It was sent on the 29 of October and I have never received it. I would probably would not complain if this hadn't happened several other times, only with the narcotics I have been sent. I went to the post office here to start an investigation but haven't heard from them. Something seems fishy in the SLC post office.

United States Postal Service [USPS] worst attitude of all

The attitude of the clerks were just terrible. They use strong language and have no respect for the customers. As if their position is higher than the customers, looking down on each of them. They forget that they are public "servant." Yet, they don't act like servants but irresponsible adults. They got angry and raise voice when I asked questions. I was appalled. It was deeply offensive. Very unprofessional. No smile, but always stressed out angry face. And they never apologize even though they made a mistake and I was waiting in line for more than 30 mins. And they just "ordered" me to move back to the line despite waiting, losing my free time. Where is professionalism in this place? The fundamental of customer service is lacking. If this is a private business, they will go out of business right away. I want to fire all of them and replace with people who has good customer service experience. These clerks were not supposed to be hired in the first place. It really makes me wonder, "How do they get hired in the first place?" Same as DMV, their attitude is horrible, but this particular Post Office is more horrendous. I never get yelled at DMV, but here, I got yelled. In any private business, if you make customers uncomfortable, you get disciplined, but yelling at them? It's out of question, you lose the job. But they don't. Something is really wrong. So I think it needs to have a drastic reform. The worst government service I ever experienced. Probably privatization is needed, if every Post Office is like this in America. Don't use their service.

Most workers everywhere are rude now-a-days. Where have you been hiding brandon? The USPS has never changed, its always been that way. By using them, you are supporting them. Find other means.

wow the people on these comments are probably all USPS workers! The USPS workers are rude and dont care for customers! They lie about prices and even try to ripoff customers! most of the workers are cold and would spit on a customers face if they could. And hey geniuses some people have to go usps because its a monopoly because in some places all their is USPS and also other big companies don't have the goverment backing them up and arent a monopoly so they cant offer cheaper prices! some people also cant print labels because they dont have computers or dont have printers or arent computer savy!

USPS ARE SERVING THE PEOPLE AND GET PAID FROM THE PEOPLE THEY SHOULD NOT ACT THE WAY THEY DO! THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF WITH NOT ONLY THE HIGH PRICES BUT ALSO WITH THE BAD SERVICE!

United States Postal Service [USPS] postal workers can't read addresses

For MANY years (at least 10) I have been receiving mail belonging to a neighbor on the next block and they have been getting much of our mail. At least every week there are two or three peices, including very important bank statements, retirement statments, etc. that are misdelivered. I DO NOT WANT this information that can be misused delivered to ANYONE else! I have called and called and called and complained and complained AND COMPLAINED to NO AVAIL! I am EXTREMELY aggravated about this. How incompetent can a company be? Don't they hire postmen who can read? Our names are NOT similar. Our street names are different, only the house number is the same.

Can SOMEBODY help me?!?!?!?!?
Attached is the mail I received yesterday. Who knows what my neighbor received that was ours.

United States Postal Service [USPS] illiterate and lazy postal workers

Have you ever seen the Severn, MD post office? Lazy, illiterate, lazy. Did I say lazy? Those "workers" won't move for love or money. PLEASE don't question why the USPS is going down the tubes. Come to this post office to see why. Postal Inspectors and ghost visitors--do your job.

Our post delivery man works 5 hours. Then he walks 1 hour in the park. 2 hours he sits in our community clubhouse. His boss knows. We have all complained about it. Get rid of these lazy people. Privatize the USPS.

United States Postal Service [USPS] lost packages and no return despite policy

Where do I start. For the last 2 years I have been using them to ship orders of custom invitations to people all across the United States. Until this summer, I have had very little problems. Just to put this in perspective, they have lost 5 of the 7 packages I mailed in the last 7 days. One of them was an overnight package. They also were supposed to deliver an overnight package, that was guaranteed the next day by 3 p.m., to California. The lady paid for the service. I looked at usps.com and it stated that it was guaranteed by the next day. Otherwise I would have never purchased the $18 shipping label online. I dropped it off at 5:00 on a Friday. This was Labor Day weekend, so they didn't deliver Monday. So, the package was supposed to arrive on Tuesday. Tuesday came and went. I also waived the signature of the package, and it was clearly stated on the package. Wednesday they attempted to deliver the package to her home, but since she wasn't there to sign for it, they took it back to the post office, UGH! She finally got it Wednesday. So, according to their policy, I am supposed to get my customers shipping money back. I talked to a guy at the post office Tuesday after 3 p.m., and he told me I had to wait until it was delivered and would then be able to get my money back b/c it did not arrive in time. When I went back in Thursday, they told me that their computer was showing that it wasn't guaranteed until Thursday. Keep in mind that that is 4 full business days later; that's after me counting out Sunday and Monday. Why in the heck would Express Mail take 4 days? And why did their website promise it in one business day to that zip code? So, they would not give me my money back. That is totally wrong and against their policy.
They did this same thing about a month ago with an express package. They lady needed some programs for an event that was being held the Sunday. I mailed them out Friday morning, and they were guaranteed by Saturday at noon. Of course, they didn't arrive until Tuesday. I did get my $18 back. But, I had to send this poor woman a file so that she could take it to Kinkos to be printed. I had to foot the bill for this, and it ended up costing me $150 to print what originally cost $35 due to the rush fees. I am SO sick of the USPS. I'm not sure what I'm going to do though. I've got to look into other shipping services. They just lost a big customer. I ship every single day; all packages. I will stop printing invitations completely before I use them again. No wonder email has become so big.

Umm, if that's the case, they shouldn't have told me that Saturday was counted as a business day. I was told that by 3 different people. I'm not a complainer, and I'm fully aware of the rules. Trust me. I read them all. I'm guessing you work for the post office.

To file a real complaint regarding a crime, such as stolen items from the mail, go to www.uspsoig.gov. It is evident that most people run to the internet and post stupid items of complaints instead of reporting it to the proper agency for a real investigation. This is what we get with the Facebook and Twitter Generation! Ya'll have no clue.
