UPS unreliable delivery

I am staying in an apartment in a community. The community has multiple buildings and each building has multiple apartments.
The buildings have a locked door and only the residents in that building will have the door key.

Everytime I have a delivery through UPS, the delivery guy will leave the parcel near the building door instead of the leasing office.

And all things get stolen.

I had asked the delivery guy the reason for leaving at the front door. He replied that it is because the receptionist refuses to sign the package.

This is a lie.

UPS complaining about my very important parcel

i need this parcel very urgent and it is in kitchener from two days but it didn't delivered on time even delivery driver didn't came to my house for delivery and they update all the information on the internet that nobody's at home when he came and even he didn't leave any notice for my parcel i have cameras in my building and nobody came over there and tomorrow morning i have flight at 5.20 am and i need this parcel with me but unfortunately by the mistake of ups delivery it might be not possible and it pissed me off because i need to reschedule my either flight or i have to go without my parcel.

12/21/2016 darren g in customer service told me delivery would be today told him tracking showed delivery was on truck yesterday and again today
That I had the same problem 4 days in a row last week
Again told me delivery would be today
Ups stands for unreliable delivery service
If given choice will never never choose ups for anything
Deliver when you say you're going to quit making excuses

UPS unconscionable credit card charges

I recently sent a box of family photos via ups to my daughter at a po box in ok at a cost of $15 and change. A few days later i received an email from ups stating the box could not be delivered to a po box and had been rerouted. The next day i received a phone message from a women in the same ok town where my daughter lives saying she received the box, had no idea who my daughter is, and decided to call me (My number was on the label) after she'd opened the box and realized it was full of family photos. After several more calls i was able to coordinate a package pick up between my daughter and the woman who received her box. A few days later ups inexplicably charged my credit card $15.25. When i called them they explained i was charged $13 for forwarding my package (To a complete stranger) and another $2.25 because i hadn't originally paid for delivery to a residence address. The representative went on to explain that ups "is not the post office" and doesn't deliver to po boxes. However, they do allow you to purchase shipping labels addressed to po boxes online, they accept packages addressed to po boxes, and they even send said packages across the country. Ups should refund all of the charges related to my shipment, including the original shipping fees since they never actually delivered the box to its intended recipient.

UPS service

Monday 12/19/16 An incident occurred with driver Conrad who delivers to St Croix Plaza, 4230 S MacDill Ave. Suite E. The driver and an assistant came to the second floor, he walked into the conference room. I was shocked and as him what he was doing. The man was enraged and threatening. As I took the scanner to sign I tried to move him out of the conference room and the Conrad stood his ground. He took the scanner out of my hands, I moved around him out into the hall where he followed the whole time speaking about making sure he would get my signature for the 2 large boxes and a padded envelope. He stopped mid-way on the stair case and address the Attorney who walked out of the conference room, aggressively rambling on and on about me calling UPS to look for a previous package that he left with another Suite here in the plaza. He identified the location on the UPS ticket as; "fernandez h", I had to call UPS to find the package. UPS called me back to tell me Conrad left the box at Suite H with the secretary who's last name is Fernandez, who's first name is Krista. I did not report this, I just called to find the package. Conrad was mad because he got in trouble with his supervisor for not properly identifying the location on the ticket. This man intended to create a scene and make trouble for me.

When I first called I spoke with supervisor Maney, to report the incident, the supervisor told me his manager would call me. I did not hear from the manager. The supervisor called back surprised I didn't get a call. My second call to the supervisor today, 12/21/16, he said he would push this up to the manager and then he called me back and told me the manager would not contact me and then Supervisor Maney said; "There is more to this than you think. When I asked him to elaborate on his comment and he refused. I believe the supervisor knows this delivery man is a threat and not reporting it to his manager because he said if anything happens for me to call him and I said I will call 911 and have him removed from the building and the supervisor said good then call 911.

This whole incident was a nightmare, the Attorney was embarrassed in front of his prominent clients, I was embarrassed and very upset. He put me in a very difficult position to which I had not control, he was threatening and wouldn't leave the building . Your driver, Conrad was angry because I was doing my job. He made a spectacle of himself for all to hear to punish me.

I do not want this driver in this building, he is a threat and fear his anger and I feel UPS is putting me a risk. His behavior was appalling.

UPS courier service

I had sent package from UPS Brampton to Winnipeg on Guaranteed Next delivery which never happened.They promised full refund as per their policy.For the last 40 days, i am visiting the store at Hurantario street and calling their customer service, visited no of time, but nothing happened..

UPS company refused to deliver package to my address

I received an email that my package (TrackingNumber:1Z8R75480397789533) would be delivered on 12/9/16 so I took the day off from work and waited for the delivery. Imagine my surprise when an email pops up at 2:12 p.m. saying that an attempt had been made to deliver my package. First of all I was at home the entire time. Second there was no notice left anywhere around my location. I called and spoke with Travis who assured me the package would be delivered on Monday 12/12/16 so I took another day off from work. I called and spoke with Tasha approximately 8:30 a.m. Monday morning to be assured that the package would be delivered. She said she contacted the center and it was out for delivery and should arrive between 1:30 - 4:30 pm. I spoke with Katie at approximately 4:45 pm who spoke with the center and stated the driver was behind but it would be delivered. I spoke with Daniel at 7:15 p.m. who informed me that my package would not be delivered because my address was a security risk. I've lived at this address for over two years and somehow every other package has managed to get delivered. So now I've lost two days at work and my package has to be returned because I can't take any more time off from work and you don't deliver on weekends.. What's odd to me is that I gave at least four people my phone number and asked if there was a problem with the delivery to be contacted. No one contacted me at any time. I'm sure someone should be able to check the notes on regarding this delivery and see how hard I tried to make sure I wasn't wasting my time waiting for a package that was never coming. I suspect the fact that the package weighed over 80 pounds the driver deliberately chose not to deliver my package because it involved three flights of stairs. The incompetence of this company in this instance is unacceptable. Everyone was apologetic but no one had a solution how is that possible? Does UPS have a weight limit of packages it will deliver? If I live in a high crime area when can I expect packages to be delivered? Is it random or is there a scheduled time deliveries are made? It's not always going to be convenient for me to pick up items from a UPS location that's why delivery is essential. But I guess that doesn't matter. I doubt this email will result in any action being taken based on the service I received regarding this delivery but it was worth a shot! As far as the desirable resolutions I would like to be able to receive packages at my address when they are scheduled to arrive. I would like to be compensated for the time I had to take off from work but I'm sure that's not going to happen. I would like to have the item I had returned purchased and delivered to me at your UPS's expense but that's probably not going to happen either. At the end of the day I just want to receive the service that I'm paying for when I order items. I'm paying shipping and handling charges and all I'm getting is handled and badly at that.

UPS delivery services

Good luck getting ANY packages delivered via UPS. And sometimes they'll even lie and claim delivery when in fact nothing was delivered. I have found the most useful tool when dealing with the unscrupulous practices of UPS is to file a complaint with the FCC...I can't tell you how many times I have filed complaints about UPS with them (lots) and then within a few days get a phone call from a higher up AT UPS. FCC scares the company (as it does for most companies who want to maintain their business in the US)...so my recommendation is complain to the higher government agencies...skip places like the bbbor other consumer rating companies...basically go for their jugular!

UPS delivers more parcels than any other company in the world. If a driver gets ONE complaint per month, that'd be a lot. Meaning it's very uncommon that the mistake is on their part. 99% of the complaints received can be traced back to the original shipper or final receiver - bad or incomplete addresses, customers who aren't home to sign or receive the parcel etc. People like you are exactly what's wrong with this country. Too quick to blame others and too slow to except ANY personal responsibility.

UPS package missing

I ordered $224 amout of products from Sephora and it deliver thought UPS. It was 3-days shipping, supposed to get on 11/30/16 but I never get the package. So I called UPS customer service and they said it was deliverd at 11/30/16 at 3:46pm. I told them I did not get the package and they said its delivered to APT #B. (I live in #A). So I asked my neighbor but they did not recieved any package. So I called UPS again, and they said they delivered to APT #C, so I went there but my package was not in there too. I went #D, #E, #F as they told me, but did not found the package and then UPS finally said "your package is missing" and they said "we did everyting we can do, so we will colsed investigation and you should conact with your shipper as now. Bye." That was really more than angrey. So I finally called the Sephora to ask them for refund, but they said they can't because investigation is still going. I mean.. REALLY? They said they closed investigation. So I did not get any refund or something from them seens now.

UPS denied refund for shipping my package to the wrong state.

I sold a vintage bicycle to a customer in California. UPS than made multiple attempts to deliver the bike to a non existing address in Arkansas. UPS than makes an attempt to return ship the bike back to me but at the wrong address. From the beginning of this ordeal I gave UPS the correct shipping and return address. UPS did admit they had shipping problems at the local level. How was this handled? I was able to retrieve the returned package from multiple calls to UPS to guide the package to my address. I was required to pay to reship the package to customer in California. Local UPS management considered this complaint of mine as "suspicious". UPS did not refund my original shipping cost and gave me a 35 minute run around that this was not their problem. UPS has lost my business!

UPS non-delivery of package

I was expecting a package today, December 8, 2016 so I was at home, all day, waiting for delivery. (Tracking # 1ZAE57970366083252) I even turned the porch light on for the driver at dark fall. I received an email from UPS at 5:37 pm indicating my package was delivered at left at the front door. My expected package was not delivered and left at my front door. I live in a cul-de-sac and I can hear trucks (mailman, FedEx, etc) turn the corner onto my street. I called UPS customer service within minutes of receiving the email and all I can say is CS at UPS is horrible. The young woman told me I "could not find my package". I didn't know I had to search for it. Usually drivers stop in front of my home, get out, walk on the sidewalk that leads directly to my front door and I open the door because I know when a package is expected. No need to ring the door bell and no need to leave the package at the door. I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was told someone from the local office would call me within the hour. No call as yet. Lying to customers about a service they paid for is not cool.

UPS delivery

We received a box full of gifts for Christmas. The package was placed on our front porch. No door bell rang, no indication it was delivered. Meanwhile we get a downpour through the evening. We have a very prevalent 10 foot covered side porch about 8 feet from our front porch. I'm home all the time and heard nothing. It was like drop and run. This morning we open the door to find a drenched box with wet contents (including electronics). These are gifts so we don't know if they will work or not. Electronics don't do well in moisture. I've used UPS for over 30 years and never seen such a mess. I don't want anyone fired. I just want it known that when OBVIOUS choices are available, to use them. If the electronic gifts are damaged, to return these is not easy really and the nearest store is 40 miles away. That would be a few people having to make the return. There are other delivery companies that would do a much better job. Come on you guys. You had ONE JOB. Tracking number is 1Z 022 49F [protected]

UPS denied claim for freight damage

In September, 2016 claim # 1149736 was denied with no explanation. Our company used UPS Freight to ship a pick and place machine that was updated in California back to our location in Colorado. The crate top half was designed to keep out dust and debris and clearly marked "Do Not Stack." The delivery driver indicated that he was only allowed 15 minutes to get the item off the truck and leave. Later that day I removed the top section of the crate and discovered that a very heavy object had been placed on the top of the crate since the upper part of the machine had been crushed about 4 inches. The estimate to repair was $4000. UPS had a 3rd party inspector come out to view the item and packaging and agreed that we had a legitimate claim. 3 months went by an with repeated calls, I was told that these claims take a long time. Then on December 5th, 2016 I happened to go online an check the status and see that the claim was denied. (The correspondence is too numerous to show here.)

Received ups email on thursday 12-01-2016 notifying me of package delivery set for next day friday 12-02-2016. I did not receive package on friday as expected.
On saturday 12-03-2016 contacted ups customer service [protected] and requested a saturday delivery since ups failed to deliver my package on friday, i was denied telling me package set for re-delivery for monday 12-05-2016 due to high volume.
I offered to go pick up package at my local ups customer center 1391 spruce, riverside ca 92507. I was told i could not do that today but could go pick it on monday which i refused since ups can deliver it themselves on monday.
I asked to speak with supervisor and was put on hold for about ten minutes with no results, the representative then told me no supervisor available with only option for monday delivery.
I needed this package for saturday since i had hired somebody to install it and now i have to wait till next weekend to do it since i'm at work during weekdays.
I am not happy with this whole experience from ups, i filed complaint with amazon as well for my experience with ups.

UPS deliver my ups driver

My UPS driver has stopped delivering small packages up to my house.
I live on a gated property, and been told even when the gate is open unless package is large or heavy it will be left at the gate. My problem is, this is a new issue for my driver, and only became a problem in the last two months. I have experienced a stolen package, a package that was destroyed by weather, and found in the street by a neighbor. I need for a supervisor to call me to come up with a solution to protect my packages.
I would like for a supervisor or Rep to come to my home to see why the Driver has decided after ten years of delivering to my house with no issues, that he will only deliver large Heavy packages to my Home, he will leave all small packages at the Gate with gate open to allow Delivery !
I have paid for delivery never been a problem before, would like for a Supervisor to contact me and inspect my home entrance, and turn around issue that the driver has for Delivery.
This Driver put a burden on this Family for his decision not to Deliver small packages that was never an issue for over ten years at this address.

UPS no delivery within stated delivery date

I count on the delivery date being true. I rely on this product to conduct business and my clients were expecting this to be available for Christmas shopping on Saturday! This mess up can cost me my business! TELL US THE TRUTH! I called your customer service and all they could say is some areas are experiencing a 1 day delay! NOT A GOOD ANSWER!

How About You Refund me the $500.00 you just cost me in business on SATURDAY!

UPS service

I had refused one package with specific tracking number and driver saw a note and sent 6 of my other packages back to the sender. I have attempted for hours to have packages held at the service center or redelivered but everyone i talked to just keeps telling me that there is nothing they can do. spend 2 full hours being asked to repeat my address over and over again. Every time i do person on the other side said, well i do see that packages are being sent to the shipper now and you will have to contact shipper. When i said i did, she goes back and repeats the whole line of questioning. She did this about 6 times. i asked to speak with the supervisor and she said ok. Kept me on hold for 30 min and this person Mel with employee id PZB1EXV takes a call. Dance goes on for another 10 min and i asked if she is a supervisor or a lead. To my surprise she was just another rep. She would not get me a supervisor on the phone. As i'm writing this i'm still on hold. I will never use UPS again in my life, This was by far the worst customer service experience and worst delivery service out there. I see UPS guys leave packages out in the rain, all over the place. I would not trust them again with any of my delivery.

UPS adjustment charges for shipments made to correct address

on 10/19/16 we shipped NDA to our customer in Carnegie PA. We have been shipping to said customer since 1965. The UPS invoice arrived with an adjustment charge stating that the carton was re-directed to their main offices and not delivered to their warehouse. i called and found out that the carton had been delivered to the address we requested (the warehouse). yet UPS has requested that we pay $13 for an address correction. It took two phone calls and 30 minutes to obtain a credit which hopefully will arrive on the next invoice. UPS frequently makes adjustments to our invoices stating the address is incorrect. Everyone needs to be diligent and read their invoices because UPS is padding their income, off our neglect.

UPS ups freight driver

At 1:33 pm on 11/11/2016 we were southbound on I55 at around the 96 mile marker by Cape Girardeau Missouri. We were in the passing lane and came up behind a UPS Freight flat bed 18 wheeler truck that was passing another 18 wheeler truck. We were not "tailgating" or anything of the such. We were by no means in any hurry. The UPS truck got by the other truck and pulled over into the driving lane. As we went by the UPS truck the driver of the truck "flipped" us off. It was a white truck pulling a flat bed and had UPS Freight on the side of the truck. The driver of the truck was African American.
I can't even believe that a company so world wide known would have drivers like this driving for them. Very disrespectful!

UPS declination of delivery

I had not ordered an item that was sent to me. However I am a customer of the shipper and my credit card on my account. I declined the item on October 21, 2016. Today is November 8 and still have not returned to item to the shipper. They sent it to an access point on 10/24 claimed I wasn't home for delivery. But left no notice or anything. Also why would that matter I declined the package on the 21st. I called and spoke to 5 different people about this packaged being returned and still nothing. Then they have the package scheduled to return to my home on 11/09/16. All the while my card is being charged and there's nothing they can do. It shouldn't have happened and they are sorry. I wish somehow they will be put out of business. I have had so many problems with them over the years and now it is my honest wish they go out of business. Worst company in the world. Out of business.
