I was looking to apply for a grant and i authorized a 1 time payment through my bank acct. for $2.99. they withdrew that amount and then withdrew another $57.61. I called them and they said that they could not reimburse me that I had to email this site. They said that they had no number to contact the credit dept.
please help me. I'm on a fixed income and can't do this. Is this a scam or what?

same thing happened here. they tell me to go to grants.refunds@gmail.com but there is no such address how did you or did you get your money back

I had the same thing happen to me. I was hung up on twice and they would never give me a phone number for a person in the refund department. My husband had applied and gave them permission to charge the $2.97 but not one for $2.99, $57.61, or $58.07. He had to put in a card # before even getting on the website and the couldn't even qualify for the grant because he isn't asking for enough. I think this company is a scam.

I am on a fixed income I was charged 2.99 plus 57.61 twice .I have asked for a refund twice I want my money back .in my account .Please I can't eat now don't scam me

I just looked at my bank account statement and noticed they ripped me off for $57.61. I will be reporting them to the BBB and since I work for the Dept. of Revenue, they will be reported to the Fraud Divison also. Has anyone found a way to get a refund from these crooks?

hello,

I just received an offer for a government grant too but when I went to get my fed-pack, I was not able to get it, eventhough I was given an username and a password. Then I realized that it was all a SCAM., but not before I had given them my card number so they could charge $ 2.97.

Someone out there should do something to these people.
They are using the internet to steal people's money from their accounts.
