Upsilon Ventures review: Fraud 2

Upsilon Ventures is a fake investment fund / project development company run by Israeli guys but the main sleaze is a guy named Sar Inbar. A short and balding gay guy that pretends to be in be involved in production and hospitality via his 'fake firm' Upsilon Ventures, but what he really does is launder money between NY/LA and Israel for wealthy Israeli businessmen. Stay away from him by all means he is not to be trusted!
