Unnecessary Activate Scheme

Hi i am rakesh and i am very tired my current SIM card. From the Airtel it cut so many Balance and Activate different scheme without any confirmation
and also no any satisfaction Answer from the Airtel customer care(Ahmedabad). it's really worst service for customer.

Well i have been experiencing the same problem with Airtel... despite being in Indian territory they have charged me for international roaming and this is without i having activated or requested for activation for international calling facilities. I mean one is suppose to deposit some amount for any international calling or roaming facility as per their guidelines. but they have done that as per their will without my initiation or without intimating me...and all these while whn i am trying to resolve the issue, they barred my outgoing calls, making me helpless...where as the custoemer executives are another pain. All these while whn i asked someone senior or an Airtel officer to talk to, they kept me on hold forever...then everyday someone else you speak to (the customer executives), having to recount your complain over and over again. No accountability, no responsibility. just wait and watch game.

so i give up and take another connection, and all of a sudden they are after my life, they have crossed the limits by making a collection agent harass me/family...whn i m still trying to get them to resolve this by calling them almost everyday, even their nodal officer now, they are not yet serious. i have made it clear that i am ok with paying the amount that was used by me, even the international roaming charges as national roaming (since i am in Indian territory), despite this, they aren't serious abt resolving this. But the collection guys is goddamn serious and bombarding me with calls of threats. as a normal human being how can you deal with such guys and how much can you take, i mean this is comepltely unfair and unethical. the stress is too much and Airtel is just not helping or admitting to their fault.

the issue is yet to be resolved, and i am collecting enough strength and patience to take this through till the end, till i am justified and vindicated.
