Complaint Rating:

It has been over 3 months and no passport. Why? because someone screwed up my date of birth. No one called to verify, or let me know my passport was no longer being processed. When I called, I was told it was on the way. Uninformed, understaffed and a bunch of red tape and busy signals.

I'm fed up!
