Not only do they continue to bill my credit card, they are billing an EXPIRED credit card. Has anyone found a contact at ww that is helpful in getting customers refunds that they deserve?

I just had a similar experience - I would think the ethical thing to do would be for Weight Watchers to send a notice to the subscriber indicating that it will be billing your account for renewal. Since it is noted in the agreement that they will automatically bill your account, there doesn't appear to be much of chance of getting a refund.
