I have had so many problems with the mail being NOT delivered, NOT forwarded properly, NOT even when it is CERTIFIED, that it has caused me extreme financial difficulties to the point that I have to receive mail(hopefully) at another location, and have important mail, things that should only need to be sent first class, sent FedEx. I have copies of mail with the EXACT right address on it, that have been returned, marked insufficient address, even certified mail that has taken more than 2 weeks to be sent back, without even an attempt to be delivered. Of course it was a check for a substantial amount (10k), that became a life affecting situation, which is why it was sent certified, and I was stranded, basically homeless, in Las Vegas for more than 2 weeks at enormous difficulty and expense, because of their incompetence. When I went into the post office to inquire where it was after nearly 2 weeks had passed, the branch manager MARVIN was unbelievably rude, condescending and shirked any possibility that the USPS had done anything wrong, in fact blaming the individual that sent the mail for their failure to deliver the mail they had been paid to handle. In previous months my home was nearly foreclosed on because of ongoing failure to deliver important notices and documents, that were properly addressed, as well as my bank account being closed as a result of ongoing errors in mail service by this post office. Yet there is not even a complaint form available from the post office, THEY SIMPLY DON'T GIVE A SHIT, TAKE YOUR MONEY, AND SCREW YOU OVER WITHOUT ANY RECOURSE? MAYBE AL QUIEDA HAS THE RIGHT IDEA?

I opened a P.O. Box at the Belen, New Mexico Post office to have my new business correspondence delivered there. Good thing I only paid for four months because they did not sort the mail the way I paid to have it done. They put everything in both boxes. Then when I went to complain about it, the girl who handled my request when I first opened it, was very rude and made it seem like everything was my fault. Also, what I was very upset about was the fact that one year after the P.O. Box was closed my mail was still being directed back to the person who sent it, this included checks, important insurance checks that I should have gotten right away, were being diverted back to the insurance company with a sticker saying, "Mail recipient needs to notify you of their new address, this is no longer a valid P.O. Box. This went on for a year, I'm not kidding and when I asked them why they put those stickers on the mail and sent them back to the sender, they said it was proceedure that they put those yellow stickers on the mail for one year after the P.O. Box had been closed. Now isn't this a crock of XXXX! The poeple that work at this post office act like they are superior to you and that anything you have to say they do not want to listen. They act like they are paying for the services that they render to you. Too Much already. Another postal worker in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on Broadway Street wanted to know what was in the package that I was asking him to insure for $10, 000. He told me that that was the highest amount that they insured any iterm for and when I asked him for his name, he literally through a tantrum calling his immediate supervisor telling her that he did not have to give me his name and she agreed with him. I just told him that I needed his name to give to my Lawyer just in case my package was lost in the transit. It seemed like he was interested in stealing my package after I told him that he did not need to ask what I was sending in that package and he told me that he was not going to insure it. Like this decision was up to him to say No, you are not buying insurance for this package!! Do you believe this. Then the item that was in the package were old native american relics that were going to Heritage Gallery Auction and this is another scam in itself which I got ripped off.
