I received a message on my voice mail at home from a foreign guy stating I was in big trouble because I owed a loan. I never took out a loan with United Cash Services. It was a threatening phone call stating I needed to take care of this matter or else I was going to be in big legal trouble. I called the number left on my voicemail, but uable to get through.

United Cash Services Legal Department

Their fax number is 1/800/316/8023. They have called me at work multiple times and will not give me any information. Only saying they are calling from Legal Department of the State Department. And they even go as far as to but me on hold and come back to say they just talked with the State Attorney. So I called them and they never knew anything about it. I also went throught this website and read other compaints and called the different number and got the same person each time. Still they can not provide any information to verify that I owe a dept. Now they are wanting me to fax them a letter that I am going to pay with a copy of my Drivers license. THey won't give me money gram info so that payment can be traced. They want my credit card or debit card information. I won't give any information to them. I have forwarded this information to my attorney. This is a scam and they are very rude.

I too have received these phone calls. They call like 5 times in a row and call my work. I was scammed by another company called Pillar Stone Equity Group back in the fall. I don't know why people do this, but hopefully they are found. They tell me either me or my lawyer need to contact them. This happened a few months ago and ignored them and then they just started calling. The first time the said they were from some company called Madison Park Associates. Then this time some Orange County Legal office and a couple days later the Legal Department of Cash Services. I owe money to people but I know who they are. I thought about going to a lawyer, but now that I know they are definitely a fraud I will ignore them. I have told some people at work to tell them I no longer work there. I think I will change my cell phone number too. There are some evil people out there. They need to learn to work just like the rest of us instead of stealing money from all of us hard working Americans and go back to their own country.

Got a call from this number- stating I took out a pay day loan, which I have not- EVER taken out a pay day loan. A asked: A) What date did this occur? B) What bank were the funds deposited in? C) What company are they representing? D) How much did I "borrow"? E) What name/ Social do they have the account under? And on FOUR different (Recorded) occassions within less than five minutes- I was hung up on. I call back, ask a question, hung up on. I have contacted the FTC, Attorney General, my Attorney, and this site as a WARNING! Do not give them Any information, do not buy into what they are saying. If a pay day loan is delinquent the company will have ALL of your information and be able to give you anything you ask for.

I received a phone call at work from someone named "Alex Murphy". I told him not to call me at work. He called me on my cell phone and left a very nasty message. He than proceeded to call me over the course of the day 4 more times at work. I called the number back and spoke to someone named "Henry" who said that he was his supervisor. This guy was very very rude and hung up on me. I called him right back and he answered the phone "What do you want Natasha". WOW! They must have caller ID because if you block your number, they will not answer the phone and there is no way to leave a voicemail. Henry said that I had a payday loan that was not paid (got one 3 years ago that was paid), and they were going to "sue me for $7, 000 and I am looking at spending 7 years in jail for check fraud!". I had my husband call them because this guy was something else and Henry hung up on him also. Alex called me AGAIN after he was told numerous times to NOT call me at work. I told him that I spoke to his supervisor who was very rude. Alex put me on hold while "getting his supervisor" on the phone. He came back on with an excuse that he could not come to the phone and would call me back on my cell phone in 5 minutes. I have not heard from them since and when I call the number, there is no option to leave a voicemail. THIS IS A SCAM!

United Cash Services Raymond Scott

I have been receiving harrassing phone calls from a man with a bad accent. He says his name is Raymond Scott and that he represents United Cash Services. He tells me that I'm going to jail if I don't pay 400 back to a loan company that he cannot name. He refuses to fax or email any documentation but he has my social security number and all of my information. I have reported him to the police.
Be careful applying for loans and grants online!

I definitely agree. I took the name of someone named Raymond Scott as well. He threatened me with the same nonsense. Gave me my full name, social, bank name and account number. If I didn't have enough common sense it would have been intimidating. I am filing a complaint tomorrow with the local police.

United Cash Services fraud

My boyfriend was contacted today from someone with united loan services about a loan that he allegdly took out. THIS IS FRAUD. There was never a loan. They then attempted to squeeze my boyfriend for 498.00 usd. He was called more than 32 times at his place of employment. And he was contacted on his cell phone. The person on the other end of the line from united tried to intimidate my boyfriend, and also had personl information that he had no right to have that he was never given. I am filing a complaint with the bbb and the local area police department where we live and I will be forwarding this case to the fbi fraud unit.

I was contacted by a man who sounded like he was from India. This mas left a message on my cell phone saying that i was a legal obligation on my name. Now i have never taken out a loan with this company nor do i own them money the may says i owed them 642.00 dollars and if i waited to pay it that it would go up to 800 dollars i do not know how this man got my information but i am going to file a police report. This man told me that they were planning on filing charges against me as of 4/12/2017 at 4.30pm. If anyone receives all call from this company ask them to fax when where you have taken out a loan and have them fax every document that they have.

I received a call from what sounded to be an indian or middle eastern man named Joseph Garnett saying he was from the legal department of United Cash Services and he was telling me that I was being sued by the company due to fraud. He accused me of taking out a payday advance loan online and that I had the money added to my bank account. He had all of my information such as address, DL number, social security number, and my place of employment. He said that he needed to speak to my lawyer right away and that if I didn't want to settle the matter that the Texas State Attorney General would be contacted and that I could end up in court and wind up being put in prison for up to 2 years. When I told him that I have never taken out a loan with this company nor have I ever heard of it he claimed that even if it was someone else that took it out I was still responsible for it. When I asked him for specific information about the loan such as the date I received it and the amount he kept going off subject and saying that he was just the legal department and he didn't have any of that information. He was just allowed to ask me if I wanted to settle out of court or in court. He then told me that if I were to settle that I would just be responsible for legal fee's in the amount of $2, 500.00. Throughout the entire conversation he was very rude and condescending and then after I asked him another question he hung up on me. When I called my attorney, he said to ask them to fax any and all legal documents pertaining to this case to his fax number. When I called back and told Mr. Garnett he very rudely said that he would fax nothing and to have my lawyer call him if not then I would face legal matters

I tried to make a loan & I was approved but I never received no funds. No Money from United Cash! I have received over 15 Phone calls a day Cursing, Harrassed & Etc.. I have recored messages from the same man who pretends to be 5 diffrent people. He states that I have a legal matter on my hands as well the offercers from his company will come to my house. He has cursed my children if they answer the phone. He calls from different numbers but you never know who it is until you answer. I wish I never tried to make a loan. It would be different if I received funds from these people but they never deposit nothing in my account. So what do I do?

CONTACT YOUR LOCAL FBI, OR FED. TRADE COMMISION OR STATE CONSUMER PROTECTION AGENCY! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! SCARY FOR THE WIFE AT HOME TO DEAL WITH!
My husband received messages from co-workers indicating to contact this company, so I did on his behalf.
They advised me that my husband had taken out a loan, an amount of 539 was due they would not give me dates, only advising us that we owed money and were being sued to have a lawyer contact them or pay in full immediately, conversation went in circles, they were rude and unprofessional, i knew then something was not right. so i researched online and thats how I got here to make a complaint.
they had foreign accents with English names, as i called them back several times to do to them what they had done to us, a little scare tactic back at em'! they evenutually blocked my #, so i called privatly and advised several different representatives that they too were going to be sued and the FBI & FTC was already pursing an investigation on them. They all pretty much cursed back at me with the F word and calling me names...so, yeah have no fear they are scam artists!

I have been receiving threatening phone calls for almost a year. This latest call comes from some foreign(Indian) gentleman telling me that I owe a debt for a pay-day-loan that I took out in Dec. 2017. I first want to say...UMMM NO, I have not even inquired about a pay-day-loan since 2017 when I filed Bankruptcy. The men are rude and very nasty. This particular man called from a phone number of [protected] and stated his name was Austin White, (which it clearly was not). He began to tell me that I owe a debt and that they are taking legal action against me, including check fraud & bank fraud. He had my place of employment, address, Bank Information and SS#. He asked that either me or my attorney call him back to resolve this matter. I went to see my attorney today, and when she called the number a lady answered and stated she would have to call back after 6pm and hung up the phone on her. I then called back from my cell phone and spoke with the gentleman claiming to be Austin White. He would not give me a case or file number, but stated the loan was taken out last year(yet another lie) and that I need to have my attorney call them. When I told him that I was sitting with my attorney right then, he got mad and said, "Then we will see you in court, " and hung up on me. They have called my place of employment leaving nasty messages as well. I called the Attorney Generals Office and they told me that this is a scam and they have been receiving an extremely high amount of calls regarding these types of threatening phone calls to consumers. She informed me that it is best to just pick up the phone and hang up on them. I say we need some one who can find out where these calls are coming from and take action against them for harrassment. There should be some one or some thing WE can do to protect ourselves against such heinous acts from these fraudulent people. It is a violation of our rights to be harrassed by any one, let alone when there have been so many complaints filed against this company(if it is even real). SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS!
Sincerely,
ONE VERY ANGRY CITIZEN

United Cash Services SCAM

Started receiving calls from this company. A foreign man was speaking to me. He told me that I had a legal obligation attatched to my name. He told be that I took out a payday loan last year (would not provide month) and that I need to repay the loan. He would not tell me the name of the company I took the loan from, all he would say is that "United Cash Services" was the "mother" company. He would not even tell me the amount of the "loan" I "received". The man was rude, and used foul language. He then passed me on to his "supervisor" whose name is Jason Scott (again a foreign man). This man said he was an attorney, and the he was preparing to sure me. He also said I was facing a $5, 000 fine and 2 years of jail time. Again, he would not provide me with any of the "details" regarding this "loan". Per the Florida State Bar Association, there is not a licensed attorney named Jason Scott. I called them back at the number that was left and told "Jason" that I checked into him and he was not an attorney licensed in Florida. He then had some profane responses and hung up on me. I did some investigation of my own and here's what I found out: United Cash Services 1408 Bayview Ct., Fort Myers, FL, 33901. I have filed a local police report for phone harrassment, I have also filed a FTC complaint. The rep I talked with at the FTC said they are well aware of this "company" and that their tactics are nothing new. I hope that everyone here will read this and not give that company a dime. Know your rights!

Individual calls my phone and starts talking about a civil/criminal action against me. Stated I took out a payday loan and never paid it back, had the company I worked for, the last 4 of my social, but could not tell me who I got the loan from or when? This is a total scam, I got the same call about 3 months ago and was told then that the police would be at my buisness the next day at 11:00 am to serve papers and arrest me. I told them my work address and told them to I would be waiting for them. They never showed...go figure. It is a scam, do not pay them anything. Just keep them on the line spending all of there time and energy so they do not get a hold of some one who pays them.

Called my employer incessantly to say that i had an outstanding payday loan that i did not repay but could not provide any proof. They threatened my job and other various threats. This is obviously a total scam since i did not participate in anything they were accusing me of. I filed as many complaints with different agencies as possible to stop this.

I received a phone call on both my cell and at work for a Jerry at Unitec Cash Services. As with the other complaints, he said I had an outstanding payday loan. If I did not settle today, I would have legal action taken against me. He too had my SS# and the name of my work but could not give the name of the payday loan company from which the loan came from. He said it would be in the paper work that would be sent to me after the loan was paid. I finally told him I would not pay until I could have the name of the payday loan. He was a foreigner with an American name. I looked up the phone number but it is not published. Do NOT Fall for this scam.

Two days ago I received a call from a Columbus GA number so I answered it thinking it was a friend calling me from work. To my surprise it wasn't. The gentelman who was on the phone started out by threatening me. I asked if I could call him back so he gave me his name: Henry Scott at [protected] and fax [protected]. I called him back he stated that I have a lawsuit against me for a defaulted payday loan and charges are bank fraud & theft. He had my address, last four of my SS#, former employer, and name of Bank and part of my account number. When asking questions about the date of the loan, amount of loan, name of the payday loan company, and the address of his company; he started getting angry and yelling at me and said I was not entitled to any information until they receive the payment. He said that I had to have my lawyer call him immediately. I explained to him that I don't have a lawyer. Henry Scott said that I could go to jail for 2 years unless I pay a one time payment of $308 within a week. He also said that I needed to send him a fax stating that it was a miscommunication on my behalf, was on economic hardship, and that I am willing to pay a one time payment with my last 4 of my SS#, he told me what to exactly say in the letter that I was to fax.I told him I know for a fact I have not taken out a payday loan.He was rude and cussing at me. If this was a real company Henry Scott would not have had a problem releasing the information pertaining to this "LOAN", instead of getting angry and cussing at me. I spoke with Justin at the Florida Trade Commission this morning he said that United Cash Services is not a real company and this is a huge scam and for me to contact my local states attorney, which I will be doing today. I have also contacted my bank regarding this matter. They can try to take the money all day long but they will not be able to access my money. To say the least I was very mad. I hope that the police can find these [censored]s and put them away for a very long time.

I have just started getting these phone calls at work about a payday loan that I owe. I have never taken out a payday loan. The indian man named George Taylor said that legal action was about to be taken out aganist me, and when I asked for information about the so called loan he put me in with his supervisor and his name was Nash. Nash could not tell me any info about the loan either. When I asked Nash questions, he just hung up the phone. Today I got to speak with the indian man named Raymond Scott, who yet again could not give me any information about the loan they say I owe.
My question is what do I say to my local police department when I call and report this phone scam?

I am an employer who is receiving calls for an employee. These people are not at all legitimate ...don't let them scare you or pressure you in to offering information. Contact your local police dept. and report the name of the company they are using and any/all phone numbers they insist you call back on. The most entertaining part of this scam is the heavy accents with the most common American names.

THANK YOU SOOO MUCH! A G.Perkins and Raymond Scott called me about the same thing only he wanted $848 by today or he was going to have me arrested. He wouldn't give the number to the loan company but I looked it up and sure enough you had both the numbers. I called United Cash Loans who is what he was trying to hide and told them all about it. They said they've had a number of calls about this and took the info and gave it to managment. Again Thanks for posting this or I would have been out that money.. BTW I did have identity so I just paid out over $3000 for what this other person did.

I have gotten a call from them also. So far, just one. I am currently in bankruptcy and admit I have taken out pay day loans in the past but not with this company. An Indian man with a heavy accent called stating his name was "Alex Turner." That in itself sent up a red flag. I asked him why he had an Indian accent and an obviously English name. He didn't say anything. I told him i would have my attorney call him back. I called my attorney and he told me to just ignore it. I told him I had turned in all of my creditors and did not know anything about this company. He told me to ignore it. He said not to worry about it unless I got something in the mail from them which I have not. Then, I found this complaint web site which pretty much confirms my suspicions that it is a scam. The Indian man did know the last 4 digits of my social sec number. How he knew that I don't know. But I do know that a lot of pay day loan companies will sell names, addresses and phone numbers to other companies, legit or not.

United Cash Services loan

United Cah Sevices contacted me at work and on my cell phone saying that I had taken out a loan online and that I owed them around $700. The man had my social security number and my bank account info. When I asked for something in writing to be sent through the mail, he told me that he would only send this to my attorney. He threatened to get me fired from my job as well. I haven't taken a loan out with this company and this is a huge scam. I have filed a police report and am in the process of making sure that someone isn't using my identity. The phone number he is using is [protected]

This is a scam, because if it was true, they have to provide you with documentation of the charges by Federal law. The number that comes up on my phone is 0000.

This is happening right now to my husband. He is in Germany but when this guy asks for him and I tell him that he's out of the country he get pissy with me. I did get him to email me the "loan documents" and if you would like I have the address that he "says" they are located:
United Case services.
42 Reads Way
New Castle, DE 19720

The email address that he emailed me from is: keithlawson786@gmail.com

The phone number he is calling me from is: [protected] or [protected]

He also refused to send me document in the mail reguarding this matter asking me, "How long do you think that would take me?" This is a total scam and I'm hoping they get caught for what they are doing to people.

Unbelievable! I'm going through this right now... I actually got them to tell me that $300 was put on a prepaid visa..lolol I asked them from what company the loan was from... they said united cash loans... so i called them directly and talked to a customer service gal named shannon... she was very helpful and input my name and last four of my ss# and told me that I had no loan with them... I was worried that someone or some company used my info...the person i spoke with at united cash services was HAZEL FOX...LOLOLOL YA LIKE A FN THIEF FOX! I AM WORRIED THOUGH THAT THEY MIGHT PULL SOME MONEY OUT OF MY BANK.. THE PHONE FOR UNITED CASH SERVICES IS [protected] and when you call them you can hear alot of talking on the phones in the back ground... scamming other people...anyone have any ideas how to bust them?

I am in the midst of receiving these calls as well. Over the past 6 months I have received several of these types of calls from various "companies". All forgien speaking people, different "company" names, but the same M.O. I have filed numerous complaints with the FTC, AG, and local and out-of-state police. I don't think the authorities care or have the resources to investigate. I have physical addresses for these people that can be traced, but I doubt that any of the law enforcement agencies are doing their due diligence by invesitgating. It is to the point that it is negatively affecting my job and my emotional well being. They are now harrassing my daughter. I feel like the biggest jerk in the work. I am almost willing to pay the $893 just so they will stop. I'm not sure how much more of this I can take.

This happened to me about a week ago. It started off with a woman who could not speak english very well calling me telling me she was with United cash services Legal Department, she transferred me to a man who could not speak english very well. The man told me I had taken out a loan and had renigged on it, I told him I had never heard of his company and he told me that he would tell the lawyer working on my case. They called back on my work phone and cell phone and I finally told them that what they were doing was harrassment and that I had already called the attorney general's office and the FBI, he said that didn't matter to him, he would have me arressted I told him to bring it on. He had a guy call me and impersonate a police officer from the town that I live in, but seeing how I know all of the policemen in this town it didn't fly with me. I asked him for the name of his cheif and he couldn't tell me so I told him I was filling papers against him for harrassment and the police in this town would be looking for him for impersonating a police officer he hung up. got a phone call the next day at work from the same person diffrent name told him that I had contacted the FBI and they had all of their phone numbers. The guy hung up. Have not heard from them since. Please do not give these people any money this is all a scam!

I have recieve numerous calls from a number claiming to be United Cash Services and that their is a lawsuit against my name and social security number. They keep calling me on my cell and my work number. When I spoke with them I told them that I would need to see it in writing and that I was very aware of my rights. They hung up on me and I am getting really tired of the harassment. Your comments are very helpful and I will be using them against this company.

Likewise for me, Sam Ramey from United Cash Service [protected] has been calling me non-stop for the past 15 minutes. I spoke with him breifly and asked for something in writing and he just kept naming off my information. (SSN, DL License, Bank Name, Personal References, address, and employer) I told him he wasn't going to get any money from me at all and if he wanted to take legal action against me to go right on ahead. He replied with "We're not calling for money, we're calling to speak to your attorney." I don't have an attorney, but I work at a law firm. Watch me get one of these attorneys on the phone. We'll tear their A$$es apart. This is totally frustrating though. I never took out a payday loan with them. NEVER. I even called the companies that I have used for payday loans in the past and I am in good standing with all of them.

This company is a lie! I fully intend to report this incident! btw, my husband knows the law and it is a FACT that you CANNOT be arrested for taking out a loan and not paying it back so when they threatened to have me arrested I knew it was fraudulent!

Well they now have a Bruce Reed calling people from [protected]. As with everyone else I did not take out a loan with these people. I called the number back and no one will say anything other than I will hear from an attorney. I called the number some of you left and got a guy who said the same thing. ARREST me i dare ya is what I told him then you would have to show up in court and i'll let all the others you are harrassing know when you will be there. Really they can't be that hard to find, why will someone not stop them. They have our SS# and bank information which they stole. They should be in jail.
