i just discovered that of deduction of 36 euro was made from my post pay, i have never done anything with this site not to talk of buying a product. i wouldn't know how possible it is to take monney form people account without proper notification and authorization. i begg you to refund my hard earned money for i did not make any purchase of any item with you

On friday, august 20, upclk.com retrieved 55.98€ from my mastercard
Upclk.com did this without notifying me before or without requesting for payment. To the best of my knowledge or memory, I never had contact with Upclk or purchased anything for them. The website of Upclk is so cryptic that it is impossible to retrieve an e-mail address. Without this address, I will not be able to initiate an official dispute. Can you assist me in this matter?
PS: Meanwhile, I asked Cardstop to delete my card.

Nor can I trace any correspondence on my e-mail. on any purchase.
If I accidentally entered a membership, I want cancel it with immediate effect.

Software to remove viruses and speed up system
The software I bought from this company did not work. I had to take my machine to the repair shop. The tech said he had to remove the software from the machine and restore the operating system. it cost me $110 to put it back in working order.
10/3/2016 - Bought software for $34.95..
10/3/2016 to 10/15/2016 - Used several times . No improvement.
10/15/2016 - Took to shop for repairs.
10/17/2016 - Picked up. Paid $110 for repair.
Same Problem for me, I contact their hotline and they promise to help, send me several mails ever with the same questions but never gives the right answer. I payed as well 35, 69 Euro for nothing. They don't reach the promise of their advertising.

Scam fraud company
scam and fraudulant company. they bill your cc immediately and do not preform the computer clean up...called cc co and it is in auth but because i authorized it they let it go thru and then dispute it. they called the company (foreign...oh surprise) and they said manager will get back to me, , , , so now its in dispute. had all the right info on their site and all the right answers. they are not connected to Comcast or Norton.

I ordered one very useful program from UpClk.com. They charged me money the same day but they didn’t send me any confirmation. I asked for a refund. They told that my refund will be under consideration two months. Why should I wait so long? It was their mistake, not mine!

I got a mail from this firm.
They promised to protect my computer against malware/virus, hackers and much more.
As soon as they got my account, the money was drawn.
The program does NOT function, but every day it is disturbing very much on the other programs on my PC.
It is not possibel to get in contact with them and get my money back.

I have no idea why this company is taking money out of my account and I WANT A REFUND . I am calling my bank to have a refund issued and I would like everyone to know this is a SCAM, I am going to try and find a number so I can speak to this company to get a refund . Will Keep you informed.

I kept getting pop ups fro this company there was an offer of £2-00 per month so I thought ok give it a try when I went to the bank they had taken £38 which put me overdrawn. I rang the bank and because I had willingly given my details they said no fraud had taken place, however, they have broken internet trading laws, which I will be pursuing. I have had their access to my account blocked so they can't take any more money. I rang up to complain, I was on the phone for over half an hour, the man said he sent me an e mail which never came he asked me to go to the internet and type in upc then my screen went blank and looked like it was in the hard drive of my system. I am going to trading standards over this.
I no longer want this service as I was in formed that this is a scam .
