Unsolicited debit on my debit card

Complaint Rating:

I work at a bank and make it a practice to check my transactions every morning to see if there is any fraudulent activity on my account and this morning, I saw a debit for $12.00 from 1:20 am at a source with the title CIC Triple Advantage.

Unauthorized credit card charges. I did not enter into and agreement with CTC Triple Advantage for any recurring services or charges. Please reverse $14.95 debits of 5/1 and 6/1 2008.
