United States Postal Service [USPS] unprofessional clerks at englewood, nj post office

On February 7 2008, I went to the post office at 77 Engle Street in Englewood, NJ to file forms for a US passport. With me, I brought all required documentation: proof of US Citizenship, proof of identity, and 2 pictures Before office clerk started to process the documents, she asked me for marriage certificate which I did not have with me as it is not a required document. I was informed that application cannot be accepted without this document. Clerk could not give me straight answer why she's asking for the document.

She was rude and called "next customer" why I was still in line waiting for an answer. Call to the USPS' Supervisor Jim Hegebely [protected]) did not solve the problem as he also claimed that marriage certificate is required. To make the matters worse, after I came back with my marriage certificate, next clerk (Thomas Bohrens) who collected my application did not even asked for it. He was present at the time of my argument with the first clerk. I asked him why he is not asking for my marriage certificate? After all that just happened. He looked and my and with smile on his face said, "you came back, and it means you have it". This was very rude of him by doing that. They both made a fool of myself. First by giving me false statement (that I need marriage certificate in order to get a passport). Second by sending me back home for nothing. When I mentioned that to the office clerk that, he replied "it's not my business". I know that Post Office clerks were wrong, because marriage certificate is not listed as a required document on application for US passport (section "What to submit with this form"). Neither it is mentioned when you call US Post Office's 1-800 number, and listen to information on how to obtain a passport.

I would like to file complain about Post Office clerks at the 77 Engle Street in Englewood for being very unprofessional, rude, unhelpful, and for not providing service that customers should expect.

United States Postal Service [USPS] broke my vases

While I was visiting my mother in Latham, NY in July of 07, my mother and I shipped 3 antique vases from Latham, NY to myself in Las Vegas. I purchased $500 insurance for my package. When I returned to Las Vegas very late evening and opened my package, I discovered the items were broken. I brought them over to the post office the following day to file a claim. The local employees as well as the agents I spoke with on their 1-800 customer service number explained to me that I could have my items repaired and file a claim for a repair instead of a reimbursement. I got an estimate from a local restoration/repair shop and also an appraisal on my items and turned it in with my claim form. The Postal employees accepted my claim, filled out a PS form 1000 stating that the package was insured (section B. 1a), All contents were damaged (section B.5) and in section B.6 they clearly marked that my items were presented along with the wrapping, container/package. This PS form was signed and dated by a postal employee and a copy was returned to me personally. Upon returning home, I received a phone call from the Cross Roads Station asking that I bring the items back, stating that they wanted to keep my items even though I was previously told they would not need keep them when a repair is requested. I asked to speak with a manager and talked to Jack Clark. I explained to Mr. Clark that these were delicate antiques and I did not want further damage to occur since it would raise the cost of the repair. I also explained to him that his employees informed me at the time I filed my claim that I would not need to surrender the items. Mr. Clark told me he would go ahead and process my claim despite the confusion on their policy. After several weeks I received a letter denying my claim and stating "they had no evidence that the parcel was damaged in their custody and they were not liable". I filed an appeal attaching a copy of the PS form 1000 which is validated proof signed by their own employee stating that they inspected the entire package, contents and wrapping and that they witnessed the damage to my article. Again, after several more weeks my claim was denied for the same reasons. My final attempt was my appeal to the Consumer Advocate in Washington DC. I sent all documents: PS form 1000, a copy of my insurance receipt and 2 letters from witnesses. One witness (my mother) saw me personally package the items and mail it. The other witness was my husband whom witnessed the damaged items upon opening the package. I received a letter dated Jan 18th from Cheryl Woody, Consumer Research Analyst at [protected] stating that they denied my claim once again stating that "the antique vases and packaging were not presented for inspection". The PS Form 1000 clearly states that the items and packaging WERE in fact brought in for inspection. It is a validated document signed by postal officials stating they inspected my items and that the items WERE in fact damaged. I do not understand how they can deny my claim when this evidence has been presented. I paid for a service, I presented evidence for this claim and I have documented proof of it. I feel that the post office should honor this claim and repay me for the repairs for the damage done to my vases while in their care.

Sincerely,
Barbara Hoyt

United States Postal Service [USPS] scam and cheating!

USPS Click 'n Ship: Nice option for people who live far from family and have to ship gifts. Also required for Fist Class parcels above 13 oz which use stamps as postage. (Homeland Security issue).

Down Side: I've paid for and printed labels and placed them in the mail system only to get an e-mail later stating postage canceled, for no apparent reason! You have to go back into the system and pay for it again. The latest rip was 2 weeks ago. I used Click 'n Ship for $4.60 worth of postage. The USPS charged me 4 times for the order. Upon complaint, they denied it. Upon 2nd complaint, I was told I would have to fax them my credit card statement to insure the transactions were paid.

This is robbery by the USPS then having to beg for your money back!

Please view this video and post a comment or send a complaint to USPS.

My local office is Pico Heights, Los Angeles CA.

I have tons of video just like this.. as of now the mailman continues to spray and deliver our mail.

http://www.youtube.com/user/USPSattacks

Please warn others of this. He might not be the only one doing it.
Usually when your dog is being sprayed you will find oily residue that remains on the ground or material that it lands on. If it lands on plant it becomes a oily honey like residue.

United States Postal Service [USPS] Why bother with Post Office vending machines?

I went to the Post Office in Crystal City to mail a single letter; at that Post Office, they have two vending machines and, of course, a desk where you can get the full range of services. Seeing that the line at the desk was rather long, and figuring I really only needed to buy a single stamp, I went to the vending machines. A single first class stamp costs $0.41, and because I didn't have exact change, I inserted a dollar bill into one of the machines. I selected my stamp (Option C1) which the machine promptly ejected; however, an error reading popped up on its digital readout saying something to the effect of "no change given, error has been recorded". Mind you, this is only $0.59, but its MY 59 cents, right?

I stepped over to the counter to report the machine. A post office employee, who--at the time--was already helping a customer had another employee hand me a form to fill out. I filled out all that I could on the form, but one line indicated that I had to enter the 6 digit identification number of the machine which ate my money and that the number would be found on the front of the machine. I went back to the machine and looked all over it and found no number. I returned to the desk to inquire about the number and was hollered at by the employee who had given me the form that I had to get at the end of the line. I said that the money wasn't worth it to me and tossed them back the form.

Observations: 1. the vending machines are provided as a convenience to both the public and to the P.O. employees; i.e. they are intended to remove some of the pressures of desk traffic by providing an alternative to standing in line to buy simple items like stamps.

2. the vending machine I used had no sign on it or any other kind of indication that it was not operating properly.

3. the P.O. employees, even after I had brought the issue of "no change dispensed" to their attention did NOTHING with regard to pulling the vending machine out of service or to putting up a sign indicating the machine did not give change.

4. the P.O. employee chastised me rather rudely for trying to jump the line.

It is an insignificant amount of money. What is not insignificant is the rude manner in which the P.O. employee handled this issue. It is the P.O.'s machine which cheated me, not me trying to work a system. The employee did not bother to ascertain why I had returned to the desk before yelling at me, nor did she do anything to prevent similar problems from popping up again (probably quite soon--that post office has heavy traffic at this time of the year). I realize there was a line of customers there and that they were all patiently waiting for service. However, like a modern greek siren, the vending machine sits waiting to lure the next customer so that it can cheat him/her. I will return tomorrow to file a formal complaint, not over the issue of 59 cents--let's face it, that paltry bit of money is gone--but over basic professionalism, courtesy and service.

I Told the Fairfield Ca Post office to put a hold on delevering my mail to my home for two weeks. And not to my surrpise they still delevered my mail to my home. The mail was all over the ground and when I comfronted the mail person who delevered the mail. He stated that he was new and did not give a dame if I stoped the mail. And when I talked to his Supervisor, The supervisor said so what, it could have been some one in the city that delvered the mail and if it was on the ground it is your fault not us.

United States Postal Service [USPS] - mail delivery

I moved to north Houston over a month ago, to a subdivision that has the community mail boxes. I was told that in order to receive mail, my box would have to be re-keyed. Despite repeated phone calls and conversations with our local carrier, we have still not received a key to our box, and cannot receive mail.

United States Postal Service [USPS] delivery problem!

My mailbox is at the side of my house. For 17 (!) years, substitute mail carriers have often left mail sitting in the open on the front step, subject to theft and weather. In fact, on at least two occasions the mail was soaked from rain. I have complained repeatedly to the local post office (Wellesley, MA) and via USPS online. I have heard responses ranging from curt to concerned, with numerous promises to address the problem. The bottom line is that the problem continues, as recently as the past month (twice, with wet mail on one occasion). It doesn't seem to me like rocket science...

USPS Dallas TX,
Its a shame to mail a letter from Houston TX to Cleveland, Ohio. The letter did not reach Cleveland Ohio was intersect in Dallas, TX.
The reference number to the big box was [protected].
At first, I thought the box was coming they gave us a case # [protected]. Not later till last week that we thought we finally lost the big box, they gave us another case # [protected], but the big box was still in Dallas TX from the postal tracking system.
Its really a shame that crooks still work in the USPS, I wander what kind of criteria of people employed by the USPS. This is not right because the system still says is still in Dallas, TX. That means Dallas', Tx USPS are not really trust worthy and they have no ethics concerning the job.

My name is Daniel Ola Ajayi.
My cell number is [protected]
I am a teacher and a CPA holder in the system
I worked in the Parma City Of Education.
I wish some one can help...

Mailed an overnight letter by USPS on Sunday to be delivered on Monday on a Business, 4 hours round trip from my home. USPS tried to deliver on Monday at 5 AM, didn’t find anybody, kidnapped my letter at theirs post office giving me 5 days to make 4 hours round trip to get back the letter or send back to me after 5 days. The letter was time sensitive and destination was a business, and BUSINESS HOURS ARE 0800 to 1630 or 0900 to 1700. What kind of dead brain sheep [censor]s are USPS employee, going out of business hours, to make deliveries at Business at 1AM, 2AM, 3AM, 4AM 5AM and tell you that there was nobody. I do not care for $13.25 I paid. The damage they inflicted to me is much bigger. Government is doing nothing, they are looking other way. Next time I will drive 4 hours and deliver my letter by myself.

I've lived at my current address for over 2years now and I'm still getting previous tenants mail and magazines. I've put "return to sender addressee unknown" on something like 220 pieces of mail since moving into the apartment and the mail still comes with peoples names on them that I don't know.

They just did an increase in postal service and they will keep looking for excuses to keep bringing it up. They cut meaning closed some postal service site. They are going to gather all complaint next, and these is not for the benefit of consumer but to claim they need more money to run the postal service better.

They are federal and they fill protected and nothing a consumer could do. You can file and post complaints all day, they will put it to the side unless is an issue that is going to cost them. I get bills and solicitating mail with my name correct address but for some reason my checks that have printed address on them and i have been getting for many years, I have been getting late for the past few month after an address change. Maybe they wanted me to keep paying for an postal P.O box, brings money to them and auto gas company. Its all about comsumer spending, if they cant' get out of you they will find the way. The system is connected, I have had the chance to gather information and proof that shows a connection of how the system works.

I am sick of dealing with people who have no pride in their work, they have no ethic, in a word they'er just lazy or incapable I got a note left in my mail box to put larger numbers on the opposit side of my mail box {at least two inches in hieght)I did this with three inch numbers, but it still does no good I get the wrong mail, other people get my mail (I know this because by the time I get it, it's already been opened), so I don't know who will be reading this note, but be warned if someone gets my personal info because of mail delivery I will sue the postal service.

United States Postal Service [USPS] problem with the us postal service

USPS - The United States Postal Service (US Postal Service)

Outgoing mail receptacles

I have had very few problem with the U.S. Postal service. But recently I came upon a problem which I thought would have been resolved.

I live in Las Vegas, Nevada 89108 on 1228 Silver Prospect Drive. There is a bank of mail boxes in front of my house. Sometime ago some one broke into the outgoing mail compartment. I reported it to the post office and was told that these repairs were done on Wednesdays. Several;Wednesdays went by and It was not repaired. Every time that I mentioned it I was told that because someone had broken it, would probably not be repaired. In anger I reminded them of the recent hike in postal rates and now they were not going to repair mail box damages because some one broke in, perhaps that some one did not even live in the area.

The way I see it, un repaired damages to mail boxes, will encourage those wreckers to break into personal boxes because if Postal Service is not going to repair damages, it will be easier for them to have access to outgoing mail which may have money it them. I would think that this sight would make property values go down because no one wishes to move into an area that is not kept up.

I consider my complaint as justifiable and honest and would hope that I am favored with a reply of explanation of why things are being done as they are. I would also like to know what can be done to correct them. My suggestion would be to secure the front door to the outgoing receptacle frame so that it does not open. The mail person has access to it via the back and he is the only one who needs access.

This solution would establish the Postal Service ingenuity, while providing safe handling of outgoing mail.

If you are not the ones who solve this, please let me know the procedure on contacting those in authority to solve my complaint. I do think that my solution would work.

Please let me hear from someone.

Thank you.

Why doesn't your housekeeper forward the mail to you..? Or are you to stupid to think of this? I know you think the world revolves around you, but 2 weeks is not very long. Didn't you know when you were going back any sooner? Sounds as if the problem is you and not the USPS!

postal complaint

On August I sent a gift to my god daughter.

I sent it priority. The correct address was on the box, however the postal worker must be visioned impaired because my receipt was something I had never heard of.

The address was: 2770 Golden Hill Rd.
Elberon, VA 23846

The receipt showed: Penn Laird, VA 22846

I don't have this problem when I utilize the self mailing postal machine, unfortunately this particular post office in Harker Heights TX had their self mailing postal setup removed.

I want my gift to either be delivered to the address on the box or brought back to me.

United States Postal Service [USPS] poor service!

My daughter, Kristin McGowan, is not getting adequate mail delivery. I sent a package for her friend's birthday in January. It never was delivered. It was not returned to the place I ordered it until MAY! I received an email asking for an updated address. Since the address was correct, and the package not delivered, I had it sent to me and I gave the birthday gift when he came to visit in June. Last Thursday, I sent a birthday card and a check for $50 to my daughter. Today is Tuesday. Nothing has been delivered. Will she get it? She is on medication that needs to be refrigerated. The postman delivered her medication to someone else, left it on the porch in the sun all day, because that person worked and was not home to receive the package. That person delivered the package to my daughter, but the medication was ruined.
Today, when I asked is she got my birthday card, my daughter said she had not. However, she did receive a letter for someone who does not even live on her street. She says this happens all the time. The postman has worked the route forever but cannot get it right. Time for a new postman.

Pensacola Florida Post Office is awful! If you live in NW FL and you order stuff online then you hate Pensacola's Post Office. Your packages can sit for up to a week before they do anything... Sometimes they lose your packages or someone there steals them. They are awful!

I am writing about the filthy conditions of the Post Office in Dillon, CO 80435. This Post Office has not been cleaned in days. Floors not moped, trash not picked up, trash cans and recycle containers not emptied. I have attached pictures of the interior of the Post Office to illustrate what I am saying. The photos were taken about 5 PM on 12 January, the conditions have been getting steadily worse since the 9th of January. The photos do not do justice to the overall terrible conditions of the building. The last time this happened a little over a year ago it went for over two weeks without being cleaned. According to the Post Master then it was brought about by the custodian retiring. I do not know what the excuse might be at this time. It seems to me that other employees could clean the place. Maybe even the Post Master could find the time to come out of their office and mop the floor. I guess the unions would not allow that.

I totally agree, I sometimes don't get my mail at all. I have made complaints but it seems nothing has been done. I also noticed we have different mail men/women on our street. Sometimes the mail gets delivered early and sometimes in the evening. I hope things change for all of us, but I have a feeling it wont.

Postal severice is getting worst. We are recieving mail here late and open. We leave in a home owner associate and several of the people that works for the local post office in on the commited and since the last meeting where the person helping to buy my help had a few complaints and argue with the head of the associate we have been missing mail, have open mail, and getting timely matter mail late. Complainting to the Taylor post office is a joke cause the post master there attitude is like we are lucky we are getting mail at all. No one will help us on this matter. i thought this was suppose to be a service we can depend on. I feel for your daughter I understand what she is going there.

United States Postal Service [USPS] poor customer service!

Living in a little town, usually means friendly, out-going people. In Terlton, OK the USPS need to upgrade the postmaster, to one that fits the description of anything but, rude and hateful. This POSTMASTER, does nothing other than talk on the phone to family and friends. When requesting that she get off her, lazy butt, and work she gets down right hateful. Tells me I need to have my key to get my mail out because she isn't going to get the mail for me once a week. #1. That is her job to get my mail when I am in a rush and have forgotten my key, and I AM THE PRIMARY BOX HOLDER. #2. She does not need to address the customer issue to whoever she is speaking with on the telephone. I believe this breaks some kind of privacy act. I don't need the mail to pay my bills, nearly every company has the pay online service. COME ONE USPS, YOUR LOSING MONEY B/C OF PEOPLE LIKE HER!

United States Postal Service [USPS] delay in tax refund!

We have lived at this address for 26 years. In 2006, our 2005 tax W2s were sent back to our employers. This caused an extended delay in our tax refund and subsequent plans for vacation. In addition, I confirmed with several other companies that our mail, although properly addressed was being returned. I complained repeatedly both to this web site and the post office directly and I was assured that the problem was fixed.

As of this complaint I have confirmed with several family members that 2006 Christmas cards sent to our address had been returned with yellow stickers indicating an occupant was not at our address. Also, we have confirmed that several credit card statements and business correspondence has been returned as “Not deliverable” and we are now getting phone calls from creditors. Some of those include Washington Mutual, Chase, Double Day Book Club, and several magazines to name a few. We are now scrambling to contact as many as we can to correct the now late payments and other complaints.

This is infuriating that we have to send in multiple complaints about this same problem. We have had the same mail box since the post office installed them for many years. This is a totally unacceptable situation. We are tired of repeated phone calls to the unresponsive and rude managers at our post office. In addition we have sent in DETAILED accounts of our continued problems with mail being returned. In one response we were told this was a simple database error and everything was fixed. This month (January 2007) we have discovered that our mail is being returned AGAIN. It is like they are trying to wipe us out of existence. We feel we will likely have to pay for some legal council to get this corrected. This is all quite infuriating to say the least. It is only getting worse.

Attention present and past University of Maryland students, graduate students and College Park residents. I encourage anyone who has had a College Park address since 2001 to check their credit report. I’ve read about the mail delivery problems in your neighborhood. I encourage you to contact your congressman and to check your credit report. 8/16/07-4:30pm. Received call from USPS. College Park Postmaster Danny Bell is stepping down. New postmaster to be installed 8/27/07.Hopefully this is the end of 7 years off poor mail service and a beginning of a new era for College Park!

During past 3 years the College Park Md Post Office has caused 1000+'s pieces of 1st class mail, DMV notices, end of year financial statements, Jury Duty Summonses, credit cards and "Final Notice" certified mail notices, mail from university departments that were mailed to University of Maryland students and student organizations at addresses other than mine in College Park, Md that were either forwarded to my winter home in Florida or delivered to my home of 50 years on Norwich Road in College Park, Md 20740. Discussions between me and employees at College Park Md Post Office addressing their delivery practices was akin to listening to Bud Abbott and Lou Costello go through a rendering of "Who’s On First."

United States Postal Service [USPS] no warranty for certified mail!

At the end of February I sent 2 certified mail letter that I bought at one of those new automatic machines at a USPS office because the line was out the door. The letters where sent to 2 different locations but pertained to the same issue. This issue was a legal one and I had a deadline to file the letters. I sent the certified mail because I needed to prove postmark and that I actually sent it to them. I was surprised that the machine only asked me for a mailing zip code instead of the full address. But it did provide me with a printed receipt with the tracking number. After 2 weeks I received no word from the company I had mailed the letters. I then proceeded to extreme measures against the company for not responding to my letter. When I contacted the office they told me that they had not received any letter from me, much less a certified mail letter. I called the other office and they informed me that they in fact had received their certified mail letter but that I had failed to mail the second letter to the other office therefore I had no case against them because it was after the deadline I had.

I called USPS to confirm delivery of the letters, I only got for one, the other did not seem to be in their database. I tried their costumer service number and they told me that they would refund my $3.5 for my letter but that they could not do anything else. I told them that it was a legal issue and that I needed proof that I sent the letter and they told me to give the company the printed receipt from the machine. I did do that but the company told me that since the receipt only had the zip code of the mailing address I could have sent the letter to anybody else but them and used that receipt, but that that was not sufficient proof of me sending the letter to them. They reiterated that I had no longer a case with them.

USPS did nothing about this issue, If I had only purchased the mail via one of their clerks I would have had proof of the actual address I had sent the letters to and not only the zip code. USPS did not seem to care about that point and hung up on me a couple of times that I requested further actions.

I do not think they should have those machines, PEOPLE do not use the machines they will not warranty your certified mail, use the clerks instead. Make them change the system. Now that I have lost a sure to win case I will see what I can do to make USPS pay for that.

I pay all bills online or phone or bill pay for rent everything else. Win both ways NO LATE CHARGES & NO LOST LATE MISDIRECTED MAIL. FED EX & UPS CHEAPER FOR A POUND AND MORE
PUT INSURANCE ON AL USPS PACKAGES ALSO THERE TRACKING IS HORRIBLE USELESS :-(
KEEP A TRACK OF ALL BILLS

NEVER PUT MAIL IN A BLUE USPS BOX ALWAYS GET RECEIPT FROM POST OFFICE. If you do you are at risk for lost late mail. Never buy another stamp.

I hope you could help with this Ok I spent a lot of money on shipping stuff through USPS & paypal shipping.

Also in the past I had the post office come to my resident and pick my packages up for me I paid 39.00 dollars plus insurance was on the packages which was useless cause the post office are not scanning packages in I'm right here in Maryland it took three days for a package to get to Baltimore was not scan until deliver to recipient. This is a major problem of the united states (All Post offices) not just local it happens all the time sending and receiving packages No tracking information only information that it
has been Delivered.

Now every package that I have I must get them scan in at the post office a bit inconvenient but I have to do it (cause I will get nothing but the run around a more lame excuses) . Also packages could get lost before getting Delivered even if you have insurance on it packages should be scan in to track every move just
like fed ex ups they are even able to tell you when you will get it.

with USPS You will have no idea when you will get your package. Also WITH UPS OR FED EX they NEVER leave packages at my apt door. On the other hand USPS keeps leaving packages at my door after requesting not to in advance three BOXED packages were stolen due to being left at apt door. Had no insurance they knew it from the start gave me nothing but excuses. Said they were going to pay but never did. Requested documents letter & receipt in advance.

On August 9 2007 I refused a package wrote return to sender on it also it had Delivery confirmation on it. Until now it's saying that I still have the package.
( I Don't) I put in in the blue USPS box outside cause there is in front of my APT building. Ok I called the 1800 USPS number they said they will located it. (They have not because they did not scan it in) like a day later Ms. Moneke (Brentwood post office post master) she said she will try to located it asked if I have Tracking number said she check her post office.stated she get back to me.

Called her September 5 2007 gave her tracking # she ask for the address stated that it's delivered and that's that. She also gave me the post office in CA number [protected]. called them and ask them if they recalled a package they
said they will not be able to tell & they properly got it to the sender but they did not scan it in.

Now I'm scare to put my mail in any USPS blue box even a letter I will have to go in and get a receipt for it. Also I'm force to pay all my bills online even Rent through bill pay. I will longer even have the post office come to pick up my packages I will inconvenience my self and go to the post office.
ALWAYS PUT INSURANCE ON ALL PACKAGES CAUSE THEY WILL GIVE NEIGHBORS YOUR PACKAGE. yOU WON'T SEE IT AGAIN

United States Postal Service [USPS] - doesn't work 1/2 the time

I rely on sending my work out through click n ship because standing in line at the post office is just as bad. At the present time I have racked up approximately $148.50 in unprinted labels because their website just freezes up. What this amounts to is 9 times I tried to get the postage and it froze up and the 10th time it worked. But they did manage to...

United States Postal Service [USPS] - labels did not print properly!

I've used Click-N-Ship for the past 3 1/2 years. Average postage $300-$500 per month. Website functions well with Firefox, not Safari. Labels misprint frequently, commonly without the barcodes. After printing the user is prompted to select one of two print result options. "Did your label(s) print correctly? Yes or No." If NO, the next screen prompt say...

My package was damaged in transit and I purchased the insurance but my claim was denied for “not being properly packaged” according to claims dept. However, I used the original patent box designed by Apple which they also use to ship phones. I’m unable to any further assistance on this matter and don’t know who can help me.

I have use tax percue more than once and all of a sudden they started returning my important documents that need to be delivered by a certain date. This has harmed me in more than one way. Things that have deadlines are not getting there on time because these folks are retardant my mail.

We reside at 1213 Denmark Manor Dr. in Morrisville. I have W2 forms. These are bad mistakes. I would like to make a formal complaint about our mailman who is obviously not paying attention when placing the mail in our boxes. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The mail carrier is putting out mail in the back of the mailbox where we can't reach it. My husband has to put his cane out of the car window into the mailbox and pull mail out to reach it. Problem has been going on over 4 years.
