Too many phone calls

I have received several calls from this company, and usually when I answered the call hung up. When some one was finally there I listened to the whole audio program and spoke to a rep etc. I asked to be taken off their calling list and that was about a month ago. I have answered three other calls from this company. I received a call from a girl named Trinity today who was very rude. When I asked why I would still receive calls after she had explained that all she can do is "push the two little buttons on <my> her computer", she responded by saying, because it takes "awhile to get you off the system, DIDN'T YOU HEAR WHAT I JUST SAID". I asked to speak to her supervisor and she hung up. I cannot call back because the number comes up "unknown" and my phone company cannot track it.
