I transferred USD 4, 030 to the University Branch of your Bank in Berkeley, CA via Chinatrust Comercial Bank in Taipei on July 17, 2007. But a letter from Houston told me that my “account was closed, as of 08-02-07, when the account reached a zero balance.” And now I have received an answer from your Bank through Chinatrust Comercial Bank in Taipei, ensuring me that it did receive a sum of USD 4, 012 on July 17, 2007, the same day I made my transfer. Please check for me my account records and tell me how much I have in my account (08709-18429). Thanks.
