I have been a supervisor for this company for 11 months now and let me tell you, this is a horrible company to work for. I had 15 people under me on my post. Including myself, all 16 of us had to call HR MULTIPLE TIMES (literally 15+) times (EACH) and threaten to take legal action and even still the company refused to give pay stubs (no taxes taken out) to any of us until people started quitting. Even then people had to quit after 2 MORE months of STILL not GETTING pay stubs. Eventually so many people quit that I literally had to work a 24 hr shift to cover all the missing people and after racking up a 140hrs in a 2 week pay period they tried to not pay me overtime until I called the office and started asking legal questions. I started employment in late OCT of 2015, I (nor anyone else on my post) got a pay stub until April of 2016. All of us called the office to get it rectified OVER 15 times each and we were EACH told "the next checks will have pay stubs" numerous times over that period. They try to convince you that you're an independent contractor yet they have you fill out a w4 so you cant legally be an independent/sub contractor.

On top of this when I was employed I signed a contract stating that, If either party had to end employment for any reason they would give the other party 7 days notice. On several occasions I was also promised via text that I would receive a one month notice before the contract was up. We were only given a 2 day notice, and were told that we were technically still on the books for the company so that we couldn't collect unemployment. I was also informed via text.

Unified does not care about its employees, the people in the office WILL NOT HELP YOU, and they do not care who they hurt. This company is a joke, don't hire them, and don't work for them. You will regret it.
