I have bought a mobile from your stores in Kerala (Cochin). This was the bad experience I have ever got.
One Sunday evening I went to your showroom expecting I will get a good value to my money & I asked your executive about N72 then he showed me the model and told me that it’s the best model in 8000rs. But I was searching for music edition and also I asked your executive about other mobiles which come in 8000Rs range and he told if I want music edition it will come range 10000rs. So I believed his words and purchased N72 mobile.

Then After a week I went to Mobile stores to purchase a mobile for my friend then I asked them for mobile coming in 8000rs rang and I also told my wish about music edition. Then they showed me different types and companies of mobile coming in that range (One model was Nokia 5220 music edition cost-7900 & my mobile I purchased with 7800rs). So you can Imagine my frustration as I purchased old model mobile with the cost of new model.

In UniverCell they would have showed me different mobiles to choose. And after 10 days I went back to your showroom to exchange my N72. Then the experience was very very hurting your executives were talking to me as I don’t even know about mobiles they were just telling that N72 which I purchased is the best mobile in that cost which means you can understand.
